I’m not the type to just sit back and nod silently; I am right there in the trenches with you, bringing my genuine, slightly nerdy self to every session, and I believe everyone has an inner resilience waiting to be unlocked!
My life is full, beautifully chaotic, and deeply rewarding. As a spouse and a mother of four, including a wonderful child who is autistic, I intimately understand what it feels like to manage a million moving parts.
