I work with clients who invite me to walk alongside them on their journey. I believe that our personal stories, experiences, and even the world around us play an essential role in therapy. That’s why I incorporate narrative, metaphor, and pop culture into sessions. My clinical approach includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), among other evidence-based frameworks. I provide individual therapy for adults and specialize in personal and professional transitions, depression, anxiety, men’s issues, religion and spirituality, grief, and ADHD.
The value of serving others has been evident throughout my life. Having many years of work experience, including the armed forces, has helped me become a more flexible and well-rounded individual.
My experience is across a variety of behavioral health settings including various levels of education, structured outpatient and inpatient psychiatric facilities, outreach and community mental health, managed care, and private practice promoting alternative therapies such as Emotional Support Animals as an accommodation and Hopscotch Play. As a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), additional credentials are Certified Anger Resolution Therapist (CART) and Certified Integrative Mental Health Professional (CIMHP).

Greetings! I am a Licensed Certified Social Worker(LCSW). I completed my Master's at the University of Missouri-Columbia(MIZ-ZOU). I have over 17 years counseling experience. I get the most joy from partnering with individuals who may be struggling with phase of life challenges and would benefit from a fresh, non-judgmental perspective. Hi, I am Samantha, a Licensed Professional Counselor with 15 years experience in community mental health. Native to Texas, I graduated from St. Mary's University, with Master's of Arts in Community Counseling. I have a passion for helping people reclaim their lives and thrive. Whether you’re facing challenges related to trauma, substance use, or life transitions, you don’t have to go through it alone. I provide a warm, non-judgmental space where we can explore your story and work toward healing and growth.
Hi there, I'm Parag.
You were not put here on this earth to suffer. You deserve to live your life with happiness and peace of mind. Mental illness and addiction can rob anyone of these precious gifts. When you turn to family and friends for support, often they don't know what to say or how to help. You can end up feeling very alone in the world.
No one wants to develop mental illness or addictions. You didn't do anything wrong. Feeling emotionally numb, mentally overwhelmed, or having thoughts like "I just don't want to be on this earth anymore" are not things that people willingly choose for themselves. They are illnesses. We often get sick through no fault of our own. Just like some people get diabetes or heart disease, some people get mental illness.
Working over five years in an inpatient psychiatric hospital, I have helped patients overcome symptoms of depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, phobias, relationship problems, and self-esteem issues. My approach is to get to know you as a person and work on addressing what is really going on with your mind and your life right now.
I know getting therapy can be scary, but I will do everything I can to help you feel heard, understood, and genuinely cared for. Give yourself a chance to have peace of mind again.
I have several years of experience supporting clients through life’s challenges, including stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, family conflict, parenting concerns, and substance use. I believe therapy should feel like a safe space—one where you can be open, honest, and fully yourself without fear of judgment. Together, we will work at your pace to explore what’s going on, build coping tools, and help you move toward the life you want.
Welcome. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 22yrs of experience working with individuals from all walks of life, and I love working with individuals in helping them with life challenges and barriers to their happiness and living their best life. My strengths include being a good listener, starting where the client is in their life, helping them to change the things that no longer serve them well.
At 10:23 I understand the importance of cultivating resilience and fostering healthy relationships to achieve our best life. Therapy doesn’t work when clients feel talked down to, rushed, or misunderstood. Many teens and adults I work with have tried therapy before and felt it didn’t really fit.
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Texas, I bring both clinical training and lived experience into the therapy room. This allows me to connect in a way that feels genuine, grounded, and practical—especially for teens and young adults who are skeptical of therapy or unsure where to start.

