About me

I am a compassionate clinical mental health practitioner with 13 years of expereince. I am dedicated to helping individuals feel empowered, supported, and confident in their journey toward emotional wellness. My goal is to create a warm, welcoming, and judgment-free environment where you can be heard, understood, and genuinely supported. I believe therapy should feel like a safe place to grow, heal, discover your strengths, and create the life you deserve. Through personalized, evidence-based care, we meet each person where they are and walk alongside them toward greater peace, happiness, and fulfillment. Your story matters, your healing matters, and your best days are still ahead!

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Your first therapy session is a chance to slow down, breathe, and begin telling your story in a safe and welcoming environment. You do not need to have everything figured out, and you won't be expected to have all the answers.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I bring compassion, authenticity, encouragement, and a genuine desire to understand each client as a whole person. My approach is warm, person-centered, and judgment-free. What makes my approach stand out is that I believe therapy should be personal, practical, and empowering. I meet clients where they are while helping them move toward where they want to be. I incorporate evidence-based therapeutic approaches and tailor sessions to each person's unique needs, goals, personality, and experiences.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

My ideal client is someone who is ready to take steps toward creating a healthier, happier, and more fulfilling life. They may be navigating anxiety, depression, stress, relationship challenges, life transitions, low self-esteem, grief, or simply feeling stuck and unsure of what comes next. I enjoy working with individuals who are open to learning, growing, and gaining a deeper understanding of themselves. You don't have to know exactly what you need when you begin therapy—you just need to be willing to take the first step.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients understand the connection between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. CBT is a practical, goal-oriented approach that can help you recognize unhelpful thought patterns and develop healthier ways of responding to life's challenges.
