Welcome! I'm Rochelle,
I am glad you have taken a moment for yourself, to explore therapy and how it could help in your wellness journey. Things seem so hard right now; the world seems to be a different place and it feels like we are more isolated and disconnected. The struggles with anxiety and depression seems to be greater. Those who have had traumatic events in their life are dealing with the impact of those wounds with increased intensity. Individuals who are going through life transitions are finding it difficult to navigate the changes that result.
Therapy can be a wonderful tool to help manage these challenges and feeling better. It can provide you with information to gain perspective and help you make better decisions, teach you skills to cope, manage depression and anxiety; process the traumatic events and support you in moving with the changes. Therapy can be so helpful but at the same time a hard step to take, I know I have been there and worked with others who have had hesitation, but if you are here, checking it out it might be worth the next step.

My therapeutic approach is based on the client’s needs, and I believe there is no one therapy approach that works for everyone, as we are all different and unique individuals. I believe in being open and honest in sessions to assist clients with gaining the feedback and assistance they need in making the changes that will better their lives. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply ready for change, I provide a supportive space where you can explore your thoughts and emotions at your own pace. Life can feel overwhelming when emotions seem impossible to manage. In our sessions, you set the pace. We’ll start by identifying what matters most to you and create goals that feel realistic and empowering. I draw from evidence-based methods such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and emotion-regulation skills training. For those processing difficult experiences, we can incorporate EMDR to help reduce distress and promote healing. In our sessions together, I will meet you with compassion and evidence-based techniques so you can identify and overcome any barriers that you feel are holding you back. I also use Narrative Therapy to help you re-author your story—one that highlights your resilience, strengths, and growth. In our first session, we’ll use Motivational Interviewing to talk through your hopes for therapy, explore any concerns, and begin setting the foundation for change.
Whether you're navigating anxiety, frustration, or interpersonal challenges, I will guide you in finding practical tools and skills to help you thrive. Together, we’ll take steps toward greater emotional balance and fulfillment in your life. We can work together!

Hi, I’m Brittany — a licensed professional counselor in Pennsylvania who helps women heal from trauma, break free from intrusive thoughts, and manage high-functioning anxiety without burning themselves out.
Many of my clients appear “put together” on the outside but feel overwhelmed on the inside—carrying childhood trauma, people-pleasing patterns, chronic worry, or perfectionism that never seems to let up. If this sounds like you, you’re not alone, and you don’t have to keep powering through it.
When I’m not working with clients, you can usually find me outdoors with my family and dog, reading, traveling, going to concerts or comedy shows, or doing a Bible study. These things help me stay grounded — and I bring that same grounded energy into sessions.
I believe that we all struggle from time to time, whether it be feeling anxious or depressed, or struggling from core issues, and traumas. Therapy should be a safe space to to explore these issues and learn more about ourselves. I am a therapist that has worked with individuals who have experienced trauma, recovery from substance abuse and Inam passionate about helping people heal. I am a licensed professional counselor (LPC) and certified yoga teacher. I believe there’s a strong connection between our body and our minds and our coping skills lying between.

