I'm Aregnaz, a Licensed Professional Counselor dedicated to creating a safe, compassionate, and judgement-free space where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered. Therapy is, at its heart, a place to slow down, make sense of what you have been carrying, and begin to see yourself and your experiences from a different perspective. I am a therapist who helps individuals better understand the patterns, experiences, and beliefs that may leave them feeling stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure of what comes next. I believe meaningful change begins with feeling genuinely understood. My goal is to create a therapeutic space that is warm, collaborative, honest, and grounded in respect, one where you can be yourself, explore what is difficult, and move at a pace that feels right for you. I have always been interested in perspective, the way the same moment can look completely different depending on where you stand, what you notice, and what you allow yourself to see. Photography has reinforced that perspective for me. A photograph can capture something obvious at first glance, but looking more closely often reveals depth, context, details, and a story that was not immediately visible. I believe people are much the same. There is often more beneath the surface of what we see or experience. Anxiety, anger, sadness, avoidance, or feeling stuck may be connected to experiences, beliefs, relationships, or patterns that deserve a closer look. Therapy provides an opportunity to step back, explore those different perspectives, and develop a deeper understanding of yourself. My role is not to tell you what you should see. Rather, I want to help you explore the picture from different angles, understand what has shaped it, and decide what you would like to change moving forward.

Hey! I'm glad that you are looking to get therapy. Here are some things to know about me while making you decision on what works well for you. I come from a military life style allowing me to travel the world and see all kinds of cultures. Because of this I see value in everyone. I believe in getting results in therapy. I want to see people change as fast as they want to or are willing to. So I give things to practice in every session. I believe in poly vagal theory and teach clients to release emotions from there nervous system not just cope with it. I often say I consider myself more of a trainer than therapist sometimes. I also help a lot with attachment struggles. I hope this gives you enough info about me to feel comfortable working with me. I am also very flexible with how I work with people.

I have always had the conscious goal of supporting others with being able to overcome their hardships and internal challenges that prevents them from being successful. I am a firm believer that in life we have all experienced some type of challenge that will impact our thoughts and emotions. For some people the challenge is more difficult than others and they will experience greater hardship and internal challenges that will send them on a spiral to the unknown. Being a therapist has always been a desire of mine to support others with understanding their thoughts, feelings, beliefs and behaviors associated with how they feel.

If you’re looking for someone who will sit back while you unravel your life's chaos alone, I’m not your person. But if you want someone who gently calls you out, celebrates your wins (even the small ones like doing laundry), and hands you actual tools (not just tissues), welcome. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused techniques, which is fancy for I help you identify the unhelpful thoughts doing donuts in your brain, and together we kick them out and get you moving forward. I proudly support the LGBTQIA2+ community, and my practice is affirming, inclusive, and kink/poly-friendly. No judgment here, ever! Whether you're dealing with anxiety that won't shut up, depression that's overstayed its welcome, or you’re just trying to get it together-ish, we can work on making real, sustainable change. You bring the honesty. I’ll bring the dry humor, the empathy, and the occasional metaphor that doesn’t totally land but somehow still helps. Remember YOU>it.

**New Clients: Before scheduling, please ensure you have availability that aligns with my practice hours, particularly evening or flexible scheduling options. Because my calendar fills quickly, I encourage new clients to book several appointments in advance if they are looking for consistent care. Many long-term clients transition to biweekly or monthly sessions, which may create additional openings over time. Clients are responsible for managing their appointments. Please note that all cancellations are subject to my cancellation policy and applicable fees, with no exceptions.** Do you find yourself overthinking everything, especially your relationships, conversations, or whether you’ve disappointed someone? Maybe you’re the person everyone depends on, yet you’re quietly overwhelmed, anxious, or emotionally exhausted. You may struggle to set boundaries, put other people’s needs before your own, or find yourself constantly seeking reassurance. I specialize in working with anxiety, relationship concerns, people-pleasing, perfectionism, low self-confidence, emotional overwhelm, and difficulty putting yourself first. Therapy with me is more than having a place to vent. I want to help you understand why these patterns keep showing up and learn how to change them. Together, we’ll identify the thoughts, behaviors, relationship dynamics, and emotional patterns that may be keeping you stuck. We’ll work on practical ways to manage anxiety, communicate more effectively, set boundaries without guilt, build confidence in your decisions, and stop allowing fear or other people’s reactions to determine your choices. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and active. I’ll listen and validate your experiences, but I’m not a therapist who simply nods for 50 minutes. I’ll ask questions, offer honest feedback, gently challenge unhelpful patterns, and provide practical strategies you can use outside of sessions. You don’t need to have everything figured out before starting therapy. My goal is to help you feel more confident, grounded, and in control of your life.

