One way or another, I want to help you.

I am a licensed independent practice-level clinical social worker. I have a Diplomate in Clinical Social Work DCSW. I have dedicated my career to working in behavioral health treatment. I have worked within the Department of Defense Schools in Europe and Asia. I have worked with Active Duty members, Veterans and their families. Prior to joining the Civil Service, I practiced mental health within the civilian community, my focus there was substance abuse, domestic violence and and a variety of mental health issues working with adolescents and adults. BLUF: There is nothing I haven't seen. My strongest ability lies in helping a client identify strengths and weaknesses while guiding them to identify goals and interventions that will work specifically for them. The most challenging part of therapy is believing it will make a difference. The best way to overcome that hurdle is to see successful outcomes.
Clinical experience has taught me that if you are willing to do the work, you will see results. Using the appropriate interventions, combined with mutual openness, respect and trust will enable you to overcome obstacles and achieve goals you didn't believe possible. Through years of dedicated work with all age groups, life experiences and extremely challenging circumstances, I have developed a strong sense of commitment in creating a safe and supportive environment that fosters healing, self-awareness and growth.
Hi, I'm Daphne — a Licensed Professional Counselor and State-Approved Clinical Supervisor. For over a decade, I've walked alongside adults learning to be gentler with themselves, steadier in their emotions, and more confident in their lives.
I work best with people navigating anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, relationship concerns, and mood-related struggles. If you feel stuck, overwhelmed, or just curious about who you're becoming, therapy can be a soft place to land — a space to understand yourself, build real tools, and create change that lasts.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and shaped around you. I blend DBT, CBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, and psychoeducation — because understanding *how* your mind and emotions work is a powerful part of healing. I also make room for the spiritual and faith dimensions of your story, because healing isn't only in the mind. I bring an uplifting, grounded energy, and I love using imagery to help you see yourself and your life in new, hopeful ways.
I work best with clients who are curious, open, and ready to show up for their own growth. Together, we'll build on the strengths you already carry and move toward the life you're building.
Clients often leave with steadier emotions, deeper self-understanding, healthier relationships, and renewed confidence. It's my joy to hold your story gently while helping you grow.
A note: Requests for letters, evaluations, or documentation outside of standard therapy services require additional fees and aren't billable to insurance. ESA letters are available after intake and two additional therapy sessions.
Hi! I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) based in Texas. I earned my Master’s degree in Counseling from Lamar University and have been practicing for over a year. I specialize in helping teens and adults who are struggling with anxiety. Hi, I’m Sandy Crisp. I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), and I help adults and teens who are facing challenges like complex trauma, PTSD, addiction and recovery, chronic health issues, anxiety, depression, and feeling stuck or overwhelmed.
Before I became a trauma therapist, I went through my own journey that included multiple surgeries and years of rehabilitation. That experience gave me a deep understanding of what it’s like to live with invisible pain -- physical and emotional -- and how hard it can be to feel seen and supported while you're trying to hold everything together. It changed how I listen, how I connect, and how I support people in their healing.
In addition to being an LPC, I’m a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC), Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (LCDC), and Certified Clinical Trauma Specialist. I specialize in:
• Complex trauma and PTSD
• Addiction, substance use, and recovery support
• Chronic pain and chronic illness
• Anxiety, panic, and mood disorders
• Grief, loss, and adjustment to life changes
• Co-occurring disorders
• Disability Affirming Care
• Limb Loss Support
• Navigating identity, self-worth, and personal growth
My approach is warm, nonjudgmental, and collaborative. I blend clinical tools with a human touch because healing isn’t one-size-fits-all. Whether you're navigating something recent or something that's been with you a long time, we’ll work together to help you feel safer in your body, clearer in your mind, and more connected to yourself.

Hello, I am Sandra Ventura and I am a Licenced Professional Counselor. I would like you to know that I love the work I do and I'd like to be part of your support system. Hi, I’m Carrie Rimato, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist serving clients in the Greater Houston area, including Katy, Texas. My professional journey began in education—I earned my bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood and Elementary Education from Houston Christian University (formerly HBU) and spent over a decade teaching in both public and private schools. My passion for helping others grow eventually led me to pursue a Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from The King’s University, which I completed in 2018.
Since then, I’ve worked with individuals, couples, and families across various settings, including private practice, hospitals, and crisis centers. I take an eclectic, client-centered approach to therapy—drawing from EMDR, CBT, mindfulness, and family systems theory—to provide personalized care tailored to each person’s unique needs and goals.
Whether you're working through anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, or relationship issues, my goal is to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you feel supported, empowered, and heard.
Outside the therapy room, I enjoy spending quality time with my family and friends, watching a good movie, and traveling to any beach I can find—my favorite place to relax and recharge.

