Hello and welcome—
I’m Helen, a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas. If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of what’s next, you’re not alone—and you don’t have to figure it out by yourself. My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and grounded in curiosity. I’m not here to fix you or push an agenda—I’m here to walk alongside you as we make sense of your thoughts, feelings, and experiences together.
Many of my clients wrestle with perfectionism, anxiety, or a quiet sense that something’s off, even if they can’t quite name it. Through gentle conversation and thoughtful questions, I help you uncover patterns, challenge unhelpful beliefs, and reconnect with your strengths. We’ll explore what’s working, what’s not, and how you can begin to shift toward a version of life that feels more honest, meaningful, and sustainable.
Therapy doesn’t have to feel clinical or intimidating. It can feel like exhaling. Like clarity. Like finally hearing your own voice again.
I look forward to meeting you.

Hi, my name is Jameica, and I am a LCSW located in TX. I welcome you to my practice, and I am excited to get to know you better. My therapy style is down to earth, open, accepting, genuine and supportive. My mission is to empower individuals to live their best lives.
During my time as a social worker, I have worked in several environments including child welfare, acute medical care, and neurological physical rehabilitation. Throughout these different experiences, I found I am most interested in helping people adjust to medical changes, grieving loss of independence/ mobility, caregivers support, depression, and anxiety. I like to provide psychoeducation via Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and increase productivity via motivational interview. I am open to assist all individual from different walks of life.
Hello, I'm M.L.
I believe as humans we all want something similar, to feel normal. We want, desire, and try our best to feel like everyone else. Yet, simultaneously we desire to be unique, special, and individualistic. I believe it is necessary to think of humans as puzzle pieces in order to fulfill both. While the pieces share the same geographical space as well as have the same manufacturer, they are unique and serve varying purposes. Do you belong at the top but are content being a side piece? Are you on the bottom when you were meant to be at the center of it all? Let's collaborate and find out where you belong. You may discover the only thing wrong was where you (as a puzzle piece) tried to fit in.
In therapy, I collaborate with the expert on the client (you), identify obstacles, and come up with strategies for working toward your goals. I do this by first remaining curious about you as a client as well as your perspective of the issue. I serve to remind clients that everything in life does not have to feel good in order to end with good results.
You can't fix something that you don’t see. In a world of selfies no one is willing to look at any angle that doesn’t compliment their cuteness. What if you could see your truest self? The natural, emotional, relational, and spiritual you through a 3-way full body mirror. Imagine what would be possible. Good therapy, is a mirror into your soul.
I'm a compassionate mental health therapist. My primary focus is on empowering my clients with practical tools and strategies. I have a deep passion for working with women facing various mental health challenges, offering them support and guidance through their journey to healing. Additionally, I love assisting couples in developing healthy conflict resolution skills, fostering stronger and more fulfilling relationships. My approach is rooted in empathy, understanding, and evidence-based interventions tailored to the unique needs of each individual and couple you work with.
I utilize a key component of self-care and self-love to help clients develop a stronger, more confident self-image. Clients can expect to feel safe & heard, while gaining clarity with interactive homework assignments. I work with clients who may be struggling with depression, anxiety, or trauma related to relationships or life issues. Most of my clients see a gradual decrease of symptoms within the first month and sustained improvement thereafter.
Do you fear your relationship with your partner is losing its spark? Maybe you fear you’re losing them or that you’re not loveable, or maybe that you’re not good enough. Getting to the root cause of this can be scary, yet extremely beneficial. Whether its trauma from childhood or an experience as an adult, or perhaps from something you may not remember, our life experiences influence our current wellness and how we interact with others. At times, it can seem as if we’re all alone and that no one understands us. But when you come to therapy, you’ll have a safe space to heal and grow. I look forward to hearing from you to see how I could help you as a person, or the both of you as a couple.
So if you’ve read this far, why not click and schedule?
Hablo muy bien español.