Hi! I’m Jimmy Secoy, a Licensed Professional Counselor. My work is grounded in the belief that people aren’t meant to go through life’s hardest moments alone. Therapy, to me, is a place where you get to slow down, breathe, and be fully heard — without judgment and without pressure to “have it all together.”
Clients often describe me as accepting, approachable, and empathetic. I bring a calm presence to the room, but I’m also not afraid to gently challenge patterns that keep you stuck. My goal is to help you understand yourself more clearly and build the tools you need to move forward with confidence.
Hi, I'm Carla, and I'm glad you're here. Reaching out for therapy isn't always easy, and I believe finding the right therapist is an important first step. I work with women who are feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, depression, burnout, low self-esteem, or the constant pressure of trying to hold everything together. Whether you're balancing work, family, relationships, or simply feeling disconnected from yourself, you don't have to navigate it alone.
My approach is warm, supportive, and collaborative. I strive to create a space where you feel comfortable being yourself without fear of judgment. At the same time, I believe therapy should be practical. I won't just listen; we'll work together to understand what's keeping you stuck, identify patterns that are no longer serving you, and develop realistic strategies you can use in your everyday life. I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and person-centered techniques, tailoring each session to your unique needs and goals. I also value cultural humility and understand how life experiences, family expectations, identity, and personal values can shape the way we experience stress and healing.
My goal is to help you feel more confident, develop healthier coping skills, strengthen your self-worth, and create a life that feels more balanced and fulfilling. I believe meaningful change happens one step at a time, and you don't have to have everything figured out before you begin.
If you're ready to invest in yourself and start creating lasting change, I'd be honored to walk alongside you on your journey.

In the therapy room, this translates into a genuine ability to meet you where you are regardless of your background, your story, or how far from yourself you may feel right now.

Hi, I'm Jonni Allen, from Houston, Texas, a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist and an Advanced Mediator. I received my masters degree from East Carolina University in Greenville, NC and my law degree from Washburn University in Topeka, KS. I started Pink Rose Therapy to help women reach their full potential. I approach individual therapy as a partnership, where you and I both work on your treatment plan goals and checking in with how effective our work together is going. Each person is unique and has specific needs. Typically, I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) techniques to challenge your current assumptions about your situation.
I specialize in people experiencing anxiety, adjustment concerns around life transitions, and personality disorders. I am trauma informed and can help you realize how past traumas are impacting your mental health today, and strategies to cope better and calm the mind and body.
I am a single mom to three children one adult, and two elementary age.

I am a licensed professional counselor based in Houston, Texas, with over 15 years of experience supporting individuals and families through life’s most challenging moments. My background includes 10 years as a high school guidance counselor and 5 years in private practice, where I’ve had the privilege of working with adolescents, couples, and adults from diverse backgrounds.

With over 15 years of experience across healthcare, restorative justice, and outpatient settings, I provide telehealth therapy at Grow for adults and couples. My practice focuses on:
*Chronic Pain & Complex Medical Issues
*Anxiety & Phobias
*Fertility & Family Building Support
*LGBTQ+ & Gender-Affirming Care
*Eating Disorder/Substance Use Step-Down Maintenance: Supporting ongoing recovery from substance use or eating disorders following higher levels of care.
*Couples Therapy: Improving communication and relational dynamics (clinical outpatient focus only).
Practice Boundaries & Administrative Policies
To maintain a clear focus on clinical care, please review the following scope boundaries:
*Legal & Forensic Services: I do not provide forensic evaluations, court-ordered treatment, litigation support, or expert witness testimony for legal proceedings, divorce, or custody disputes.
*Disability & Administrative Paperwork: I do not perform disability evaluations or complete short/long-term disability claims; I do not write Emotional Support Animal (ESA) letters.
*Telehealth & Medical Requirements: Virtual therapy for chronic pain, ARFID, or medical distress serves strictly as a complementary psychological service. Because virtual care lacks physical monitoring:
A. Clients with ARFID or eating disorders must maintain ongoing care with an in-person physician for routine medical safety.
B. Clients seeking pain reprocessing or somatic therapy must have their pain evaluated by a physician.
******If medical or psychiatric needs exceed virtual outpatient scope, I will assist with referrals to local in-person providers**************
Born and raised in the inner city by a single mother and a large extended family, I noticed the needs of those that were mentally or physically diagnosed were often not met. Therefore, I began to inquire about what I needed to do in order to be a part of the solution. I began to work in the field and I have worked in Behavioral/Mental Health for close to 20 years. My experience covers a plethora of ages and diagnosis across many settings. My determination to treat and support those with mental health diagnosis during the pandemic inspired me to perform outpatient therapy via telehealth to adults and adolescents. I specialize in adults 25-55 with various diagnoses but primarily Anxiety, PTSD, trauma and Depression to name a few. I love to utilize CBT, CPT, trauma informed care (TIC) and Motivational Interviewing as treatment modalities.

