Greetings,
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) licensed in both Texas and Maryland. I hold a Master’s degree from the University of Louisville and have been practicing for over 11 years. Additionally, I specialize in assisting caregivers in managing the complexities of caring for family members or older adults.
I have extensive experience in long-term care, particularly in working with individuals affected by dementia. I also provide treatment for a wide range of mental health concerns, including dissociative disorders, bipolar disorder, ADHD/ADD, grief, anxiety, and self-esteem issues, among others. *I do not treat addiction, sexual disorders, obsessive compulsive disorder or borderline personality disorder. *

Hi! I'm a Licensed Professional Counsellor (LPC) based in Texas. I received my Masters from Webster University and have been practicing for 15 years. I help adults struggling with all life stressors become the best versions of themselves. I have dedicated my professional life to bring guidance and a safe platform for counseling needs. I have worked with private and public entities to include law enforcement populations.
If you’re feeling overwhelmed, mentally unsteady, or unsure how to move forward — you don’t have to carry that alone.
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and graduate of North Carolina State University. I work with adults navigating anxiety, burnout, life transitions, relationship stress, and questions of direction or purpose. Many of the people I support feel capable and motivated — yet internally worn down, struggling to feel grounded, present, or confident in themselves.
My primary focus is helping clients stabilize emotionally and mentally — so you feel more anchored, regulated, and clear. From that place of steadiness, we begin to explore how you can grow into the fullest version of yourself, making the most of your strengths, values, and lived experience rather than trying to become someone you’re not.
Therapy with me is not about pushing or fixing — it’s about creating a solid foundation where clarity, confidence, and meaningful change can naturally emerge. For those who find meaning and strength in their Christian faith, I welcome that as part of our work together — though spirituality is never required or assumed. You bring what matters to you, and we build from there.

Hello. I want to start by saying, "Thank you for deciding to show up for yourself by seeking support." As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Certified Grief Coach, retreat facilitator, and transformational speaker. I meet individuals all the time who share with me that making the first appointment is hard, but grateful they did once they start counseling. My life calling is to create non-judgmental spaces for broken hearts to be healed and purposeful living to be restored. I look forward to creating a nonjudgmental space of guidance and healing.
Let me guess: You've been thinking about therapy for a while now. Maybe months, maybe years, but something kept stopping you…too busy, too expensive, "it's not that bad yet," or maybe just the fear of opening up to a stranger who might judge you or not really get it.
Here's what I want you to know: You're already doing the hardest part by being here, you don't need to wait until things get worse, you don't need permission to ask for help, and you definitely don't have to figure this out alone. That's literally what I'm here for.
As a board-certified bilingual therapist (MS, LMHC, LPC, NCC) licensed in Florida, Texas, and New Jersey, an Army veteran, and the founder of Time to Talk Therapy, I have spent over 10 years supporting more than 3,000 clients through trauma, anxiety, depression, and major life transitions that once felt impossible to navigate. I've worked everywhere from crisis units and corrections facilities to refugee shelters and quiet therapy rooms, supporting people through chronic mental illness, personality disorders, abuse, trauma, ADHD, OCD, addictions, and some of the hardest moments of their lives... and here's what I know for sure: healing doesn't require perfection, it requires honesty and someone who actually gets it. You're not broken, you're dealing with hard things, and you deserve help that feels supportive, not cold, not judgmental, not like one more thing you're supposed to "fix" about yourself.
I specialize in trauma and PTSD, anxiety and depression, self-sabotage and recurrent patterns, complex PTSD and personality disorders, as well as life transitions.
📣 I know life can get busy, so I offer weekend availability, early-morning sessions, and after-hours appointments (6:00 AM–10:00 PM EST), along with self-pay options to give you a little more flexibility.

Clients often tell me they feel seen, heard, and understood in a way they haven’t experienced before. I keep things simple, but we go deep. My style is honest, grounded, and real. I provide therapeutic support for individuals navigating depression, anxiety, and trauma. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure where to begin, you don’t have to face it alone. I believe therapy should feel like a safe and steady space where you can slow down, breathe, and begin to heal.
My background shaped my strength, my compassion, and my heart for this work. I know what it’s like to navigate hard environments and still carry big dreams. I believe you can honor where you come from while also creating growth and change in your life.
My approach is laid-back and personal. I aim to create a compassionate, nonjudgmental environment where you feel comfortable being yourself. I value cultural humility and believe your background, identity, and lived experiences matter deeply.

