We enter your story with compassion. I am passionate about providing gentle and considerate care. My office is located on a bus line within an ADA accessible building and off-street parking. Virtual sessions are offered. My space is designed for comfort and safety in downtown Duluth, Minnesota.

As a mental health therapist, my passion is to help clients find peace and purpose in their lives. This is typically done through Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy with a strengths-based approach in my work with clients. I have worked with clients of all ages through my time as a mental health therapist. As an adoptee, adoptive parent and former foster parent, I specialize in working with families formed through foster care and/or adoption and with individuals who are a part of the adoption triad.

I have 10+ years of experience with all ages. I love to do parent training for people who struggle with their children regardless of their mental health, neurological, or developmental condition.