I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor with 20 years of experience — and a woman who has navigated midlife, reinvention, and the seasons of life that quietly change you. That lived experience shapes every session I offer.
I specialize in working with women who are strong on the outside but exhausted on the inside — women navigating menopause, identity shifts, heartbreak, dating, and the complicated feeling of standing at a crossroads wondering who they are becoming.
I'm warm and direct. I'll hold space when you need to be heard and gently challenge you when you're ready to grow. Clients tell me they feel safe being real with me from the very first conversation — and that they leave sessions feeling clearer, lighter, and more like themselves.
My approach blends evidence-based therapy with mind-body practices rooted in mindfulness, breathwork, and somatic awareness — because healing lives in the body too, not just the mind.
If you've been carrying something alone for too long or simply know that something needs to shift — I'm here. Just come as you are.
Life can get messy sometimes. Between work, relationships, family expectations, and just trying to take care of yourself, it’s easy to feel pulled in every direction. If you’ve been carrying too much or feeling weighed down by anxiety, stress, or old wounds, I want you to know you don’t have to go through it alone.
In our sessions, I show up as a real person—warm, attentive, and honest. I pay close attention to the little things, and I’ll share what I notice in a way that’s direct but never judgmental. My clients tell me it feels like talking to someone who truly “gets it.” As someone who understands the pressures of navigating multiple cultures, I bring that sensitivity into my work while welcoming people from all backgrounds.
Together, we’ll make sense of what’s been weighing on you and find practical ways to bring more peace, clarity, and connection into your life. Reaching out is a brave first step, and I’m here to walk with you through the next ones.

I understand and know how family dynamics affect an individual’s physical and emotional health in all aspects of their daily lives. I am trauma-informed. and understand and realize that traumatic experiences (no matter when they happened in life) can follow us down the road when we don't even realize it is happening. I have always had the conscious goal of supporting others with being able to overcome their hardships and internal challenges that prevents them from being successful. I am a firm believer that in life we have all experienced some type of challenge that will impact our thoughts and emotions. For some people the challenge is more difficult than others and they will experience greater hardship and internal challenges that will send them on a spiral to the unknown. Being a therapist has always been a desire of mine to support others with understanding their thoughts, feelings, beliefs and behaviors associated with how they feel.

