Hey, I'm Hailey. My approach to therapy is personable and down-to-earth. We can cuss, laugh, yell, or cry in session. Through my experience in inpatient, private practice, and shelters, I have learned that the most significant change occurs with learning concepts alongside practical application. Talking and processing are important, because it helps to identify patterns and recurring themes that are causing ongoing suffering; however, we need to also be able to sustain change by applying new ways of thinking and new skills.

I would identify myself as someone who is very approachable and down to earth who sees great value in life and spending it with those that I value most. Making genuine connections with those with common interests is always a great start to building rapport and helping those in need. When providing therapy I like to look at each individual as a whole and then to peel. back the issues and concerns that are present and then to add the guidance and then to restore what is needed so that each person can continue living their lives in the way it was intended to be.

Trauma hurts. It can be sudden, life-altering and overwhelming, or chronic, subtle and nearly unnoticeable, but either way it can change the way we think about others, the world, and unfortunately, ourselves. Dealing with the aftermath—changes in our relationships, lashing out toward self or others, feeling nothing and/or everything all at once—is sometimes as hard as the initial event, especially when society, friends and family and our own minds tell us to “just get over it.” Worse, sometimes we aren’t even sure where the trauma came from in the first place, leaving us confused and even feeling hopeless. If you could just “get over it,” you would, but sometimes the brain simply cannot process traumatic events without help, and this is why trauma therapy exists. :) I'm an LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor) in Texas. I've been in practice for nearly 15 years and have been doing EMDR therapy for 13 of those. I specialize in helping teens and adults process trauma of all kinds. My goal is to help my clients gain the skills needed to process and adapt to traumatic memories, and then allow them to do so in a safe environment. I teach them how to build boundaries and follow through, and to treat themselves with self-compassion rather than judgment and harsh expectations. Trauma doesn’t have to ruin (or run) your life. If you’re hurting, please know I’d be happy to help in any way I can.

Hello! I have been blessed to experience life through many meaningful roles, including being a daughter, wife, mother, Gigi, and friend. Each of these experiences has shaped the way I connect with others and has given me a deeper understanding of the joys, challenges, responsibilities, and transitions that people experience throughout life. I truly enjoy building genuine relationships and creating a space where people feel comfortable, valued, and heard. One of the things I love most about counseling is getting to know each person’s unique story and helping them identify their needs, goals, and strengths. I believe every individual deserves support, encouragement, and compassion as they navigate life’s challenges. My approach is centered on meeting people where they are while helping them discover practical ways to grow, heal, and move forward. As a Christian, my faith plays an important role in the way I view people and relationships. I believe every person has value, purpose, and the ability to grow through life’s experiences. I genuinely love people and feel honored to walk alongside clients as they work toward healing, clarity, confidence, and positive change in their lives.

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (Texas and Florida) I’ve worked with Individuals, Couples, Families of various sizes, with a plethora of sessions on parenting. Nearly 20 years later, it is still a privilege to work with individuals, couples in various stages or phases of their relationship and families of all sizes. I’m often looking for "the funny" in the moment and the world around me. I greatly enjoy sarcasm, snark, and satire. I'm fairly casual but have been told I "Clean up well", and clients have told me in the past they appreciate that I do not come across as "stuffy". I daydream of going on cruises with my wife, occasionally think about bringing our children along. I treasure a long nap in a hammock, and I love movies. Once upon a time I even submitted a short film to the Cannes Film Festival (wasn't selected) but I did enter. Clinically, I work with a foundation of Solution Focus and Systemic Therapy, with attributes of Narrative, Structural and/or Strategic. *** I do not provide animal support letters or ESA documentation, disability-related paperwork, and fit for work evaluation documentation. Additionally, court-mandated evaluations, divorce or custody agreement related paperwork would be out of the scope of my practice, therefore is not something I engage in at this time.

In our sessions, you can expect a conversational, down-to-earth style that focuses on building trust and collaboration. I believe that meaningful change happens when you feel truly seen and heard. Together, we’ll work to uncover patterns, strengthen coping skills, and move toward the goals that matter most to you. I often integrate cognitive-behavioral techniques, mindfulness, and solution-focused strategies to help you gain practical tools while deepening self-awareness. I specialize in supporting adults navigating anxiety, stress, burnout, relationship challenges, and life transitions. Whether you’re seeking relief from overwhelming emotions or simply want to reconnect with yourself, therapy can be a powerful step toward growth. As a first-generation Latina therapist, I value cultural identity, authenticity, and the importance of creating a space that honors all parts of who you are. My hope is for you to leave each session feeling supported, understood, and empowered to take the next step in your healing journey. You don’t have to go through it alone. I’m here to walk beside you—one conversation at a time.

