New to Grow
Hello, my name is April. As a therapist, I enjoy the opportunity of walking with others on their journey and through the uniqueness of their experiences. I look forward to seeing clients confront patterns, challenge negative thoughts, regulate emotions, learn new coping skills, and build healthy internal and external relationships. Therapy is more than a place where you talk about problems. It is a place to confront, tear down, transform, overcome, grow, transform, heal, and see life from a different perspective.
In our first session together, I like to get to know more about what makes you...YOU.
What I bring to each session is objectivity, genuine and honest feedback, understanding, insight, and connection.
All clients are welcome who are seeking change, understanding, and meaning for life. Clients that I am best positioned to serve are individuals and couples working through anxiety, depression, personal and relationship conflicts, and faith concerns. The goal of therapy is to challenge constructs, beliefs, patterns, and behaviors to create a healthier relationship with oneself and others. Every therapy goal is to leave you better off than you came.
I identify as
