I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing a grounded, supportive, and non-judgmental space for individuals and couples to explore what they’re carrying and move toward meaningful change. My approach is holistic and trauma-informed, integrating evidence-based practices like CBT and Brainspotting while honoring the connection between mind and body.
Having lived abroad, I’ve had the opportunity to experience many cultures and walks of life, which deeply informs my perspective and allows me to meet clients with openness, curiosity, and cultural humility. I am also completing my Doctor of Social Work (DSW) next month, further strengthening my commitment to thoughtful, evidence-based, and meaningful care.
I work with clients navigating anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, and the lasting impact of past experiences. I believe therapy should feel collaborative and at your pace—where you don’t have to have everything figured out to begin.
My goal is to help you build insight, strengthen coping, and reconnect with yourself and your relationships in a way that feels more clear, steady, and aligned.
I have had the privilege of walking alongside couples and families through some of their most difficult seasons, helping marriages rebuild trust, communication, and emotional connection after deep hurt and trauma. Over the years, I have supported children recovering from the effects of trauma and sexual abuse, guiding them toward safety, stability, and renewed confidence. These experiences have strengthened my commitment to providing compassionate, trauma‑informed care that honors each client’s story. My background in Christian counseling further allows me to support clients who desire faith‑based guidance as they work toward restoration and healing.
There are times in our lives when we feel uncertain- may be questioning direction or unsure of the path to continue on. I have been there and my desire is to help you in this time. Whether you are experiencing grief, struggling with a life transition, having a difficult time connecting with others, or are just struggling in general- you don’t have to do it alone.
I am passionate about this work and have spent the last 14 years supporting individuals in major life transitions - often times where there lives had been at rock bottom and I had the honor of helping them to find their light again. Throughout that time in my career I learned many things and want to help apply that knowledge to supporting you. I have a passion for helping people find joy in difficult seasons and have experienced abrupt changes and the importances of finding support. I want you to leave our sessions feeling like you have a plan and that a weight has been lifted.
My name is Sabrina, and I am a Pennsylvania-based Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). I hold two master’s degrees from Liberty University: one in Human Services Counseling with a concentration in Marriage and Family Therapy, and another in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.

My approach is solution-focused in both thought and action. I believe meaningful change comes from learning practical tools, building new skills, and applying them consistently. Homework is an important part of this process.
Peel. Process. Pursue.
I am here to help you:
• Peel back the layers.

Welcome! I’m Gina. First off, take a second to give yourself credit for being here. Taking that first step toward therapy is a big deal and honestly, it can feel empowering, confusing, and a little scary all at once. I am a licensed therapist that has been working in the field for over 15 years. I have been in outpatient care for the past 8 years and have experience working with all ages.
I work with clients who are dealing with major life changing events, anxiety, grief, PTSD, and other traumas. I am a licensed professional counselor working virtually with clients who are physically located in Pennsylvania. I typically work with clients who do too much and are overwhelmed by all of the things they need to do. I love to use brainspotting (it is my favorite thing) and most clients report feeling less bothered by things within 3 months.
I am a licensed professional counselor in Pennsylvania. I am also credentialed as a Nationally Certified Counselor and Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor. I am passionate about helping others who are seeking to improve their self-care, identify areas or behaviors that are detrimental, learn and utilize coping skills, and enhance their mental health. I have a range of experience working with teenagers and adults.
I am a compassionate and dedicated therapist who is passionate about helping others feel better, grow stronger, and improve their quality of life. I believe every person deserves to be heard, understood, respected, and supported. My work as a therapist is more than just a profession-it is an opportunity to make a positive difference in people's lives. I take pride in creating a safe, welcoming, and supportive environment where individuals feel comfortable and valued. I am patient, caring, understanding, and committed to helped others reach their goals. One of the most rewarding parts of my work is seeing the progress, confidence, and happiness of the people I help.
I am a therapist with 10 years of experience in the field, with specialties in treatment of trauma, anxiety, and grief. I also practice utilization of evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Prolonged Exposure, along with experience in use of mindfulness, emotional tolerance and person-centered techniques with my clients. I've worked in community mental health for much of my career, so I have had experience with clients who had struggled with challenges such as housing insecurity, incarceration and addiction and complex grief. I also enjoy working with people who face challenges with self-image and relational trauma through education on boundaries and healthy communication as well as self-advocacy.
Deeply passionate about social justice and facilitating and guiding positive change and development in the lives of others, I am thrilled to connect with you as you begin your journey inward. Healing is truly the risk of showing up for yourself and your resistance to the temptation to go back to unsilenced needs, numbing out, disconnection, and erasure. As a Black, queer, non-binary, Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Board Certified Diplomate (BCD) in Clinical Social Work, and Certified Sexuality Educator (CSE) with over 15 years of wide-ranging interdisciplinary experience in healing-centered and trauma-informed clinical practice, research, education, and servant leadership, I look forward to tailoring my approach to meet your needs and help you reach your goals.
Sometimes it is not easy to ask for help, whether dealing with small issues that life presents or with more complicated situations that can arise. Through identifying your natural strengths and emphasizing a solution-based approach, my primary goal as your therapist is to guide you towards finding your own truth and meaning, as well as meeting you where you are at through the process of self-discovery.