I believe talk therapy is a power tool. It can heal. It can empower. It can bring about the kind of changes you seek. In order for talk therapy to really work, you must feel connected to and trust the therapist you work with so I encourage you to find the right fit. We will start where you are and, together, we will explore new ways of making your life more manageable. To struggle is to be part of the human experience. Struggle can be a motivator for change. Those self-defeating thoughts are not who you are. These life circumstances do not have to define your whole life.

I thoroughly enjoy providing mental health services to individuals and their families in need of treatment. Even when you’re feeling hopeless, stressed, or overwhelmed, those moments don’t last forever—they’re part of a season, not your whole story. With the right support, you can move through them. Hi! My name is Vyvian Nguyen, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in New Mexico and Texas. My work is grounded in trauma‑informed, culturally responsive care, shaped by years of supporting people across the lifespan as they navigate what life has been brewing. Serving in the U.S. Navy as a Master‑at‑Arms has helped me understand service members, veterans, and their families whether it’s the tension that builds from deployments, the stress of switching between civilian and military life, or the pressure to keep everything together. It also taught me the importance of having a space where you don’t have to be “on” all the time. As a Vietnamese American with parents who came to the U.S. as refugees after the Vietnam War part of the generation often referred to as “boat people” I grew up with a close view of cultural transitions, intergenerational patterns, and the strength it takes to rebuild in a new place. That perspective helps me support families who are newly arriving or adjusting to a new country with understanding and respect. Tea Time Therapy grew from the idea that growth doesn’t need to be rushed. Like a good cup of tea, it often needs warmth, time, and a space that feels steady enough to settle into. My style is warm, straightforward, and lightly humorous enough to ease tension without taking away from the work. You don’t need perfect words or a polished story. You just need a grounded space to slow down, breathe, and explore what’s been weighing on you at your own pace. We’ll take it one sip at a time.

My name is Vincent Egbuchulam, and I am a licensed professional counselor with over five years of experience in the mental health field. I address issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse, teen issues, anger and stress management, life transitions, aggression, and ADHD. In addition, I am a retired board-certified Special Education teacher with 15 years of experience. My counseling approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT). CBT involves helping clients learn and practice new skills, develop healthier thinking patterns, and adopt more effective coping strategies. I may assign homework to reinforce the skills we work on during sessions, as I believe that applying these techniques in your daily life enhances their effectiveness. SFBT operates on the principle that individuals are competent and capable of finding solutions to improve their lives. In our sessions, you will have the opportunity to describe your challenges, set personal goals, and provide feedback. Occasionally, I may incorporate other techniques, such as role-playing, if they are beneficial for your progress. I am committed to supporting those who seek to enhance their emotional well-being. During our initial visit, we will discuss your reasons for seeking therapy and outline what you hope to achieve from our sessions. The first session typically lasts about an hour. You can expect a highly professional, objective, nonjudgmental, and confidential experience.

I work with mothers and caregivers — including teachers and professionals who support children — who may feel overwhelmed, stretched thin, or unsure of who they are while caring for others. Hello, my name is Jeremiah Henderson. I am a licensed clinical social worker practicing in the state of Texas. I have experience working with depression, grief, anxiety, low self-esteem, low motivation, trauma, and anger. It is important to realize that we are all prone to experience life stressors and negative emotions that can knock us down; however, I want us to work to develop skills and coping mechanisms to assist in helping to pull ourselves back to a point of stability. Getting to a place of happiness and stability is not something we can stumble on by accident, it will take deliberate work to get there and even harder work to maintain it. Let me help you get to the finish line.

My goal as a therapist is to help men feel more seen, understood, and more connected to community. Together we will work on challenging how we view our role as men and how this view has affected our overall well-being. I want to explore with you, how you process the daily challenges of being a husband, a father, son or just a man. I know it's not easy, but you always make it work no matter how difficult. I aim to give you a space where you can discuss these challenges without feeling as if your complaining or being a burden. I can help you manage your stress by discussing tools that allow us to be honest with ourselves and how we feel. Yes! I'm talking about emotions. No matter how long we ignore them they still exist, bottled up and all. I want to help you share those emotions and thoughts out loud, guilt free! If you find yourself feeling lonely, depressed, anxious, misunderstood, or just stressed out. Then your the person I want to connect with and help you get back into the driver's seat of your life.
