Are you a teenager, college kid, grad student, or young adult who is interested in therapy? Great, that's my thing! I work exclusively with young adults, from high schoolers to 20-somethings. Working with this specific age group is more than a job to me; it is both a calling and my greatest honor. I'm immensely proud to be considered a safe & supportive adult for many young people during this exciting (but sometimes stressful, lonely, or scary) time in their lives.

As of 1/7/2025 only accepting individual clients for new referrals! My passion is working with children, teenagers, young adults, couples and families to process trauma and difficult experiences so they can experience growth and healing within themselves and their relationships. Through my work with individuals and family's I have learned the deep importance of understanding "what has happened" to people rather than viewing people through the lens of "what is wrong with people". Likewise, the importance of understanding one's family of origin and how this shapes our views of people and the world and impacts how we relate with people and navigate our world. I work from a relational, psychodynamic, family-systems, trauma-informed, and neurobiological perspective. Feel free to reach out for more information!

Hi, I’m Erica, a therapist in the Philadelphia area who believes healing is rarely neat, linear, or Instagram-perfect. My approach blends evidence-based tools with an honest appreciation for how complicated, funny, painful, and beautiful being human can be. My approach combines evidence based tools with curiosity, compassion, humor, and a genuine interest in understanding what makes you, well, you. I work with people who want to understand themselves better, break patterns that are no longer serving them, work through difficult experiences, or simply feel a little more comfortable in their own lives. I want therapy to feel like a place where you can be honest. You don’t have to have the right words, know exactly what you need, or come in with everything figured out. You can show up messy, overwhelmed, frustrated, guarded, or completely unsure of where to start. We can figure it out together. As someone who lives with a disability, I also know that resilience is a word that gets thrown around pretty casually. I understand what it means to build a life around limitations you didn’t choose while still wanting a life that feels full, meaningful, and genuinely yours. I bring that lived experience into my work, not because I think it means I understand everyone’s experience, but because I know what it feels like to keep going when things are heavy. At the end of the day, I’m a therapist, but I’m also a real person. I won’t pretend to have all the answers or expect you to have yours. My job is to meet you where you are, help you understand what’s happening underneath the surface, and give you some tools to make things feel a little more manageable.

I love what I do as a Licensed Clinical Therapist. To me, there's no better job than showing people how to use their minds to work for them instead of against them by getting past their mental blocks and past traumas so they don't have to suffer any longer. Specifically, I work with two groups - couples and parents. Couples that aren't communicating very well that have lost that once special connection with their partner and parents struggling with their children's behaviors.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of experience supporting individuals with complex and high acuity mental health needs. My work is grounded in trauma informed and trauma responsive care, with a strong commitment to creating inclusive, affirming spaces for BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, neurodivergent clients, and individuals in rural communities. I work across the lifespan, including children (7+), adults, older adults, families, and couples. My approach is collaborative and empowering, centered on the belief that clients are the experts in their own lives and require my clinical expertise. I often describe my role as “working myself out of a job” to help clients build the insight, skills, and confidence needed to advocate for themselves and navigate systems independently. As a trauma specialist, I tailor evidence based interventions to each client’s identities, needs, strengths, and goals. My primary approaches include Somatic Therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)-(EMDRIA certification pending), Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and psychodynamic therapy. I also integrate Internal Family Systems informed interventions, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, exposure based strategies, mindfulness, and other approaches as clinically appropriate. I adapt treatment for neurodivergent clients and clients with intellectual or developmental disabilities because therapy should adjust to the person and not require the person to adjust to therapy. I am continually shaped by the courage, insight, and lived experiences clients bring into our work. Every advanced training, specialty, certification, and state license reflect lessons learned from clients. I carry their trust, stories, and influence into every session with gratitude and responsibility. Clients often tell me they’ve never had a therapist quite like me. Many of my clients have tried therapy before but felt it was mainly surface-level venting. Sessions with me are far more than that. My style is active, collaborative, and grounded in honest conversation. I won’t simply nod along or repeat what you’ve already told me. I’ll ask thoughtful questions, challenge what isn’t working, and help you make sense of your experiences in a way that leads to meaningful change. I include humor in our sessions when it feels right. Therapy can be meaningful without being stiff or overly clinical. Some conversations will be deep and challenging, while others might include humor or a different perspective. You don’t have to hold back here. You can be blunt, emotional, messy, or even make a sarcastic joke during tough discussions. I’m not looking for perfection. I’m looking for honesty and a willingness to move forward. Understanding your diagnosis or past experiences is part of therapy, but it’s not everything. Some struggles come from trauma, mental health, or life experiences, while others are simply part of being human. We all face relationships, stress, loss, uncertainty, and change. Rather than focusing only on a diagnosis or label, we’ll look at the full picture of your life and find meaningful ways to move forward. This work is a good fit if you are open to new ideas, willing to be challenged, and ready to apply what we discuss between sessions. I’ll provide practical tools, but therapy isn’t about quick fixes. Gaining insight is valuable, but insight alone doesn’t create change. Sometimes the work is learning to manage discomfort rather than eliminate it. Together, we’ll understand what keeps you stuck and learn to respond differently over time.