My name is Bethany Gravely. I have been a Licensed Clinical Social Worker since 2018. I continue to feel the same passion for my job now as I did when I first started. I am so proud of you for taking the first step to talk about your mental health. Choosing the right therapist can be a rewarding experience, but also scary. It is my job to help you navigate the stressors of life and explore different ways for you to cope with them. We all experience stress on some level so your feelings are valid and worth discussing with someone who truly cares! My style of counseling allows for you to be in charge of your therapy. If you want helpful reading material, evidenced based practices, solutions or just a listening ear, my goal is to help you with where you are today. You are not a burden. You are not undeserving. You are not broken, or a mess to be cleaned up. You are so endlessly enough. When I’m not working, I am spending time with my husband, our two little ones, our 3 dogs, and our cat. We just recently bought a 40 acre farm and spend our free time making it our forever home! We are hopeful to bring in larger farm animals in the upcoming years and learn to homestead!

The woman who has it all together on the outside is often the one carrying the most on the inside. If you're high-achieving, dependable, and exhausted — not from laziness but from carrying too much for too long — this is the space you've been looking for. I'm Whitley Frazier, LCSW, and I specialize in trauma-informed therapy for women and teens navigating trauma, anxiety, emotional overwhelm, and major life transitions. My work is direct, warm, and grounded in approaches that actually produce change. EMDR is at the core of what I do. Unlike traditional talk therapy, EMDR works at a neurological level — helping your brain reprocess stored trauma so it no longer controls how you feel, react, and relate. The result isn't just feeling better temporarily. It's actually being different on the other side. You don't have to keep white-knuckling through life. Healing is possible — and you're worth it.

Hellooo! I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist living in Virginia. I received my doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Regent University in 2008. I have lived in many different places but mostly I grew up in eastern North Carolina and Europe. Having parents from western New York and southern West Virginia, I was raised in a "northern" household in a "southern" environment. I like to think these contrasts in my life have helped me learn to adapt and identify with many different types of people. While I value the privilege of being an American, I love what other nationalities contribute to my world. Standing beside my clients and walking with them through their difficult times is one of my greatest joys.

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor who believes that meaningful change happens when people feel safe, understood, and genuinely accepted. I work with children and families, and I bring creativity, humor, and a down-to-earth approach into every session. Therapy doesn’t have to feel intimidating sometimes it looks like play, laughter, art supplies on the floor, or learning new ways to connect in the middle of everyday chaos. I meet clients exactly where they are, not where anyone thinks they “should” be. Every child and every family is different, so I tailor my approach to fit their strengths, challenges, and goals. I’m especially I take a child-centered, relationship-first approach to therapy. I believe real growth happens when children feel safe, understood, and accepted not judged or “fixed.” I meet each child and family exactly where they are, adjusting expectations to fit their developmental and emotional needs while building on their unique strengths. My work is neurodiversity- If you’re looking for a therapist who gets your child’s unique needs and knows that change doesn’t have to be boring or stressful, you’re in the right place! I love helping kids and families find their groove through creative, play-filled sessions that make therapy feel more like fun than work. Together, we’ll come up with real, workable solutions that fit.

I've been working in mental health for 15 years, and I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor in Virginia, Ohio, and Georgia. Most of what I do centers around anxiety, ADHD, autism, trauma, and PTSD — but I work with people dealing with a lot of different things, and I'm not going to tell you your situation doesn't qualify. I see kids, teens, adults, couples, and families, so if you're looking for someone who can work with your family across different ages, that's something I can do. I'm a Certified Trauma Specialist and trained in integrative mental health, which means I bring more tools to the table than just talk therapy. I'm neurodivergence-affirming and work with people across a wide range of identities and communities, including LGBTQ+ individuals and single parents. A lot of my clients have been carrying something for a long time before they finally reach out — that's more common than you'd think, and it's never too late to start.

I’m a therapist who works with teens (13–17) and adults (18+) who are feeling overwhelmed, stuck in their heads, or just tired of holding everything together on their own. A lot of the people I work with look like they’re doing “fine” on the outside, but inside they’re dealing with anxiety, stress, low mood, or feeling like they’re falling behind in school, work, relationships, or life in general. In therapy, I offer a space where you don’t have to filter yourself or pretend you’re okay. Usually, my clients seek therapy and counseling after struggling with challenges for days and sometimes months. Over time, these same challenges create maladaptive behavior patterns that must be corrected to facilitate change. However, my clients tend to dig in while inserting a host of new concerns. Albert Einstien wrote: "We can't solve today's problems with the mentality that created them" With this in mind, it is better to seek professional services and resources: Recognizing you're not alone in this healing process. I understand that therapy cannot solve all things of the past that challenge us, but clients can seek support, understanding, and better days. My passion is to help the world heal through community and humanity. I'm ready to help you define and rewrite your new beginning. This will allow you to sculpt the person you want to be.