My approach is collaborative, strengths-based, and tailored to each individual’s needs. I incorporate techniques from play therapy, mindfulness, trauma-focused therapy, and person-centered therapy to help clients build coping skills, improve emotional regulation, strengthen relationships, and develop greater self-understanding. I especially enjoy helping children and teens express themselves in creative and developmentally appropriate ways through telehealth.
I believe therapy can be a place for healing, growth, and meaningful change. Whether you are seeking support for yourself or your child, my goal is to help clients feel heard, empowered, and better equipped to navigate life’s challenges with confidence and resilience.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and National Certified Counselor (NCC) with a Master of Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Houston–Victoria. My professional background includes extensive experience working with both the State of Texas and nonprofit organizations, supporting individuals who are seeking to improve their lives and overcome personal challenges.
I have had the privilege of working with clients throughout the lifespan—including children, adolescents, teens, and adults—addressing a broad spectrum of mental health concerns such as anxiety, trauma, depression, stress, and abuse. I am deeply committed to guiding clients through their healing journeys and empowering them to achieve personal growth and emotional well-being.
I believe that trust is the cornerstone of an effective therapeutic relationship. I prioritize creating a safe, confidential, and supportive environment where clients can feel secure and valued. My approach is grounded in empathy, respect, and a genuine understanding of each individual's unique needs.
I utilize evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Informed Care, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy. My counseling style is open-minded, compassionate, and non-judgmental. I am passionate about helping clients navigate life’s challenges and look forward to supporting each person on their path to healing and self-discovery.
In addition, I value collaboration with families, healthcare providers, and community resources when appropriate to support comprehensive care. I strive to help clients build healthy coping skills, strengthen resilience, improve communication, and develop greater self-awareness. My goal is to empower each client to recognize their strengths, overcome obstacles, and create meaningful, lasting changes in their daily lives.
Hello! I'm thrilled you're taking the brave step toward seeking support. My name is Brittany Gomola, and I bring a diverse and extensive range of experience to my counseling practice.
I completed my clinical training in the New Jersey, gaining valuable experience in a variety of challenging and rewarding settings. My foundational clinical internships were completed at both a community mental health facility and a child and family center in inner-city Trenton, where I developed a deep understanding of complex family dynamics and community-based care.
My commitment to helping individuals navigate life's challenges is broad. Since relocating to the Houston area, I have dedicated time to supporting clients through recovery as a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (LCDC) at a substance abuse recovery center.
Furthermore, I currently serve as a Special Education Teacher and hold a specialization as a Clinical Autism Specialist. This dual role has equipped me with unique skills in behavioral support, individualized planning, and effective communication across various developmental needs.
I believe in lifelong learning and continually enhancing my expertise to best serve my clients. I am currently deepening my professional focus by furthering my training in perinatal counseling. This specialization will allow me to offer sensitive and informed support to individuals and families navigating the emotional and psychological journey of pregnancy, postpartum, and early parenthood.
Whether you are seeking support for substance use, family challenges, specialized care related to autism, or the unique struggles of the perinatal period, I am here to offer a collaborative, compassionate, and informed therapeutic space.
I look forward to connecting with you.