My own healing journey—shaped by faith, adoption, and the power of community—inspires me to walk alongside others through both expected and unexpected changes. I believe in the freedom that comes from doing the work: acknowledging pain, releasing what no longer serves us, and reclaiming joy.

Hello, I’m Whitnee Willrich, a Licensed Professional Counselor who is passionate about helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life’s challenges with compassion and clarity. I believe therapy should be a safe, supportive space where you can show up exactly as you are without fear of judgment.
In our work together, I focus on helping clients better understand themselves, develop healthier coping strategies, and build stronger relationships. My approach is collaborative, empowering, and grounded in creating meaningful change so you can move forward with greater confidence and emotional well-being.
Whether you are feeling overwhelmed, navigating a life transition, or simply looking for support and personal growth, I am here to walk alongside you on your journey toward healing.
Clients are invited to review my profile to understand who I am, what I carry, and the heart behind the work I do. I am a Christian counselor with a deep calling to walk alongside individuals who are seeking healing, clarity, and meaningful growth. My background includes six years of service in Madrid, Spain, where I developed a profound respect for people’s stories, resilience, and the ways God is present and at work even in the most difficult circumstances. The word "bastante”—meaning “enough” or “sufficient”—captures something important in how I see life and healing: God is enough, and through Him, we are invited into a process of becoming whole.
My heart and soul are rooted in helping people move forward in the areas where they feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure. I work with individuals who desire not only support, but also deeper understanding: those who are willing to engage in the process of growth and explore the connections between their thoughts, emotions, experiences, and spiritual life. I believe that healing is not only emotional or cognitive, but also deeply spiritual, and I value the role of the Holy Spirit in guiding, revealing truth, and bringing transformation.
I bring a compassionate, grounded, and collaborative approach to counseling, creating space for individuals to feel seen, heard, and supported. My desire is to help you uncover patterns, strengthen your sense of identity, and move toward the life God has designed for you. I see counseling as a sacred space where healing, truth, and hope intersect, and it is a privilege to walk with each person in that journey.
I believe therapy should feel like a place where you can finally exhale — where you don’t have to hold everything together or have all the answers. I work with individuals who are feeling overwhelmed, emotionally stuck, or longing for deeper peace and clarity in their lives and relationships. My approach is warm, attuned, and grounded in trauma-informed care, blending EMDR, CBT, DBT, and somatic therapy to support real and lasting change. Together, we create a space where you can feel safe to be fully yourself while building the confidence, resilience, and self-trust needed to move forward.
Hello! I am Wendy Theriot,MA,LPC. I specialize in trauma focused therapy; I have worked in the private practice setting as well as treatment facility setting. I have taken a break from in-person therapy where I specialized in EMDR; I spent years working with First Responders, Veterans and Military Personnel and still do. At the moment I use CPT/CBT/DBT ( during virtual sessions) which are all therapies that address negative feedback loops. I am knowledgeable in how trauma affects the brain and how it impacts the client’s life in negative ways. The therapy approaches I use help heal and change those negative effects.
In addition to the methods I use for individual counseling I also help couples heal their relationship using Gottman’s Method and work with families to change negative feedback loops and help foster better interpersonal relationships in the home….

I currently work at a Crisis Center for the state of Georgia trying to help people repair their lives. I'm also accepting clients in Texas as well. Through out my career as a social worker, I've dealt with at risk youths, inmates, and substance abuse, and homeless population. I've come to realize that a lot of people have one thing in common, they all would like to be treated with respect and allow them to have their autonomy. My great listening and problem solving skills with my clients help them to come to solutions to their own problems. That's what a lot of my clients can expect is a person who ask open-ended questions to help them consider things that they normally haven't and challenge their thoughts or desires versus their actions in life.
With a background as a high-performing D1 athlete, experience in law enforcement, support for military families and the expectations of the corporate world - I bring a unique perspective to therapy. I have a Ph.D. in Counselor Education and Supervision from Ohio University, a masters degree in Clinical Rehabilitation and Mental Health counseling from UNC-Chapel Hill, and a bachelors of science degree in psychology from North Carolina State University.
I chose to get a PhD in counseling because of my desire to help others, and my continuous drive to learn and grow. Therapy was essential to me as a teenager, then as a young adult, and now as a middle-aged adult. I have always found it to be a powerful tool in allowing me to process my thoughts and feelings, both about my past and my future. As a result, I chose to become a therapist, to provide the same support and guidance to the people I work with!