Hello, I am Dr. Young.

Using a gentle, hypnosis-based approach, I offer solution-focused brief therapy to help you access your internal resources and work through challenges. With acceptance and appreciation of what you can do, possible solutions previously not in sight start to appear organically.
My interventions are based on our collaboration and leverage your own experiences, beliefs, and behavioral patterns to drive change. With your consent, I guide you into a deeply relaxed state in which new perspectives are more easily accessible or receptive.

You are a strong, confident and capable person who everyone in your life depends on. You have been taking care of others for so long that it feels like second nature. As a child, you may have learned to prioritize needs of others for acceptance or survival. Although you have achieved success as an adult, you find yourself constantly overthinking and scanning for potential loss or abandonment and you developed patterns of people pleasing, perfectionism or codependency in order to survive. You recognize that something needs to shift. You desire to change and heal, but you are held back by self-doubt, insecurity and fear. You need a therapist who can help you make sense of what's happened and develop skills and confidence to finally prioritize your needs, pursue and cultivate mutually satisfying relationships and create a life that aligns with what matters most to you. If this sounds like you, you are in the right place.

I work with individuals and families to strengthen communication and support systems. I do not provide couples counseling, addiction specific treatment, or court mandated services.
All behavior is purposeful. This means that we never do anything for no reason. Even when our behavior appears confusing or counterproductive to our values, our behavior has meaning and purpose. Therapy is a setting where we can gain insight about the origins of our perceptions, thinking and behavior. With clearer understanding, we are better equipped to identify factors within our control and consider alternative responses to our conditions. We gain awareness of the needs that are being met by potentially self-defeating thinking or behaviors and have a special opportunity to practice new thinking in the safety of therapy.

Hello, my name is Monique Allen. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, in multiple states. I received my Bachelor of Arts in Behavioral Health from Alvernia University in 2007. I then received my Master of Arts in Community Counseling from Alvernia University in 2013. I became a National Certified Counselor in 2016.

Hello. I am licensed marriage and family therapist and my clinical approach is cognitive-behavioral strength-based. I focus on helping people invalidate negative thoughts and become aware of their strengths. I do so in order to help them improve their confidence so that they can overcome challenges that they previously believed were impossible to triumph over. I also help people improve their boundaries to assist them with preventing others from negatively impacting their confidence and interfering with the development of their goals. With couples and families, I use an emotionally-focused approach that helps people become more comfortable with being vulnerable with people that are important to them. Becoming vulnerable helps people focus on discussing how they are impacted by others and what they need from them instead of blaming and criticism. Taking such a stance increases the chance that listeners will remain attentive instead of becoming defensive.
Provides down to earth, common sense therapy sessions with no judgement or evasiveness. I have a holistic view of therapy.... mainly using CBT but will use other formats if that is what you need to make your life better. I care and I am invested in every person who comes to me for therapy sessions. My goal is to see my clients develop a happy and wholesome life.

I have an LPC and an LMFT and have been seeing clients since 1996. I have extensive training in helping people who are going through or have experienced narcissistic abuse and any form of childhood trauma, this includes verbal and emotional abuse, family addictions, or any early childhood experience that would cause one to feel unsafe. I am also experienced in the treatment of anxiety, worry and mood concerns and work with addictions, obsessive compulsive behaviors and any poor coping skills or core beliefs that were developed in order to manage these stressors. I use practices primarily focused on somatic and cognitive therapy but also utilize acceptance commitment therapy, internal family systems, mindfulness and am solution focused. I use homework and assignments aimed at regulating the nervous system in order to repair the fight/flight/freeze response that is often stuck on due to a continuous history of a variety of life stressors (trauma). This trapped and stored trauma continues to trigger the nervous system to respond in ways where we continue to feel unsafe, even after the threats have passed. By working with the nervous system to release this trapped trauma and find safety, we can then have the opportunity to respond to the world differently.
Life is an adventure! I invite you to be my guide as we navigate the path to health and healing. No matter the terrain, my primary aim is to focus on helping you achieve your treatment goals and to provide a supportive and encouraging environment. As we traverse the path, I will offer tools, techniques, and methods for creating meaningful outcomes, tailored to your personal preferences. Change is hard and I believe in your ability to face and overcome challenges as we integrate solutions and new perspectives into the mix. As the saying goes, "anything worth having is worth working for." Allow me to assist you in this wild, weird, wonderful journey of life.
My focus is on creating a safe and friendly space where we can work together. I'm here to help you explore what's holding you back, identify the challenges you're facing, and build a collaborative plan to overcome them. The relationship we build is at the heart of our work, and my goal is to provide a relaxed, confidential environment where you feel understood and supported on your path to lasting well-being. Decades of experience have lead to my compassionate and knowledgable approach. I am a first generation American who is culturally competent and an ally to the LGBTQIA+ community.
