Hello! I’m Tabitha Rupard, a Licensed Professional Counselor. I am dedicated to creating a soft landing for those navigating life's challenges, with a special heart for supporting women as they work through many of the heavy things they've been carrying including: anxiety, trauma, eating disorders, mood disorders, and substance use. I believe that true healing happens when you feel completely safe and seen, which is why I offer a non-judgmental sanctuary where you can share your fears and hopes exactly as they are. Hi, I'm Attalie. Have you forgotten to take care of yourself? Do you often wonder what it would take to feel some sense of balance in your life again? We are faced with challenges and changes in life constantly. Making adjustments to pivot to meet the expectations of those changes often leads to feelings of overwhelm, disappointment, frustrations and a sense of depletion with no time to care for self. If you often escape, avoid, procrastinate or for that matter take on everyone else's issues except your own sense of wellness and health I am here to help empower you to develop and access your own inner resources and move toward self actualization and personal growth.
I look at mental health in a wholistic sense. I mix mindfulness and decades of experience in fitness to help you find what works for you to live your best balanced life and find the fulfillment you need to step into the alignment of your purpose. Developing a strong relationship with self; defining your boundaries, recognizing your value systems and how they pertain to your way of being in this messy world are the staples to grounding yourself mentally.
You are enough, you are deserving, and whatever you are dealing with now I'll meet you there. Let's work together to find tools that are intrinsically yours and get to a better you, so that each day is met with a sense of balance and well being despite the stressors in life.

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor who works with adults who are trying to better understand themselves, their relationships, and the patterns that keep them feeling stuck. I’m especially drawn to working with people who have spent a lot of time questioning themselves, putting others’ needs before their own, or feeling disconnected from who they are and what they want. My work often centers around developing self-trust, creating healthier relationships, strengthening boundaries, and feeling more secure and confident in yourself. My approach is warm, genuine, collaborative, and practical. I believe therapy should be a place where you can be honest about what’s really going on without feeling judged or pressured to have everything figured out. We can slow things down, explore what may be underneath the patterns you’re experiencing, and make sense of how your past experiences and current relationships may be influencing the way you see yourself and move through the world.
Many people reach a point where they know something needs to change, but aren’t quite sure what that change looks like. You may be navigating a transition, questioning whether your relationships reflect what you truly want, struggling to trust your own decisions, or simply feeling unlike yourself. Sometimes the hardest part is knowing that the way you’ve been coping isn’t working anymore, while not yet knowing what to do instead. My goal is to help you develop a clearer understanding of yourself and the life you want to create. I’m not here to tell you who to be or what choices to make. I’m here to help you feel more grounded in yourself, recognize what you need, and build the confidence and tools to move forward in a way that feels authentic to you.
Hi, I'm Sondra!
My mission is to help individuals and families improve their lives through effective mental health counseling. My goal is to empower my clients and offer them skills that will help them overcome the challenges they face, so they can live a full and happy life. I believe it's my job to be there to assist my clients as they overcome life's challenges
I enjoy working with people to help them build a strong sense of self, encourage their confidence in relationships, and help foster a sense of calm and security in their everyday life. I enjoy helping parents navigate the many challenges that come our way. I believe people seek therapy for many reasons: adjustment to a new city or life situation, feeling overwhelmed or stuck, or problems with relationships. Counseling is a process that most of us could benefit from time to time at different stages in life, as it brings an outsider's perspective to events, we are faced with in day-to-day life in a nonjudgmental way.

Every person has a story. The culmination of experiences in one's life shapes how they view themselves, their relationships, and the world. I have a passion for helping clients celebrate their unique strengths and gifts they share with others. With experiences in both private practice and hospitals, I have noticed a particular need for clients to separate their view of themselves from their current difficulties and circumstances. In spite of where clients may find themselves at the moment, my belief is that they have overcome every difficulty, challenge, and trauma that they have faced up to the present moment. As such, they will withstand their current circumstances, and will again declare victory.
I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor who believes healing begins the moment you feel truly seen. My work is warm, steady, and culturally attuned, shaped by the stories people carry and the resilience they often don’t recognize in themselves. I am active in my son’s school, my church and my community which I am happy to call home.
I have worked in domestic violence shelters, residential programs for children, with Child Protective Services, and in Private Practice.
For many years I have had the privilege of joining my clients in the process of change. We go through so much in our lives. Love, loss, stress and anxieties shape who we are. I respect the courage that it takes to look at these things and seek growth and change.

I’m a trauma‑informed, somatic and Brainspotting therapist who supports adults who are high‑functioning on the outside but carrying a lot internally. My work centers communities of color, caregivers, helping professionals, and anyone who has spent years being “the strong one” with very few places to land. In our sessions, you don’t have to perform or hold everything together.
I use a calm, attuned, body‑based approach that helps you slow down, reconnect with yourself, and release what your nervous system has been holding. Whether you’re navigating trauma, grief, burnout, or identity‑based stress, I offer a space that is culturally responsive, collaborative, and grounded in real healing—not just talking about it.
If you’re ready to feel more regulated, more connected, and more like yourself again, I’m here to walk with you.
