Hi I'm Fabyonne,
Our stressors, which can include hectic lives, and often overwhelming schedules, can keep us from living our very best life. Do you wish you could just check out of the matrix and reset if only for a moment? Well, I am here to help you do just that.
I am both an LPC and MFT and for this reason, I utilize an eclectic mix of therapeutic modalities and resources to help you regain a sense of control when life feels chaotic. Granting you the space to verbally process all the answers (which by the way have been placed inside you) necessary to heal and deal with all life throws your way.
As a clinician trained in EFT and EMDR accompanied by being a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional I lean into trauma informed care, attachment and family systems.
My history includes a 25-year teaching career and a slow transition to a full-time therapist in the last 8 years. The classroom experience is where I learned the foundational structure and hands-on impact of counseling (as teachers are literally everything to everybody).
We all struggle or feel overwhelmed. It's normal. But we also have the ability to learn, grow, and improve. Having the right support can really help avoid making things worse and speed up how quickly we recover. Whether you are dealing with stress, depression, anxiety, trauma, addiction, relationship issues or long term mental health challenges - I would really like to help you achieve your goals.
With over 15 years of experience coaching individuals and couples with a wide variety of issues I believe that together we can work to help you feel better, improve your life, and be healthy.
I look forward to talking with you!
I take a holistic perspective with my clients to address the health of body, mind, and spirit. I believe that a solid therapeutic relationship between client and therapist is a crucial part of the healing process, and that techniques and therapy approaches must “fit” the client in order to be effective—there is no “one size fits all” therapy. My goal, as a counselor and therapist, is to deeply understand my client, and when this happens we are able to identify areas of life that need to be changed, and ways of going about doing that. Therapy is a collaborative process between a trained therapist and a client who wants to change.
I am a licensed professional counselor who has experience in working with families, adults, and couples.
My expertise are working with clients struggling with relational issues, ADHD, anxiety, depression, and postpartum struggles. I believes that clients are the expert of their own lives and has an integrative approach to therapy with an emphasis on strength based, solution-focused, and client-centered therapy. I will work with clients to explore family and individual characteristics and dynamics to gain perspective and self-awareness. I also believes in empathetically listening and working together to tackle problems of life together to gain a healthier way of living.
Transform Your Struggle into Strength through Expert, Compassionate Care.
You wouldn’t ignore a physical injury, yet so many of us suffer in silence with emotional pain. Whether you are navigating the echoes of trauma, the weight of depression, or the relentless cycle of anxiety, you deserve more than just "getting by." With decades of experience, I provide more than just a listening ear—I work with you to provide a roadmap to healing.
Healing happens when you are truly heard. I believe that building a collaborative, trusting relationship is the most powerful tool in therapy. You are the expert on your life; I am the guide helping you navigate it.
Why Work With Me?

Hi There, Perrin here, If you are reading this short bio, I want to first congratulate you on the first step towards self discovery. I was born in The Bronx, NY which has inducted me naturally into a world that did not always make sense. I am mixed with African American and Native American heritage so this has allowed me to be both culturally sensitive as well as unbiased towards the human experience. I have a great appreciation for humanity which has led me to this field and assisting individuals in recognizing their innate abilities to push through tough challenges is my most treasured goal. My practice embodies the three core processes I have concluded to be effective during my 13 years of experience. These processes are; explore, grow, and maintain and through these processes, individuals will understand and explore where they have come from, growing through their experiences, and using the skills along the way in maintaining effective change.
Greetings, my name is Amy!

