Hi, I’m Abel. I specialize in working with adults with ADHD, both men and women, as well as men navigating the pressures of work, relationships, family, and identity. I also work with couples, particularly when ADHD has become part of the conflict or disconnection in their relationship.
I know firsthand how ADHD can shape your life. It affects more than focus and productivity. It can also impact emotions, confidence, and relationships. I was diagnosed in my 30s, and it helped me make sense of years of struggles with organization, responsibilities, and executive functioning. What surprised me most was how profoundly ADHD can affect relationships, especially marriage. That’s why I believe ADHD therapy has to go beyond productivity and address emotional regulation, self-worth, follow-through, and connection.
As a husband of 13 years, a father, and a family man, I understand the quiet pressures many men carry. Men are often expected to be competent, steady, and dependable without always having a place to talk honestly about what happens when that becomes difficult. That perspective shapes the way I work with men: with honesty, compassion, practical tools, and real conversations without judgment.
My own marriage has also taught me how much relationships require vulnerability, accountability, and teamwork, especially when navigating ADHD. That experience helps shape my work with couples as they move beyond blame and toward greater understanding, reliability, and connection.
I’ve also wrestled with body image and self-worth after years of being overweight. Making meaningful changes taught me that taking care of yourself isn’t passive. It often means doing difficult things consistently because you’ve decided your well-being matters. Learning to show up for myself changed not only my health, but the way I saw and valued myself. That experience shapes how I help clients build a healthier, more grounded relationship with themselves.
Hello, my name is Tabitha Cantu, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I’m a Hispanic therapist born and raised in the desert, surrounded by mountains that have always felt like home. At heart, though, I’m also a beach lover who finds peace by the ocean. I am licensed in Texas, New Mexico, and Florida and have lived and worked in each of these states. Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of supporting communities from diverse cultural backgrounds and life experiences. My own Hispanic heritage has greatly shaped both who I am and the way I approach therapy. It has also inspired my private practice’s focus on cultural identity, life transitions, and the unique experiences that women and teen girls often navigate. Our cultural identity and the environments we grow up in have a profound impact on who we become. Family expectations, cultural values, generational beliefs, school pressures, and societal messages can all influence how women and teen girls view themselves, their relationships, and their sense of worth. In our work together, I honor your background and lived experiences while helping you explore what feels authentic to you. My goal is not to change who you are, but to help you feel more grounded, confident, and connected to the version of yourself that exists beneath the pressure, expectations, and roles you’ve been taught to fulfill.
Hello! I am Amy White, a Licensed Clinical Social Work. I received my degree from University of Texas at Arlington and have worked in the field for 11 years. I have had my private practice for five years. I strive to foster a safe environment to discuss any/all topics that will help my clients achieve an even happier and healthier life.
Hello & Welcome! I provide therapy for individuals and families working through life transitions, emotional challenges, and periods of uncertainty. My approach is collaborative, supportive, and focused on helping clients better understand patterns that may be keeping them stuck while developing healthier ways to cope and move forward. I strive to create a space where clients feel heard, respected, and comfortable exploring their experiences at their own pace. Together, we focus on building insight, strengthening confidence, and creating lasting change that feels meaningful and sustainable. Therapy is personalized to each client’s unique needs, goals, and strengths, with an emphasis on growth, healing, and long-term well-being.