I am an experienced counselor who has worked in a variety of mental health settings. I really want to focus on forming a quality therapeutic relationship so we get comfortable discussing what has been troubling you lately. I want our relationship to allow us to talk about simple easy things as well as complicated long standing issues whenever the time arises.
My therapeutic style is warm, relational, experiential, and direct. I use humor to help clients relax and feel at home where I can. One of the first skills I teach a new client is nervous system regulation. This is a gift that will pay dividends in the future. Somatic approaches are a nice place to start and helps clients to build skills in sitting with the hard moments, slowing down when needed, cultivating curiosity, and deepening their emotional experiences. I encourage self-compassion and self-love as explorations we can make slowly and together, and over time, clients find that this can become comfortable and even joy-inducing. I believe we’re called to grow and change when the strategies that once helped us survive and adapt start causing us problems. This doesn't mean we are broken or need fixing, not at all. In fact, it is those very skills that got you here, and we celebrate that. We might consider safe and tiny ways we can help move beyond old patterns of shame, guilt, people-pleasing, and self-judgment... and into a more authentic life that is a more rewarding, exciting, and consistent way of being who you want to be. Together we aim for more authenticity, more self-forgiveness and and self-acceptance as we work towards the life YOU want.
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Addictions Professional, I have worked with children, adolescents, and adults who struggle with trauma, anxiety, depression, substance use, grief, behavioral issues, and life transitions. I take a compassionate, supportive, trauma informed approach. I aim to provide clients with a safe space that they feel heard, respected, and equipped to develop healthier coping skills, emotional strength, and life changes.

Life can change in an instant. One moment everything feels familiar, and the next, you're facing challenges you never expected. I understand that reality personally. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, stress, relationship concerns, life transitions, self-esteem, or feeling overwhelmed by life's demands, you don't have to navigate it alone. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can process challenges, build healthy coping skills, and move toward meaningful growth.

Hi, I’m Andriana Duran, a Licensed Professional Counselor providing virtual therapy for adolescents and adults throughout Texas. My goal is to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered. Hi, I'm Stephanie Rodriguez, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with extensive experience working with children, adolescents, adults, families, and individuals navigating life's most difficult challenges. My practice is rooted in a trauma-informed, strengths-based approach that recognizes the powerful connection between the mind, body, and nervous system. I am also passionate about serving veterans, first responders, law enforcement professionals, and their families. Whether you're struggling with a recent life event, a traumatic experience, chronic stress, or simply feeling stuck, I strive to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where healing and growth can occur.
At the end of the day, I am a human being just like anyone else. I understand that seeking therapy can feel uncomfortable, overwhelming, or even intimidating. There are still many stigmas surrounding mental wellness, and I am committed to creating a space where you feel safe, respected, and heard. I have dedicated my life to helping others and to understanding how our brains, bodies, and experiences shape who we are.
If you're reading this and feeling uncertain about taking the next step, I encourage you to reach out. Let's meet and see if we're a good fit. My goal is to help in any way I can, and if I believe another provider or resource would better meet your needs, I will gladly help connect you with the right support. You do not have to face life's challenges alone.
With over 25 years of experience as a counselor, mentor, and coach, I’ve had the privilege of empowering clients from all walks of life. From supporting traumatized child soldiers in Liberia to helping newlyweds in the United States rebuild connection, each person I’ve worked with has shaped me into the clinician I am today.
I work with clients facing a wide range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, relationship challenges, and family conflict. My deepest passion is helping people step into the fullest, healthiest version of themselves. There is nothing more meaningful to me than watching someone release long held wounds, rewrite old narratives, and reclaim the life they were meant to live.
My therapeutic style blends the warmth and unconditional positive regard of Client Centered Therapy with the practical, results oriented tools of EMDR (trauma-focused) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I believe therapy should create real change, not just conversation. You can expect a collaborative, active process — one where you’re supported, challenged, and encouraged to grow. I often provide homework between session assignments so you can continue making progress outside the therapy room. No one wants to stay stuck longer than they have to.
I’m proud of you for taking this step toward a better life. Change can feel intimidating, but it can also be exciting, empowering, and deeply rewarding.
I look forward to walking this journey with you.
I have a PhD in Psychology and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who is licensed in the states of Texas and North Carolina. I have vast amount of experience in addressing Anxiety, PTSD and Depression. I have experience in addressing life experiences, anger management, and marital conflict. My military experience has allowed me to have various approaches to addressing client's needs.
I am a seasoned counselor familiar with adolescents, issues of personal development, empowerment, issues about personal power, overcoming fear, and identifying values. I value honesty, courage, self-actualization and altruism. I have worked almost exclusively with males. I see the world from a male perspective because that's the point of view I have experienced life through. I have spent years in the gym. I am a musician, and I play out somewhere every week.
There are a few high-stakes, difficult life situations I want to address here: If you are afraid of your child setting a fire, trying to get a gun, or stealing from you in plain sight, reach out. If your child is being bullied, I might be able to help him to acquire the skills necessary to hold his own in life. Finally, if you or a family member is being stalked or threatened by someone, I may be able to professionally assess the danger.
Teresa Hardley goes by Terry or T and uses she/they pronouns. Terry is a genderqueer, AUDHD, polyamorous (17+ years practicing), kink-affirming (18+ years practicing), and non-religious LCSW. She works exclusively with telehealth clients at this time.
I am a licensed clinician with nearly twenty years of experience supporting adults through anxiety, depression, life transitions, and complex stressors. Much of my clinical work has been in primary care settings, where I worked with individuals experiencing the intersection of mental health concerns, medical conditions, and significant life challenges.
I take a strengths‑based, collaborative approach and value creating space for clients to share their stories in a way that feels respectful and empowering. My work focuses on building practical coping skills, supporting emotional balance, and helping clients navigate change at a pace that feels manageable and meaningful.

