Often the way we learn to communicate and our feelings about ourselves impact our relationships with others. My background is in trauma and attachment. Helping people understand how their unresolved feelings related to trauma affects their current relationships and life is where most of the work is. I work with you to identify what keeps you stuck and how to shift to improve communication, mood, relationships, and have a more positive outlook. I also work with you to identify and work toward your goals, whatever they may be.

My passion for counseling comes from both my professional experience and my own life journey. Like many people, I have experienced seasons of loss, hardship, and uncertainty. Growing up in a home affected by abuse, alcoholism, and substance use taught me firsthand how deeply family dynamics can impact our emotional well-being. I have also experienced profound grief through the loss of my brother at a young age and, more recently, the loss of my father. These experiences have given me a deep appreciation for the resilience of the human spirit and the importance of having someone who truly listens and supports you through life's most difficult moments.
Veronica Montoya has experience working with all ages, including adults, young adults, teens/adolescents, and children. She has worked with people in a broad range of areas, including anxiety, depression, substance use, parent-child relationships, self-esteem, decision-making issues, and body image issues. The most important aspect of my work with you will be to build a positive, trusting therapeutic relationship in which we can together work through whatever difficulties you may be facing.
Being a therapist is my first career. I studied psychology with a minor in Spanish for my bachelor's degree and have a master's degree in mental health counseling (which led to me becoming a licensed mental health counselor). There are many reasons I am well-suited to be a therapist but to begin, I am nonjudgmental, caring, empathetic, and open. I have worked in a variety of areas, including private practice, residential treatment centers with adults and teens, and specialized therapeutic foster care with children. I have also worked with everyone from infants and toddlers to seniors. These various settings help me take a holistic approach when working with my clients.
Welcome! I'm DiAna Escamilla. Please take a moment to acknowledge that you have taken the first step towards bettering your mental health—yay! As a certified EMDR therapist, I have successfully worked with clients to heal from past trauma and regain control of their lives. If you’re ready to move forward and create lasting change, I’m here to help.
If you’re feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, panic, or emotional stress - or noticing patterns from the past repeating in your relationships - you’re not alone. Unresolved trauma, depression, or anger can affect the way you think, behave, and connect with others. These patterns can also affect how you see yourself - leading to self-doubt, low self-esteem, or a sense of not being good enough.
I’m Manuel Olvera, a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas. I specialize in helping adults work through anger, anxiety, acute and complex trauma, depression, self-doubt, and relationship issues, so you can feel more calm and balanced. I also welcome clients who struggle with ADHD-related challenges, particularly when emotional regulation or past trauma is involved. Teenagers are also welcome.
In therapy, I aim to listen more than I talk. I offer guidance and explain psychological concepts when they’re helpful, but my main focus is creating space for you to express yourself and process what you're feeling. I ask questions to help you explore your thoughts, emotions, physical sensations, and behaviors - and I follow your lead.
I use Internal Family Systems (IFS), Brainspotting, and elements of CBT to support healing at the level of both the mind and body. I also help you explore how past wounds may be affecting your current relationships. For couples, I use the Gottman Method and often work with each partner individually in addition to joint sessions - especially when personal trauma is showing up in the relationship dynamic.
Whether you’re seeking relief from anxiety, struggling with anger, shutdown, or self-doubt - or feeling disconnected from yourself or the people around you - therapy can help. You don’t have to have all the answers. If you’re ready to start, I’d be honored to work with you.
Hello, I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience supporting individuals across a wide range of mental health and life challenges. I work with clients navigating stress, trauma, grief, and major life transitions, and I strive to create a safe, supportive space where you can feel heard and understood. My approach is collaborative and focused on helping you build practical coping skills, strengthen resilience, and move toward meaningful, lasting change.
As a Licensed Professional Counselor in Colorado and Texas and a Licensed Addiction Counselor in Colorado I have made the commitment to help others as they face adversity so as to develop a loving and compassionate relationship with themselves. I bring a wealth of experience and specialized training in addictions and mental health to my practice and there is one common theme I have noticed throughout my career, which is our self-talk. We are our own worst enemies, and this wreaks havoc on our self-esteem.
I practice with individuals, couples, families, and children who are struggling with a broad range of issues, including issues related to anxiety, stress, relationships, trauma and abuse, grief, addiction, intimacy, parenting, eating, medical conditions, infertility, sports, depression, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), as well as renal disease, Parkinson's and Huntington's diseases.
My counseling approach is warm and interactive. My clinical approach consists of different treatment approaches, such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Attachment-Based Therapy Client-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Emotionally-Focused Therapy (EFT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Gottman Method, Imago Relationship Therapy, Jungian Therapy, Mindfulness Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Narrative Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Somatic Therapy, and Trauma-Focused Therapy.

Hi, I’m Jennifer, therapist and owner of IASO Counseling Services. I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, relationships, work stress, and all the other fun surprises that come with being a person.
My approach is warm, direct, practical, and very human. Therapy with me is less “sit on this couch and tell me about your childhood” and more “okay, what is actually happening, and how do we make your life feel a little more manageable?”
You don’t have to have it all figured out. We can figure it out together.
Hi! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Texas. I received my Masters and Bachelors in Social work, with an emphasis in Child Welfare and Family Therapy. I have been practicing as a therapist for 6 years. Prior to that, I worked as a social worker for psychiatric services. I help individuals of all ages and stages struggling with individual mental health struggles and complex family issues.
Finding the right therapist can be a journey in itself and connecting with your therapist is imperative. I offer services for depression, grief, anxiety, stress, career & workplace difficulties, women's issues, postpartum anxiety, anger management, and coping with life changes. Nutrition is also a key player in some mental wellness issues and I feel is very important to assess. My approach provides empathy, engaged listening and behavior change support as part of my therapy style. I am licensed in both Iowa (MHC License 123416) & Texas (LPC 62282) as a counselor. I look forward to supporting you.