As I use research-based techniques and strategies to address concerns, I work to help you manage and rectify issues. My greatest gratification is to assist others in excelling and reaching life goals and becoming mentally healthy. You're likely here because you are feeling stuck, overwhelmed by the chaos of daily life, or carrying the heavy weight of past experiences. Maybe you are navigating the tough transition from a career of service back to the civilian world, or perhaps you are simply exhausted trying to balance the demands of work, home, and your own well-being. On the outside, you might be keeping it together, but on the inside, you are looking for a way to finally catch your breath.
Therapy isn’t a one-size-fits-all process. I am a passionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who believes in building a strong, collaborative relationship with my clients. Having worked in a variety of high-intensity environments—including residential substance abuse programs, forensic settings, and with at-risk youth, first responders, and veterans—I bring a unique and adaptable perspective to our sessions.
I specialize in trauma therapy, utilizing evidence-based practices like EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and CPT (Cognitive Processing Therapy). These aren't just about talking in circles; they are proven methods to help your brain actually process stuck memories and reframe the heavy narratives holding you back. My ideal clients are those who are ready to roll up their sleeves and do the work. Healing isn't a passive process, and if you are open to trying new strategies and committed to your own growth, we will make an incredible team in building your own shield of strength.
Hi there, I'm Parag.
You were not put here on this earth to suffer. You deserve to live your life with happiness and peace of mind. Mental illness and addiction can rob anyone of these precious gifts. When you turn to family and friends for support, often they don't know what to say or how to help. You can end up feeling very alone in the world.
No one wants to develop mental illness or addictions. You didn't do anything wrong. Feeling emotionally numb, mentally overwhelmed, or having thoughts like "I just don't want to be on this earth anymore" are not things that people willingly choose for themselves. They are illnesses. We often get sick through no fault of our own. Just like some people get diabetes or heart disease, some people get mental illness.
Working over five years in an inpatient psychiatric hospital, I have helped patients overcome symptoms of depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, phobias, relationship problems, and self-esteem issues. My approach is to get to know you as a person and work on addressing what is really going on with your mind and your life right now.
I know getting therapy can be scary, but I will do everything I can to help you feel heard, understood, and genuinely cared for. Give yourself a chance to have peace of mind again.
Experiences of life burdening you? Are you struggling at times to just be and do not know where to start to fix things?
Well, you are not alone! Pain has a way of engulfing your world to where even breathing may be difficult at times. All of these issues start to show up as symptoms which impact your life. You do not need to continue to live like this. There is help! Let’s address those concerns in a safe space. Let’s take time to process your experiences and trauma. Make the call today and let’s start healing!
I help high performers manage anxiety and avoid burnout. Together, we can identify what's not working and get you back to balance. We'll use a whole self approach, addressing the needs of your mind, body and spirit. I also integrate mindfulness, yoga and art to help you develop a stronger relationship with yourself.
Whether you're dealing with overwhelm, relationship issues or cycles of anxiety and depression, I'm here to help.
I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, and I'm here to support you on your journey toward healing and self-discovery. As a therapist, I see my role as a collaborative facilitator of change. I believe that people are relational beings with physical, spiritual, emotional, and social components. The exploration these aspects can be life changing and enhancing. In addition, I seek to connect all facets of a person's world (the family they grew up in, their gender, faith, culture, education, age, etc.)

It is rewarding to me to help others release stress, improve their functioning, and overall well-being. I strongly believe in using a holistic approach. My name is Vincent Egbuchulam, and I am a licensed professional counselor with over five years of experience in the mental health field. I address issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse, teen issues, anger and stress management, life transitions, aggression, and ADHD. In addition, I am a retired board-certified Special Education teacher with 15 years of experience.
My counseling approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT). CBT involves helping clients learn and practice new skills, develop healthier thinking patterns, and adopt more effective coping strategies. I may assign homework to reinforce the skills we work on during sessions, as I believe that applying these techniques in your daily life enhances their effectiveness. SFBT operates on the principle that individuals are competent and capable of finding solutions to improve their lives. In our sessions, you will have the opportunity to describe your challenges, set personal goals, and provide feedback. Occasionally, I may incorporate other techniques, such as role-playing, if they are beneficial for your progress.
I am committed to supporting those who seek to enhance their emotional well-being. During our initial visit, we will discuss your reasons for seeking therapy and outline what you hope to achieve from our sessions. The first session typically lasts about an hour. You can expect a highly professional, objective, nonjudgmental, and confidential experience.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker for ten years now. You will always know yourself better than I can or will.
From a philosophical and theoretical standpoint. I am overwhelming more of an attachment theorist, and have been known to use existentialism from time to time to help make sense of something. I guess the question that remains though is; can a butterfly flap it's wings in Brazil and cause a tornado in Kentucky, or are we all simply just products of our childhood and mirrors of our parents traumas?
The duality of life.
Attachment Theory vs. Chaos Theory. Both have value. I digress.
My goal is to provide a petridish in which you can explore your self. Safe. Contained. Yet completely in your control. The paradox being, you likely already have what you need. I'll sit with you while you find it. I can give you my clinical opinion, or diagnosis, and recommendations along the way as well if you'd like that. I can just sit and listen. I can play devils advocate. My job is to listen, empower, observe, and provide feedback when requested.
I work with mothers and caregivers — including teachers and professionals who support children — who may feel overwhelmed, stretched thin, or unsure of who they are while caring for others. Together, we explore identity changes, emotional stress, and the pressures of caregiving, creating space for clarity, healing, and a stronger connection to self.
I help people who feel overwhelmed, overstimulated, stressed or burned out. I support clients in making sense of their emotions, shifting unhelpful thought patterns, and building tools to help them feel better. I work with teens and adults navigating anxiety, depression, or neurodivergence, offering a supportive and nonjudgmental space to build stability. I hold a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Lamar University and am certified in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
With 25 years of clinical experience, I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where adult clients feel heard, understood, and empowered in their healing process. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, and trauma using evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). Our work starts with individualized treatment planning and building coping strategies, followed by exploring and working through unhelpful thoughts and past experiences that continue to influence current emotions, behaviors, and relationships. This process supports greater insight, emotional regulation, and meaningful, lasting change.

