I work with teens and adults who may be struggling with life transitions, mental health & athletics, identity exploration, self-esteem, nervous system regulation, relationships, trauma symptoms, grief, and stress management. If you are finding it difficult to manage your emotions, feeling confident in yourself, or feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve you, I strive to provide a safe, nonjudgmental and solution focused space where you can share your story openly and receive the proper tools towards inner healing and growth.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

You can expect a compassionate, nonjudgmental environment where you feel heard, respected, and supported throughout the therapeutic process. Building a strong therapeutic relationship is important to me, and I strive to create a space where you can openly discuss challenges while feeling safe enough to grow and heal. Together, we'll identify meaningful goals and develop practical strategies that help you move forward with confidence. Through therapy, you may experience reduced anxiety and stress, improved emotional regulation, healthier relationships, stronger self-esteem, increased resilience, and a greater sense of balance and purpose. My goal is to help you feel empowered to navigate life's challenges and create lasting positive change.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My approach is warm, affirming, and grounded in helping clients create meaningful and sustainable change. I believe every person has strengths that can be built upon, even during life's most difficult seasons. I draw from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Solution-Focused Therapy, Strength-Based Therapy, and trauma-informed approaches to tailor treatment to your unique needs and goals. Therapy is designed to help you understand patterns that may be keeping you stuck, strengthen coping skills, improve communication, build healthier relationships, and develop practical strategies that support long-term growth and emotional well-being.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I enjoy working with teens and adults who are current or former athletes who are navigating self confidence, self esteem, perfectionism, and the pressures and transitions that athletes face. I believe in holistic wellness. I also enjoy helping clients develop the best version of themselves whether that be improved relationships, finding a career path that best fits them, or navigating overall life stress.
