Hi, I’m Kelsey — a licensed professional counselor with over 10 years of experience. I’m passionate about helping people navigate anxiety, stress and life transitions with greater ease and self-compassion.
My approach is collaborative, nonjudgmental and centered around creating a space where you can feel truly seen, heard and supported. Together, we’ll explore what’s happening beneath the surface, recognize patterns that may be holding you back, and uncover new insights to help you move forward.
I believe therapy is a place to rediscover your strengths and learn practical tools that fit who you are. Taking that first step toward therapy can feel intimidating, but you don’t have to do it alone. I’d be honored to walk alongside you as you create the changes you’re hoping for.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Pennsylvania with over 24 years of diverse experience in outpatient therapy with people ranging from age 3 to 86. After graduating from Chestnut Hill College in April of 2001, I quickly became experienced in trauma counseling by working with survivors and the victims' families of the September 11th terrorist attacks. Over the course of the last twenty four years I have pursued further training in Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and I am a trained member of the Lehigh County "Flight Team" which is a team that travels to county school districts to work with students and staff that have experienced a crisis. In addition, to outpatient therapy, I am a high school school counselor. This position has provided me with opportunities to create programs that support students' mental health concerns, as well as, programs to support parents.
Approaches include cognitive-behavioral, mindfulness, psychodynamic and rational-emotive strategies that will be tailor made to your needs. In addition to trauma, I have worked with clients on the following: Generalized anxiety disorder, social anxiety, obsessive compulsive disorder, life changes, parenting issues, body image, divorce, bipolar disorder, depression, work place bullying, self-esteem, empty nest syndrome, phobias, and sexual identity issues. I am a warm, open-minded, non-judgmental, and interactive therapist that believes that a sense of humor is vital in counseling. You can expect active listening, understanding, support, and direction in your counseling journey. It is a privilege to be a counselor and I look forward to working with you!

Hi, I’m Erica, a therapist in the Philadelphia area who believes healing is rarely neat, linear, or Instagram-perfect. My approach blends evidence-based tools with an honest appreciation for how complicated, funny, painful, and beautiful being human can be.
My approach combines evidence based tools with curiosity, compassion, humor, and a genuine interest in understanding what makes you, well, you. I work with people who want to understand themselves better, break patterns that are no longer serving them, work through difficult experiences, or simply feel a little more comfortable in their own lives.
I want therapy to feel like a place where you can be honest. You don’t have to have the right words, know exactly what you need, or come in with everything figured out. You can show up messy, overwhelmed, frustrated, guarded, or completely unsure of where to start. We can figure it out together.
As someone who lives with a disability, I also know that resilience is a word that gets thrown around pretty casually. I understand what it means to build a life around limitations you didn’t choose while still wanting a life that feels full, meaningful, and genuinely yours. I bring that lived experience into my work, not because I think it means I understand everyone’s experience, but because I know what it feels like to keep going when things are heavy.
At the end of the day, I’m a therapist, but I’m also a real person. I won’t pretend to have all the answers or expect you to have yours. My job is to meet you where you are, help you understand what’s happening underneath the surface, and give you some tools to make things feel a little more manageable.

I have taken many additional trainings in Trauma-informed counseling, DBT, EMDR, and of course crafts/painting. Helping folks care for themselves is extremely important in life’s struggles, and sharing the heart's desires helps us all navigate the world.
It is with great anticipation that I get to know the uniqueness of you in a holistic environment where we can work on reaching the heights of your passion. I hope all my folks find me supportive and comforting on their journey in life. We can do this! See you soon!
