New to Grow
I am a Louisiana native and a Clinical Mental Health Counselor practicing in Texas and Georgia. I bring over a decade of honorable military service and more than six years of clinical experience across partial hospitalization (PHP), intensive outpatient (IOP) programs, mental health group facilitation, and private practice. I've been practicing since 2020. I completed an Associate of Science in Psychology, a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, a Master of Science in Clinical Counseling Psychology, and am currently working towards a Doctorate in Psychology at Keiser University. She is certified in Anger Management. In my free time, I enjoy outdoor adventures, good television, arts and crafts, spending time with my family, and concerts, operas, and plays.

My work extends beyond traditional therapy sessions. We are committed to supporting sustainable healing, emotional clarity, and long-term psychological wellness that integrates into everyday life. Through a collaborative and compassionate approach, we help clients move toward greater self-awareness, stability, and personal freedom.
I am best positioned to serve individuals who are ready to heal from past pain, break unhealthy cycles, and reconnect with themselves emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. My practice is especially supportive for adults and adolescents navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, life transitions, stress, relationship challenges, and emotional overwhelm. I work well with clients who may feel stuck, emotionally exhausted, or disconnected from peace and purpose, but who are open to growth, healing, and meaningful change. Many of my clients are high-functioning individuals who carry silent burdens while trying to balance family, work, relationships, and personal expectations. My approach is compassionate, trauma-informed, and I provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can feel heard, valued, and supported while developing healthier coping skills, emotional resilience, and confidence.