Hello! I have almost 30 years experience in the mental health field. I have worked with individuals and families struggling and with depression, anxiety, life transitions, self esteem issues and more. I specifically find meaningful work with families in the LGBTQ community who have difficulty navigating life in this world of hate and prejudice. Life transitions such as losing a partner, a job, moving or becoming an empty nester are examples of other issues that I have guided my clients through over the years. I am open to helping anyone who wants to make changes to have a more meaningful and happier life!
Hi, I'm Amber (she/her)! I have over 15 years of experience supporting individuals facing substance use and mental health challenges. Combining my professional knowledge with lived experience, I strive to create a therapeutic space that is compassionate, relatable, and free from judgement. I believe that the greatest beauty in a person lies in their true, authentic self. As a therapist, I am committed to cultivating an environment that nurtures and encourages authenticity. There is no such thing as a perfect problem. I view therapy as a process of self-exploration and personal growth. I do not believe that individuals are broken, and therefore, I reject the notion that therapy is about “fixing” people. I am committed to supporting individuals and families in addressing the impact of substance use and mental health, and navigating the complexities of recovery, and developing healthy boundaries that promote long term well being.
There are times in life when people will seek counseling because they feel disconnected in their relationships, are struggling with difficult situations and emotions, or long to live a life that feels meaningful, satisfying, and authentic. My approach begins with the belief that individuals are resilient and may benefit from utilizing their strengths to increase their resilience. I can assist in attaining lifestyle balance, developing healthy coping skills, recognizing your priorities and problem-solving.
I believe that every client is an individual and deserves a personalized treatment plan to fit their needs. My clients struggle with anxiety, depression, family conflict, grief, counseling for adolescents and families and situational life stress.
Taking the first step is never easy, but I am here to support you. Life can be overwhelming and challenging at times. It is important to me to lead with empathy and meet my clients where they are so we can work through the issues together.
Hello! My name is Jarrett Garland, a licensed professional counselor (LPC). I graduate from Duquesne University of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania with a Master's of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy. I have worked with individuals, couples, and families seeking counseling for over 10 years; online and in my private practice. I have worked within the penal system as a Mental Health Specialist, as well as worked at length as a Drug and Alcohol Counselor with individuals with Substance Abuse Disorder. Now within my private practice, I work with an array of clientele with various mental health disorders, specializing in couples, anxiety, and men's issues.
My name is Lauren DeTurk. I got my LPC license in May 2014. However, I have been in the field for 25 years. My top 3 specialties are infertility, Postpartum Depression and Postpartum Anxiety, and Anxiety. Another specialty and passion I have is working with couples doing couple's therapy or marital & family therapy. I thrive working with couples and this population I am extremely passionate about. I also have extensive experience treating eating disorders (binge eating disorder, bulimia, anorexia, eating disorders unspecified) throughout the years. I have experience working as a Licensed Mental Health Practitioner on Suicide Watch at a prison, as an outpatient therapist, TSS, multisystemic therapist, family-based therapist, and county caseworker working with the mental health and intellectual and developmental disabilities population securing group home funding and other services working in West Chester, PA.
Hello! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 22 years of experience. I really enjoy helping people navigate the challenges of changing and maintaining roles in life---exploring young adulthood, how to maintain your own identity as a parent, how to create a life worth living in whatever stage you are in. I feel like I am very open, non judgmental, eager to learn, empathetic and understanding. And funny!
I am a gender affirming therapist. I am an ally in the LGB and TNC Communities, always keeping my eyes and ears open to find ways to improve my allyship. The current political climate is traumatic and oppressive to members of these Communities. I want to create space in session to discuss how that may be affecting you or retraumatizing you. I am also a member of the World Professional Association for Transgender Health. I am comfortable providing documentation for medical transition.
I am very comfortable with working with those who use self harm as a coping mechanism--there is no shame or expectation you must stop when you engage in therapy. I'm fine with talking about suicide, whether it's your own personal experience of trying to find a life worth living, your experience of supporting someone who lives with suicide in their life, or grief around experiences of suicide. I do not believe inpatient hospitalization is an effective treatment for those experiencing suicide and do everything I can as a therapist to keep people out of the hospital when in suicidal crisis.
I do believe therapy is political. I am social justice focused, continuing to do my own anti-racism work. I believe in Health at Every Size. I believe that our environment and what we experience in life has a profound affect on us and must be discussed in therapy.
Hi, I'm Hannah. I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and I'd like to work together if you think we'd be a good fit. In my practice, I work with clients to explore the roots of such issues as grief, stress, anxiety, and relationships.
Together, we’ll look at the coping skills that once helped but may no longer serve you and identify the triggers and patterns keeping you stuck. We’ll consider how your past and present interactions shape your experiences today.
I like to look at strengths and put you at the center of your story while staying true to my feminist and LGBTQ-affirming values. I’m an active, engaged therapist—warm, accessible, and not afraid to bring humor into the room when it’s helpful. My goal is to create a space where you feel seen and heard, where we can explore your story with curiosity and care, and where growth feels possible.

