She draws from a variety of evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, family therapy, behavioral approaches, trauma-informed care, strengths-based work, and mindfulness.
She works with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, mood concerns, life transitions, and relationship or family challenges.
Jasmina is committed to creating a supportive and genuine therapeutic relationship built on trust, openness, and respect. She views therapy as a collaborative journey where clients play an active role in shaping their goals and growth. Hello, I'm a licensed professional counselor based in Pennsylvania. I have worked in the counseling field for many years. I work from a framework of solution focused therapy but utilize many strategies and therapeutic techniques. Overall I strive to create an atmosphere of acceptance to make individuals feel comfortable in sharing the struggles that have brought them to therapy, and in realizing they deserve the assistance that will help them flourish and obtain the things in life they are striving for.
I help people improve their ability to cope with life by utilizing behavioral tools that foster personal change and growth. I focus on fostering a positive, non-judgmental environment while building trust. I build positive connections with my clients- sometimes through humor and laughter, other times through empathy and compassion. I tend to be more solution focused while assisting clients on maximizing the use of self. As a person who has worked in health care for several years I am able to assist clients in the utilization of community resource in order to achieve their optimal level of wellness.
As a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 20 years of diverse experience in mental health and addiction treatment, I bring both depth and dedication to my private practice. I specialize in working with individuals facing challenges related to addiction, trauma, intimate partner violence, grief and loss and low self-esteem. My approach is rooted in evidence-based and promising practices. I emphasize compassion and active listening to create a therapeutic environment where clients feel empowered and supported.
In our work together, you can expect a collaborative, respectful process tailored to your unique needs and goals. My commitment is to help you build self-awareness and resilience, providing you with tools for meaningful, lasting change.
I work with adults who carry a lot—responsibility, expectations, and often unresolved trauma—while appearing strong and capable to everyone else. If you struggle with chronic anxiety, burnout, emotional numbness, or a constant sense of pressure, my work is designed to help you slow down, reconnect with yourself, and heal at a deeper level.
With over 15 years of clinical experience, my approach is trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and grounded in attachment-based and evidence-based care. I specialize in complex and developmental trauma, as well as high-functioning anxiety and burnout—particularly for clients who have spent years coping, over-functioning, or putting others first.
Therapy with me is collaborative, gentle, and deeply intentional. I focus on creating safety and trust first, because meaningful trauma work can only happen when your nervous system feels supported. From that foundation, we work to understand how past experiences continue to shape your anxiety, relationships, self-worth, and sense of safety in the present.
Clients often describe my style as warm and supportive, while also appropriately challenging. I will meet you with compassion and respect, and I will also help you notice patterns that keep you stuck so that real, lasting change is possible.
As a clinical social worker with over 30 years of experience, I can serve as your guide whether you are facing chronic painful feelings such as anxiety or depression, a major life transition, or a recent or past life altering trauma. Working with me, you will learn new perspectives and skills to build a firm foundation for mental health and wellbeing. I have broad experience in mental health and addictions. I believe psychotherapy is a great deal more than "just talking." I earned my BA in Asian Languages and Civilizations at Amherst College in Massachusetts and my Master of Social Work (MSW) at Boston University. I lived in Japan for about 10 years.
Greetings! I'm Ed, and I specialize in supporting individuals facing challenges such as depression, anxiety, relationship issues, and substance abuse. If you find that your enjoyment of life's simple pleasures is waning or if the demands of everyday life feel overwhelming, I'm here to help.
My primary goal is to establish a solid working relationship with you, empowering you to make lasting positive changes. I strive to create a safe, supportive, and confidential environment where you can feel comfortable addressing your concerns openly.
In my practice, I draw upon evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, principles of Motivational Interviewing, and Mindfulness meditation. By incorporating these methods, I aim to guide you toward a more fulfilling and balanced life.
Together, we'll explore your unique circumstances and work collaboratively to develop strategies that promote personal growth, emotional well-being, and improved relationships. I'm dedicated to assisting you on your journey towards positive change.

I hold a Master’s degree from Fordham University, and my focus is on helping adults navigate the challenges of anxiety and depression. To others it may seem like you've got it all together, but on the inside you're spinning out of control. Panic randomly punches you in the chest, taking your breath away, and you can't focus on anything else other than how to make it stop. You are consumed by trying to keep up with everyone else since they seem to have it all together, but you can barely function through the day. You feel like an awful mom because you are lashing out on your kids and hating the daily monotony instead of "embracing the joy of motherhood." You feel like you are failing your partner because somewhere along this journey you just lost yourself.
You want to be a better mom to your kids. And remember why you fell in love with your partner. And stop the tornado of anxiety that knocks you out on the regular. You want to stop living by the expectations of others and rediscover who you truly are. It's time to win back some peace of mind and self-worth and attract the life you want.
I have the DBT and mindfulness skills, which uses both mind and body exercises that will help you manage the crippling anxiety, love yourself better, be a more present and joyful mom, improve your relationships, and attract the life you want.

I provide virtual therapy for individuals and couples for trauma, anxiety, and life transitions and have been providing counseling for the past 9 years. I am an EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing) therapist and have been trained for the past 4 years.
I have always held a deep affection for the field of Human Services since the day my siblings came to me seeking advice for whatever problems they had. That personal experience fueled my pursuit of a career in counseling and therapy. My credentials include a Master's in Human Services, a Licensed Professional Counselor in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania, and a National Certified Counselor. For over 40 years, I have been blessed with opportunities to serve as a clinician across diverse settings, including Child Welfare, Criminal Justice, Education, the Corporate Sector, and Military Family Life (all branches). I pride myself in being an instrument that provides a genuine, safe space for clients to embrace who they are while welcoming change, operating with the core belief that “everything starts and ends with the individual".

I believe that if every human being had someone to provide them with unconditional positive regard, especially during the formative years of childhood, our world would be a safer place. Unfortunately, many of us don’t even make it through childhood without wounds from emotionally painful experiences. Sometimes the consequences of these experiences are long-lasting and can impact our well-being, relationships, and work. Fortunately, therapy can help. I have worked in community and university settings for the past 7 years, and I have experience treating a variety of mental health struggles such as anxiety, depression, sexual abuse, trauma, marriage/family issues, and communication challenges.
Hello! I have always enjoyed helping others for as long as I can remember as early as age 9. I love to see their responses in the learning process. I have experienced trauma, witnessed violence, anxiety, have been in an unhealthy alcoholic relationship and have been a sensitive being my entire life not understanding why.
My saving Grace has always been movement. I loved the way it made me feel-free and calm, and movement has always been part of my life even during 4 pregnancies and keeping up with my 4 children, and now my grandchildren. Over time, I was introduced to mindfulness, stress reduction and relaxation (which I didn’t realized how much I needed) and Yoga. This allowed me to calm my mind and focus.
My career goal was Physical Education teaching and when I graduated (after have 4 children), teacher jobs were scarce. I was introduced to Behavioral Health and here I am now, 25 years later.