I am a licensed therapist dedicated to helping adults navigate life’s challenges with clarity, confidence, and compassion. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive space where clients can explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences without judgment. I believe everyone has the capacity for growth, healing, and fulfillment, and therapy can be a powerful step toward reaching that potential. I work with women and men who are managing stress, anxiety, perfectionism, or significant life transitions such as parenthood, career shifts, or relationship changes. Many of my clients are striving to balance multiple roles while also wanting to prioritize their own happiness and well-being. In our work together, I may use different modalities such psychodynamic, cognitive, humanistic, and group therapy to meet each client’s unique needs. We may explore underlying patterns, identify and shift unhelpful thought processes, and build on existing strengths. My role is to support clients in gaining insight, developing effective coping tools, and creating healthier ways of thinking, feeling, and relating. Clients often leave therapy with a deeper sense of self, improved resilience, and the confidence to make meaningful changes. I worked in this field for several years, along with various training, to assist clients in different areas. In the last several years, I worked in a mental health hospital with adolescents, substance abuse, and crisis intervention in various settings. People with trauma, depression, anxiety, OCD, bipolar disorder, and schizophrenia were some of the people I helped at work. I worked with individuals on career choices to increase their career paths to maximize success. I support individuals in their desire to become independent, and I do this by helping them identify their true potential.

With over a decade of experience in behavioral health, recovery support, education, and community advocacy, I bring an integrative and trauma-informed approach to therapy that honors the complexity of each person’s story. My clinical work focuses on helping individuals navigate complex trauma, substance use disorders, co-occurring mental health concerns, attachment wounds, emotional dysregulation, and major life transitions with compassion, collaboration, and practical tools for healing. My clinical background includes work in outpatient therapy, homeless services, crisis stabilization, justice-involved recovery programming, and family mental health navigation. I have worked extensively with individuals impacted by chronic trauma, homelessness, incarceration, grief, relationship instability, and systemic barriers to care. Across these settings, I prioritize creating a therapeutic relationship grounded in safety, authenticity, empowerment, and nonjudgment. In addition to traditional psychotherapy, I incorporate integrative mental health perspectives that recognize the connection between mind, body, nervous system functioning, and overall wellness. Through advanced training in integrative mental health, Food as Medicine, nutrition and mental health, CBT, Emotional Freedom Techniques, ACT, Brainspotting, IFS-informed approaches, and trauma treatment, I help clients explore how factors such as sleep, nutrition, stress, nervous system regulation, and lifestyle patterns can influence emotional well-being. I believe healing is most sustainable when we address both psychological and physiological contributors to distress. My therapeutic style is relational, collaborative, and adaptable to the individual needs of each client. I draw from evidence-based modalities, mindfulness-based interventions,, somatic and nervous system-informed approaches, and trauma-focused care. Whether clients are seeking support for trauma recovery, substance use, anxiety, depression, burnout, emotional overwhelm, or personal growth, I strive to create a space where they feel seen, supported, and capable of meaningful change.

Welcome! I came to this work a little differently than some. After spending 16 years in my first career, I found myself sitting across from a therapist for the first time. That experience changed my life. It gave me not only a new perspective on myself but also a deep desire to help others in the same way. So, I made a big leap: I went back to school to become a therapist myself. Since then, it’s been over two decades of meaningful, often humbling work. I spent 21 years in community-based mental health and substance abuse treatment, and I was fortunate to serve as a contracted therapy provider for the Department of Defense—work that gave me a profound respect for the strength and resilience of those who serve. I’ve also worked in private group practice and provided therapy in intensive outpatient programs in Canada, gaining experience with a wide range of individuals and challenges along the way. In November 2021, I opened my own private practice. It’s been an incredible privilege to support individuals and couples in this more personal setting, and I truly value the relationships I build with each client. If you’re considering therapy, I want you to know you're not alone—and change really is possible.

My name is Michael Starr, and I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker. I believe therapy is more than just problem-solving, it’s a place to rediscover who you are, heal what’s been hidden, and move forward with clarity and strength. I work with individuals, couples, and families facing anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, identity questions, and emotional overwhelm. My style is honest, grounded, and deeply respectful of the human experience. I use evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Trauma-Focused CBT, but I also hold space for what cannot always be explained, your story, your meaning, your growth. Clients often come to me feeling stuck, disconnected, or unsure of how to move forward. Together, we uncover the patterns keeping you there and build the insight, skills, and resilience to move through them. You won’t be rushed or judged. You’ll be heard, supported, and challenged when needed. You don’t have to have all the answers. You just have to be willing to start. Healing begins with one honest conversation, and I’m here to take that step with you.

Therapy is a space for curiosity, growth, and sometiems a little humor along the way. With over 20 years of experience in mental health, I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, and Intenal Family Systems (IFS) to create a personalized approach that meets each person where they are. I value the healing connection we have with nature and believe that feeling safe, understood, and genuinely seen can create the foundation for meaningful changes. Together, we can explore the impact of past experiences, make sense of the patterns that shape your life, and reconnect with what feels most authentic to you. My goal is to help you feel more grounded, whole, and able to live your life in a way that feels truly your own.