Welcome!
I am a compassionate, trauma-informed therapist with extensive experience helping clients navigate some of life’s most challenging struggles. My areas of specialty include substance use disorders, process addictions, eating disorders, and trauma. I also have a strong background working with first responders, military service members, and their families, understanding the unique stressors, cultural dynamics, and mental health challenges.
I approach therapy with a client-centered and individualized perspective. I understand that no two journeys are the same, and I work collaboratively to create a safe, supportive space. My goal is to help you identify patterns, develop healthier coping strategies, and gain insight into the underlying factors that may be influencing your behaviors and emotional responses.
In my work with substance use and process addictions, I focus on helping clients build resilience, identify triggers, and strengthen tools for relapse prevention. When supporting clients with eating disorders, I combine compassionate support with evidence-based interventions to address both the physical and psychological aspects of recovery. I also specialize in trauma-focused care, helping individuals process painful experiences in a safe and structured way, reducing emotional distress, and building emotional regulation skills.
Working with first responders and military clients, I understand the high levels of stress, trauma exposure, and unique cultural factors that can impact mental health. I provide practical tools, psychoeducation, and coping strategies to support emotional well-being while honoring the unique identity and experiences of each client.
Whether you are seeking to process trauma, heal from addiction, manage anxiety or depression, or improve your overall well-being, I am here to guide you. Together, we can create a treatment plan that aligns with your goals, fosters personal growth, and empowers you to live a more balanced and fulfilling life. You are not alone in this journey, and change is possible.
Hi, I'm a therapist with over thirty years of experience working with individuals, couples, and families and historically getting positive results. I tend to work with families with special members such as teens and seniors. I have always worked with teens as it seemed to be a population others found difficult, but I liked the challenge. Now that I am a senior, I better understand the needs of our demographic. I tend to utilize a Family Systems approach which sees the individual in a family context as the majority has grown up in some form of family, whether related by blood or not. I've also taught Marriage and Family Therapy through what is now Drexel University's Family Therapy Program and have offered professional Supervision as a Clinical Member and Approved Supervisor of the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy. By working with the client in a collaborative, goal setting manner, faster more positive results seem to be achieved.
Dawn Seeburger completed her master’s degree in School Counseling with licensure at
Kutztown University. She has been practicing for over 10 years and is knowledgeable and confident in her work. With younger clients, she utilizes an interactive play therapy-based approach which includes games, sand tray, artwork, etc.
CBT and psychoeducation is also included during sessions. Dawn works with all ages from as young as 3 years old. Typically, she incorporates family members, when possible to help families improve relationships and make positive changes. If your child is struggling in the school environment, Dawn can help work through this and also collaborate with the teacher to develop a positive plan for success in the classroom.
Dawn also works with adult clients to resolve life stressors and reduce anxiety. She takes a very individualized approach and provides a listening ear and interactive feedback.

Hello, I'm Jessica.
You made it here! Getting to the point where you finally make a connection and start feeling some relief from your burdens, it's a lot.
If you schedule with me, you will find that I'm an open, honest person who creates a warm, safe space for you to explore anything and everything that brought you here.
I help people untangle their suffering from their daily lives. I work with adults of all ages, helping them understand their experience in the context of their life story, and their current stage of life. I have helped people with loss, the lasting effects of childhood abuse, anxiety, depression, complicated traumas, self-harm like cutting or picking, overwhelming emotions, stress, health and illnesses, boundaries and relationships, aging.
If you have a question for me, feel free to reach out and ask. I look forward to connecting with you!
I can help you navigate through change: job loss, grief, family estrangement, divorce/breakup, gender exploration, working on anxious attachment or people-pleasing. Together, we can work to integrate trauma, depression, anxiety and other symptoms into a life that feels worthwhile, however you define that. There's definitely more than one path for healing, and what can look like stability to some can be uncomfortably stifling to others. I will utilize a combination of narrative therapy, motivational interviewing, DBT/CBT skills (very optional!), feminist therapy and insight-oriented therapy to help you find your way forward.
My biggest rule in therapy is "no trauma shaming." That is, if you are sharing your trauma and include a qualifier such as "other people have it worse," I will remind you that your trauma is valid! Surviving trauma is difficult enough; shame is a log lying on the train tracks. We can move it, and move forward, with the correct equipment.

Since I was 17, I’d always wanted to be a therapist. I learned that sometimes it takes more than just healing the mind in order to heal the whole person. That means that sometimes people need healing on emotional, psychological and spiritual levels. I then received two masters degrees, one in mental health counseling, and the other in the applied healing arts. Utilizing both these degrees has helped me to combine both traditional and alternative therapies into my work.