I also have extensive experience collaborating with psychiatrists and supporting clients who are receiving psychiatric medication as part of their care.
I value ongoing learning and continuing education to ensure my work remains thoughtful, ethical, and responsive to each client’s needs. I recognize that starting therapy can feel unfamiliar or overwhelming, and I strive to create a supportive, grounded space where growth can happen with honesty, compassion, and mutual respect.
Life can be challenging and uncertain, and you don’t have to navigate it alone. I look forward to meeting you and supporting you in creating meaningful change.
My name is Joice, a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the States of Indiana and Texas. I am a good listener, empathetic and non-judgemental. I am an African immigrant know how it feels to move into a different country and acculturate, so I would be a good fit for any immigrant out there. My experience has equiped me to help others.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) based in Texas with more than 25 years of experience in the mental health field. I hold a Master’s degree in Counseling from the University of Texas at San Antonio and provide therapeutic services to individuals aged three and older. My clinical practice addresses a range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), anger dysregulation, and Autism Spectrum Disorder. I am committed to fostering meaningful psychological growth and supporting each client in achieving their highest level of functioning. It would be a privilege to assist you in your therapeutic journey.
I built my practice on a simple belief: people deserve a space where they feel seen, supported, and understood. My work in clinical psychology is rooted in compassion, curiosity, and a deep respect for each person’s story. Whether someone is navigating anxiety, healing from trauma, or simply trying to make sense of a difficult season in life, I aim to create an environment where they can breathe, settle, and begin the work of growth.
Clients often describe me as steady, approachable, and easy to talk to. I value clear communication, gentle guidance, and a collaborative approach that honors each person’s strengths. My practice is designed to feel welcoming from the very first interaction — from the intake process to ongoing sessions — because I know how vulnerable it can be to reach out for help.
I’m drawn to evidencebased care that still leaves room for humanity. I enjoy learning new therapeutic tools, refining clinical systems, and creating a practice that feels both professional and deeply personal. My goal is always the same: to help people feel safe enough to explore, supported enough to heal, and empowered enough to move forward.
Outside of session, I stay curious about the human experience — reading, learning, and exploring ideas in psychology, wellness, and personal growth. At the heart of my work is a genuine belief in people: their resilience, their capacity to change, and the meaningful transformations that happen when they feel truly supported.
As a first generation college graduate, I understand what it means to navigate systems, expectations, and transitions without a roadmap. My own journey shaped the heart of my work: helping adolescents and young adults who are carrying similar pressures, hopes, and responsibilities. I know the resilience it takes to succeed while balancing family dynamics, cultural identity, and the desire to create a life that feels authentic and self directed. In my practice, I use a solution focused, strengths based approach that empowers clients to identify what’s working, build on their natural abilities, and create meaningful change in their daily lives. I believe therapy should be practical, collaborative, and deeply affirming—especially for individuals who have had to figure out so much on their own. I am passionate about supporting first generation students, high achieving youth, and clients from diverse cultural backgrounds who are navigating identity development, family expectations, academic or career stress, and the pressure to “be the one who makes it.” My goal is to provide a space where clients feel seen, supported, and equipped with tools that help them move forward with steadiness and self‑trust.
I'm Brandon, a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas. I work with people who look like they have it together on the outside but feel lost, empty, and exhausted on the inside. The dependable one. The one everyone leans on. You've read the books, you've tried harder, and you're still stuck in the same loops — because information is not transformation. I believe you're not broken. You're a masterpiece that got covered up, and my job is to help you uncover what's already there.

I have worked with children, families, adolescents, and adults and this has always been true. Whatever circumstance or issue causes someone to seek help, my role is to assist that person in finding ways they can handle it and with better results for them and their life.