Hello and welcome to Grow Therapy. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). I have worked in the mental health field since 1998. First, with my bachelors degree and later doing clinical work after earning my master's degree. I believe taking care of our mental health should be as accepted and routine as taking care of our physical health. Therapy can help us to be the best versions of ourselves. Life is a beautiful mess. Sometimes everything seems to be going our way. And other times, it can leave us feeling overwhelmed, confused, and off balance. I would like to offer guidance and support as you navigate those ups and downs.

Taking the time to start therapy and acknowledge our own personal struggles is the first, and often times, most difficult step in the healing process. I believe that therapy can offer the space for one to process relationships, career changes, grief, and life transitions in depth with safety and clarity. As a therapist, I aim to offer insight in helping clients identify their own values and assist them in aligning said values with their life choices to connect one's sense of self. I also help clients explore how their experiences may have impacted them and offering ways one can use that understanding for self healing and growth.

Hello, my name is Mr. Frazier, and I have been a therapist for more than 30 years, working with individuals across a variety of therapeutic settings. Throughout my career, I have gained valuable experience through my work with clinics, agencies, and hospitals, developing the knowledge and insight that I now bring to my practice. Before becoming a therapist, family members, friends, and even colleagues from previous occupations often shared that I was someone who was easy to talk to and made them feel comfortable opening up. Along with my natural ability to connect with people, my education, clinical training, and years of experience working with diverse populations inspired me to continue expanding my ability to help others. Throughout my professional journey, I have had the privilege of meeting and collaborating with individuals from small-town communities, major cities, and a wide range of cultural and personal backgrounds. These experiences have reinforced my belief that every person has the capacity for growth, resilience, and success, regardless of their current circumstances.

Hello, I am a licensed professional counselor and a board certified art therapist. I have been practicing for just over seven years and I received my masters degree in art therapy from Cedar Crest College in Allentown, PA. I help clients with various needs such as anxiety, life transitions, ADHD, relationships, communication and coping skills to help become the best versions of themselves. I started my journey at KidsPeace Children's Hospital as an art therapist for a couple years, running group and individual therapy sessions. After KidsPeace I transitioned to St. Luke's Hospital in Quakertown as a therapist running group therapy sessions. Talk therapy is the most common method of therapy on this platform, but be aware that if you do have any interest in art therapy, we can certainly incorporate that into our work together whether that be during our sessions or for homework. The choice is yours!

Hey there, I’m Chris! If you feel like you’re giving everything you’ve got and it’s still not enough, you’re not alone. Maybe you’re stuck in patterns of people-pleasing, emotional spirals, or shutdown, even though you look “put together” on the outside. Life, relationships, and work all feel like too much. You’re tired of being told to “just try harder” or "figure it out." I get it! I’m a licensed counselor with over 22 years of experience, and I know these struggles personally. I was diagnosed with ADHD at 36 and have raised 3 kids with ADHD (one also has Autism). I know how isolating it feels when we just can't keep up or "do the things" everybody else seems to do so effortlessly. My approach is compassionate and collaborative; we are teammates working together. Clients often say it’s the first time therapy has truly made sense. Therapy with me isn’t about fixing who you are. It’s about understanding yourself, building tools that actually work for you in your life, and creating a space where you feel seen, supported, and accepted. I offer online therapy in PA, FL, and SC.

I am the mother to 2 grown children and a grandmother. I was married for over 40 years prior to my husband passing, I now share my house with a Golden Retriever. I went back to school later in life, and like to encourage others to do the same if possible. My first experience in this field came when I got a job at a county mental health/developmental services program as a receptionist. I was motivated by all the great work that the caseworkers were doing to improve their clients lives. I went back to school to finish my Bachelors and finally received a Masters in Social work. I retired from the county program as a Casework Supervisor, I felt that my position was becoming more administrative, and I was missing the connections I had made with my clients. At that time I felt it was time to work on what my original goal was which was to become a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I did work for 5 years with children with behavioral issues in school and in their homes. My previous position was in a small practice in rural PA, where I learned the importance of being eclectic in my treatment approach because every clent and their situation is different , and they deserve to have a treatment plan specifically targeted to their situation