I am passionate about helping clients better understand themselves and the patterns that shape their relationships and experiences. My work is grounded in a systems perspective, recognizing that individuals are deeply influenced by their family dynamics, cultural backgrounds, communities, and life experiences. I also incorporate an attachment-based approach, helping clients explore how early relationships and attachment patterns may impact the way they connect with others, respond to challenges, and view themselves.
I believe that everyone deserves a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where they can feel heard, understood, and empowered. My goal is to help clients identify their strengths, gain insight into recurring patterns, and develop healthier ways of relating to themselves and those around them.

At the Child & Adult Behavior Center, we help both adults and children, as well as parents.
For adults, we help you find ways to cope with stress, anxiety, loss and depression. Not only talking through and understanding, but also concrete "what to do about it" coping skills, lead to calmer, more stable emotions and relationships. We find cognitive behavioral therapy very useful, and within that, learning the skills of mindfulness, a form of in-the-moment meditative thinking, to calm and focus the mind when emotions overtake. This fosters a new way of viewing and handling stressful situations as they arise.
For children's therapy, we work with you, and with your child. Parents' feedback is a critical part of helping children feel and do better. We help you with parent-child interactions to find your way as you navigate the seas of child behavior. Our specializations are the treatment for Aspergers/autism, ADHD, Oppositional Defiance, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, emotional self regulation, the behavioral and emotional aspects of sensory issues, anxiety and depression. Our special programs also treat a wide range of neuroatypical, developmentally challenged children. Neuro-typical parent-child relationships, family relations, and parenting issues for all children and teens are also our focus. We help - you help your child - with ideas and techniques to put into action. Ideas that can greatly reduce the stress and storm of being a parent in the trenches. Peace in the home is possible!

Feeling overwhelmed by day-to-day life is something many people experience, and counseling can provide a supportive space to work through those challenges. My goal is to offer a nonjudgmental, empathetic environment where we can identify your goals, work toward them together, and regularly evaluate your progress.
I especially enjoy working with individuals living with chronic illnesses, as well as partners, family members, and caregivers who may also need support but often hesitate to ask for help. I also work with people who have been falsely accused and may be navigating stress, uncertainty, isolation, or difficult emotions that can feel overwhelming to manage alone.

In therapy, I provide a supportive space where you can better understand your experiences, strengthen your sense of self, and develop healthier ways of coping and connecting with others. I believe that each client is the expert on their own life, and my role is to help guide, support, and empower you throughout the process. I am continually learning and expanding my clinical skills so I can bring effective, evidence-based approaches into our work together. My therapeutic style incorporates Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and EMDR to help clients build practical skills, gain insight, and move toward positive change. Outside of the therapy office, I enjoy teaching dance, working out, and baking treats to share with friends and family. I have 9 years of experience supporting individuals and families as they navigate some of life’s most challenging moments. I hold a Master’s degree in Social Work from Tarleton State University, and throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to work with adults, children, and adolescents across a variety of settings, including shelters, outreach centers, schools, and hospitals.
These experiences have shaped my belief that everyone deserves to feel heard, supported, and empowered to create a life that feels meaningful to them. I strive to embrace the full spectrum of life—the challenges, transitions, growth, joy, and everything in between—and provide a safe, compassionate space where you can show up as your authentic self.
My approach is collaborative and centered around meeting you where you are. I believe therapy is not about having all the answers, but about having the right support as you explore your experiences, understand yourself more deeply, and work toward the life you want. My goal is to help you recognize your strengths, navigate obstacles, shift perspectives, and develop tools that allow you to move forward with greater confidence and hope.
I am a compassionate, client-centered therapist dedicated to helping adults navigate life’s challenges with greater clarity, emotional balance, and resilience. I provide a supportive and nonjudgmental space where clients can process difficult experiences, strengthen coping skills, and create meaningful change. My approach integrates evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and Christian counseling when desired, helping clients heal, grow, and move forward with confidence and purpose.
I received my license to practice marriage and family therapy in Texas in 1995. Over the years I've had the opportunity to work successfully with many different types of clients.
I am experienced with mood disorders including depression and bipolar disorder. Anxiety, and adjustment disorders are quite common. We are all products of our family and culture so these issues are discussed in individual and couples counseling sessions.
Because my specialty is marriage and family counseling, I sometimes work with couples or with several family members in the counseling session. If you are seeking marital therapy, then you are already aware of how complex it is to resolve problems to satisfy both of you. I want you to know that it is possible to unravel the issues and resolve them. All that is required is honesty – primarily with yourself – and a bit of work. We have seen many couples return to a peaceful and satisfying marriage.
My counseling style is relaxed, but very direct. I prefer for clients to come to counseling weary of how things are going and prepared to begin changing their life.
I practice solution-oriented and CBT counseling techniques which means that we work hard to ensure you come to as few sessions as possible. Many clients report 6 to 10 sessions are sufficient to provide mastery over the symptoms that brought them to therapy.
Integrity, honesty and decency are keys to success and it is my commitment to bring these characteristics to each session.