Hi, I'm Dr. Ryan Buhite. First and foremost, I am a husband and a father. I received my Doctorate in Psychology (Psy.D.) from Wright State University in 2007 and have been Board Certified by the American Board of Professional Psychology in Clinical Psychology since 2014. I'm from a small, rural Pennsylvania town where I learned the value of faith, service to others, community, and hard work on my grandfather's dairy farm. I am passionate about helping others grow and change. Following graduate school, I served in the United States Air Force as a clinical psychologist, treating clients, consulting with leadership, and training young clinicians. While I have experience working with many different clinical concerns, I specialize with veterans, those with anxiety and depression, trauma, and men's issues. I'm a "down-to-earth" person who enjoys getting to know people. I find great meaning and purpose in collaborating with others to better understand their problems and how to address them, according to their values.
Hello. I'm James and I appreciate that you are considering me to be your therapist. The decision to begin therapy for the first time or with a new treatment professional requires strength, courage and commitment. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, depression, ADHD, relationship issues, financial pressures, addiction or any other obstacle that prevents you from living the life that you want, finding the right therapist for you is an important part of getting yourself back to where you would like to be.
I have experienced a variety of obstacles in my own life and personally understand how the therapeutic process can help change your life. This is my second career. While working in manufacturing at a pharmaceutical company, and being a full-time single-parent, I completed my education over a number of years and began working part-time in the field several years prior to my retirement from the pharmaceutical industry in 2012.
I have worked with groups and individuals in a variety of settings. To me, this career is a calling for which my collective life experiences have prepared me. My Masters degrees are in Psychological Counseling, Addictions Counseling and Industrial/Organizational Psychology. I appreciate the uniqueness of each individual and have worked with people from a number of different cultures, religions and lifestyle orientations. In my own life, I strive for continual personal growth and to nurture my mind body and spirit.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, in the state of Pennsylvania. I have been in the field for over sixteen years, and licensed for more than ten. In that time, I have accumulated clinical experience working with adolescents, emerging adults and adults. My training and experience are grounded in implementing Cognitive Therapy strategies, developing skills from the Dialectical Behavioral Therapy model, and conceptualizing from a Trauma Informed lens.
Hi! I am Lexi.
I have been working with high acuity trauma clients for three years, since switching from a career in school counseling. Working with clients who have experienced immense trauma is such meaningful work that I am so grateful to be a part of. My clinical passions are centered around helping individuals build their self-worth, challenge thinking traps, and manage mental health symptoms through coping mechanisms. The most rewarding circumstances for me are helping clients to reclaim their strengths and their story, while working towards fostering a healthy environment of love and acceptance for their selves.
While my experiences have been largely based on trauma throughout my career, I am open to all clients and enjoy working with individuals from all backgrounds and circumstances. :)
Hi, friends call me Kate. I have been Board Certified for 22 years and bring a variety of work experience to the table. I am retired from outpatient behavioral health at a Regional Hospital and work part time exclusively doing telehealth. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in both Connecticut and Pennsylvania.

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (PA & WV) with 10 years of experience in outpatient mental health. I specialize in supporting individuals — both adolescents and adults — navigating the aftermath of trauma, loss, adoption/foster care challenges, grief, anxiety, and depression. With children and teens, I am certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF‑CBT), integrating trauma‑informed strategies tailored to younger clients. With adults, I use trauma-informed interventions alongside cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), adapting my approach to each person’s unique story, strengths, and pace.
Being adopted myself has deeply shaped my passion for adoption and foster care work — not just as a professional interest, but from lived experience. I understand the layers of identity, connection, loss, and belonging that come with these journeys, and I bring that insight to my practice with empathy and sensitivity.
I also maintain ongoing training in areas such as grief work, anxiety, depression, and relational dynamics to ensure I’m bringing current practices to our work.
