As a licensed professional counselor, I have helped individuals work through a variety of experiences (grief, trauma, life transitions, improved emotional regulation and coping, and more). I believe that everyone deserves to have a safe place to help them become the best version of themselves.
In our first session together, here's what you can expect
During our first session, we will complete our intake assessment. I'll be asking a lot of questions about your life and experiences, so I can get a better idea of how I can help you. We will talk about confidentiality and its limits, your preferences for treatment, and build a plan we both agree on to move forward into treatment.

I have experience working with individuals with severe mental health and major life changes/experiences. I am very accepting of different experiences, opinions and beliefs. I am patient, open minded and motivated to help you with anything I can. If I can’t, I will help you find someone who can. Your well-being is the priority.

I love working with individuals who are feeling stuck or unheard but have the motivation and desire to improve their lives. They just need the right supports and tools to do so.
Dialectical Behavior (DBT)
I am certified in DBT through Evergreen certifications. I integrate DBT and skills training into individual sessions at a pace that you are both comfortable with and can benefit from.

Jasmine is the first therapist I’ve felt connected to and listened to by. She’s amazing and is the reason I stuck to doing therapy. She’s humorous, solution-oriented, open-minded, challenging, and does a great job of respecting me and listening to me. I would recommend her to anyone needing trauma therapy.