Miljana (Mina) Bajic, LCSW
My main professional interest and passion is insight-based psychology and existential psychodynamic therapy. I studied and practiced clinical psychology in Belgrade, Serbia for 15 years where I also received intensive training in psychodynamic therapy and worked with individuals, families, and groups. Since moving to Houston 12 years ago, I completed my graduate degree at the University of Houston, where I practiced therapy mostly with people suffering from trauma, anxiety, and grief. I taught courses to graduate students at the University of Houston on Spirituality and Aging, Group therapy, Grief/Bereavement therapy and Research Methodology.
My deep dedication to the understanding and acceptance of the most diverse human existential experiences and challenges has led me to explore a wide array of aspects and sources of knowledge both scientific (evidence-based), but also those stemming from the creative processes of making music, literature, film, and art. My basic belief is that ultimate healing and balance comes from the inward, often unpleasant, but deeply rewarding journey into ourselves that incorporates our habits and thoughts, but also our physical existence, emotional dynamic and spiritual needs and values. My goal as a therapist is to be a reliable, trusted companion in this journey of self-exploration and self-acceptance.
Starting therapy can be intimidating and I am here to assist you taking that step. I love to see my clients grow into who they want to be and take joy in seeing them overcome obstacles life throw at them. I am able to tailor my therapeutic techniques to individual needs of clients. I am trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Perinatal mental health, and more.
Hi! I'm, Cedric Allen, a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) practicing in the state of Texas. I am a Military veteran (with a Christian background) who has a passion for helping people who find themselves facing challenging situations and spaces in life. I received my Masters from the Dallas Baptist University and have been practicing for 3 years. I help clients who struggle with anger management, depression, anxiety, and relationship challenges.
I completed the Master's in Social Work program with a minor in Alcohol and Other Drugs. I am clinically licensed in New Mexico, Texas, Virginia, and Maryland. I have over 15 years of experience in individual, couple, and group therapy. Much of my past work is related to trauma, but current work is transitioning towards sex therapy to focus on the healing and somatic approaches that can have treatment benefits for those who have experienced trauma. Trauma work has focused on relationship based trauma, such as betrayal trauma and helping clients heal and establish healthy boundaries to reduce risk for repeated and destructive relationship patterns and increase behaviors that contribute to healthy relationship dynamics that increase communication techniques, trust, security, and pleasure in relationships. Couple’s counseling applies approaches that focus on communication, connection, and being supportive of each other during difficult times in the relationship. Individual therapy applies healing and increasing positive behaviors towards one’s self which contributes to reducing trauma symptoms, healing, setting healthy boundaries, improving self-view, reducing risk for burnout, social fatigue, and other stress related health conditions.
Welcome. I’m a combat veteran and retired Army officer, Christian, husband, father, grandfather, and experienced clinical psychologist. I want to get into the root causes of your struggles or battle and find ways to overcome, change, forgive, accept, and move upward toward the light. It may not seem like it, but the darkness will eventually lift, and the light will surely shine again.
Life is a battle in the heart, and I humbly accept that I will be in my own battle or someone else’s battle for the rest of my life. Like the weather, our emotions are powerful. Many days the sun shines, but the rains do come and sometimes a destructive storm hits hard (divorce, the loss of a loved one, cancer, suicidal thoughts, et cetera). It's a battlefield. When it comes to the challenge of relationships, so often, it is ego (wounded pride), self-esteem, and powerful emotions at the root of our conflicts. To understand these forces is the key to peace. Let's work through it!
I have been honored to be in the field of psychology for 22 years since 2004. Through the years, more than half of my time was in the Army where I primarily worked with soldiers enduring anxiety, depression, trauma, Traumatic Brain Injury, and all the other usual suspects of psychological distress. It was a time well for the analysis of guilt, fear, worry, shame, pain, heartbreak, addiction, identity conflicts, and sorrow. I’ve also worked in the prisons for many years with some extreme situations (i.e., murder, severe mental illness, rape, child molestation, drug kingpins, gang leaders). So, no matter what your circumstances are, never quit and never give up! Survival is a noble plight!
I offer multiple modalities grounded in Christian therapy. The Christian-based approach uses the Bible as the authoritative and infallible Word of God to man. As such, it may be understood as the "how to" manual for the human mind. I have been a dedicated and compassionate advocate for clients with moderate to advanced therapy needs for several years and try to approach each client with compassion and respect. Throughout the years I have gained useful experience working with a wide range of population, while developing a speciality area in the treatment of women’s issues and challenges. We will work together to build a treatment plan that encourages your success.
Do you need someone to talk to, and someone to listen? Are you ready to make some changes in your life? You may need help dealing with struggles and challenges of day-to-day life. If so, you have just made an important step in the change process and are on your way to improved self-awareness and growth. I am an experienced, compassionate and caring counselor who helps people live better lives. Working with the right counselor can help you change your life and your relationships. You do not have to do this alone. By working together, we decide how to achieve your personal goals, even if you don't know what they are yet.
As a licensed professional counselor with a warm and personable approach, I specialize in providing solution focused counseling, bringing over 20 years of experience working with couples, families, and individuals. I believe in the humanistic approach and treat everyone with respect and compassion. I work with clients of all ages.
It can be hard to put your trust in someone else. I strive to create a comfortable environment that supports you voicing your concerns openly and honestly. My goal is to help you achieve behavioral and emotional growth while restoring harmony and balance in your life. Feel free to call to schedule an appointment. Hi, I’m Christina Zsigray, LCSW. I help adults who feel stuck in survival mode begin healing from trauma, chronic stress, grief, and painful life experiences. I’m especially passionate about working with single mothers, veterans, first responders, professionals, and others with high-trauma backgrounds. My approach is trauma-informed, compassionate, and grounded in evidence-based care, including EMDR, with optional Christian faith integration for those who want it.
Hello, my name is Ashley Warren, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. I earned my degree from Louisiana State University and have gained extensive experience working with adolescents and adults over several years. My primary focus is on providing support to individuals as they navigate through challenging life phases, grapple with identity issues, address low self-esteem, and cope with trauma. Additionally, I specialize in helping individuals struggling with family conflicts, providing a safe, supportive environment to explore and address their concerns. My approach is rooted in empathy, active listening, and evidence-based techniques to ensure that my clients receive the highest quality of care.
Hello! My name is Donyell Davis and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Texas. I earned my Master’s in Social Work with a focus on Services to Children and Families from Our Lady of the Lakes University. I have 14 years of experience in the social work field working with diverse populations. My clients often describe me as empathetic, compassionate, and attentive. I pride myself on being an open-minded lifelong learner with a keen interest in evidence-based practice interventions.
I chose to become a therapist because I discovered that blending the heart of a social worker with the professional skill set of an effective therapist profoundly enhances individuals’ quality of life. What sets me apart is my collaborative approach: we embark on this journey together to develop a treatment plan tailored to your unique needs, without rushing the process.
I enjoy working through issues that I have personally experienced like being a single parent, losing a spouse and the affects it has on the family system, raising a child with a disability, work-life balance, unhealthy relationships, lack of a support system, absence of a positive role model early in life, navigating life challenges, obtaining personal growth, and communication skills.
My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you feel truly seen and understood. I work from a trauma-informed, relational lens, helping you build resilience, strengthen connections, and move toward the life you want with greater clarity and confidence. Whether you’re navigating personal challenges, healing from past experiences, or working to deepen your relationships, I’ll walk alongside you with compassion and practical tools. If this approach resonates with you, you can easily book a session through my profile and take the next step toward healing and empowerment.
