What if you could write the story of your life? The truth is, you can, you are in control of your destiny, you are writing the story of your life right now. The choices you make are directly related to the thoughts you have. That puts you in control, you have the ability to change the way you think, and when you change the way you think, you change your life.
The thoughts you are thinking right now are writing the story of your life. If you are not happy with the story, you can reprogram your thoughts to change the story and write it the way you want it to go. Together you and I can work to manage the challenges you are facing today.
Therapy may seem scary or even overwhelming, but with the right partner you really can change your life. Together we will explore how your thoughts and the dimensions of wellness are affecting your life and find a path to change the story of your life, to one of positive emotional and mental well-being.

Grief can be overwhelming. It can be sad and lonely when you miss a loved one so much. I can help you through the sadness to be able to live in the next season of your life with peace and joy.
Does this sound familiar?
You want to move past the sadness and grief but instead you feel:
● Like you should be further along in your grieving
● Crying more than you think you should be
● Overcome with sadness and longing of what life was like
● Feeling like everything is moving forward while you are at a standstill
● Afraid of change and the unknown
● Do your thoughts begin to spiral
● Grieving the loss of a relationship - romantic, with family members or friends, complicated relationships with family whom are still alive
● Grieving the loss of a loved one – parents, child, significant other
You may be finding yourself short or easily frustrated with your spouse, children, family, co-workers, difficulty focusing at home or work, crying more than usual and feeling sad/lonely.
Life doesn’t have to stay this way.
Hi, I’m Elisabeth Zaragoza, LPC, and I can help.
I provide grief counseling using a space that is warm and understanding for you to share your loss or life transition. My clients walk away from therapy with me feeling heard, understood, confident and ability to face what lies before them.

Watching clients rediscover their inner light, reclaim their strengths, and gradually step into their power is the most meaningful and humbling part of my work.

Feeling overwhelmed, burned out, or tired of being "the strong one"? I help high-functioning adults and couples struggling with anxiety, relationship stress, burnout, and major life transitions. Many of my clients are used to holding everything together for others while feeling emotionally exhausted or disconnected inside. If you have been holding everything together for everyone else, it can start to feel like you've lost yourself in the process. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family therapist with experience in both crisis and private practice settings, which allows me to stay grounded and effective even when things feel overwhelming. My work focuses on helping you move out of survival mode and into a more balanced, intentional, and connected way of living.
I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor who is passionate about helping others! Seeking therapy can be a meaningful step toward understanding yourself more deeply and creating the changes you want to see in your life. I strive to provide a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel comfortable exploring difficult emotions, experiences, and challenges. I believe that our experiences and relationships play a significant role in shaping how we see ourselves and interact with the world around us.
My approach is grounded in the understanding that these experiences can influence our thoughts, emotions, relationships, and patterns in ways we may not always recognize. At the same time, I view clients as the experts of their own lives, and my role is to collaborate with them as they navigate challenges, explore emotions, and work toward meaningful growth.
My hope is to create a space where clients feel supported, understood, and empowered to better understand themselves and their experiences. Taking the first step toward therapy can feel difficult, but it can also be the beginning of meaningful healing, growth, and lasting change.
My focus is reconciliation. Healing is often achieved through us becoming reconciled with self and/or others. It can be a process that allows us to identify and modify our thoughts and behaviors. We are all a work in progress and rightly so as circumstances are constantly changing. I believe that each person should have an opportunity to express themselves in a safe, nurturing, judgement free zone. As we seek to gain an understanding of self and others, often we experience a shift in our processing. If you are stuck or it feels like you are spinning out of control like a hamster on a wheel, let’s talk about “it”.
Welcome! I'm Melissa =)

Hello, I am Dr. Walter Calvo and I have two questions for you.
Are you interested in learning why you think and feel the way you do?
How about learning why you choose to do the things that you do?
I can help you learn coping skills to address common life challenges such as adjusting to change, managing conflict, reducing stress, improving relationships, and coping with grief. Equally important, I can help you process your emotional responses to distressing life circumstances.
I also provide psychotherapy to address acute trauma, post-traumatic stress, anxiety and depression. My experience in this area comes from working with active-duty military, veterans, and first responders such as law enforcement, firefighters, emergency medical responders and their families.
Gaining insight into why you think and feel the way you do is empowering. It will put you on a path to becoming the best version of yourself.
If you are interested in any of that, let's talk!

Hi, I'm Attalie. Have you forgotten to take care of yourself? Do you often wonder what it would take to feel some sense of balance in your life again? We are faced with challenges and changes in life constantly. Making adjustments to pivot to meet the expectations of those changes often leads to feelings of overwhelm, disappointment, frustrations and a sense of depletion with no time to care for self. If you often escape, avoid, procrastinate or for that matter take on everyone else's issues except your own sense of wellness and health I am here to help empower you to develop and access your own inner resources and move toward self actualization and personal growth.
I look at mental health in a wholistic sense. I mix mindfulness and decades of experience in fitness to help you find what works for you to live your best balanced life and find the fulfillment you need to step into the alignment of your purpose. Developing a strong relationship with self; defining your boundaries, recognizing your value systems and how they pertain to your way of being in this messy world are the staples to grounding yourself mentally.
You are enough, you are deserving, and whatever you are dealing with now I'll meet you there. Let's work together to find tools that are intrinsically yours and get to a better you, so that each day is met with a sense of balance and well being despite the stressors in life.

I believe therapy should feel empowering, authentic, and supportive as clients learn to heal, grow, and thrive.
Hi there! I would like to first commend you on taking the first step towards living a life that includes your most authentic self. As a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), I am afforded the opportunity to help guide you on that journey. My goal is to help you achieve your best self through a way that is comfortable for you. Through meaningful conversations, that goal can certainly be achieved!
Are you stuck in an endless loop in your life and feel there is no way out? Your self-esteem is shot, dealing with insecurities, and anxious about what to do next in your life. You turn to drinking, overeating, the internet, or binge watch Netflix to escape the internal and external stressors. You have tried so many different things to change your life, but nothing seems to work. You believe you are not enough and are afraid to ask for help.
I am here to help you. I believe therapy can change people's lives because therapy changed my life 30 years ago. I started working in the field of therapy 20 years ago as a Social Worker in Substance Use. I continued my work as a LPC working in a treatment center for drugs and alcohol doing therapy on the people who had addictions and the people that love someone with an addiction. Over the last 15 years I have gained experience in all the issues and Diagnosis that come with this population. I help people overcome addictions, co-dependency, depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, and trauma. My specialty is addressing sexual, emotional and physical abuse that is past abuse or current abuse and the PTSD caused by abuse.
People need a safe environment that is conducive to healing. I will meet you where you are to help move you in a direction to change. My direct and honest approach, with acceptance and care provide a safe place for my clients to heal. I work with the client in a collaborative effort to change their lives.
