I am an LCSW with over 20 years experience as a front line clinician, supervisor and manager in the fields of substance use and addiction. Every patient is unique, and my way of working with you is to collaborate on a treatment plan that addresses the issues that are of primary importance to you. Hello and welcome, I'm Sarah!
Life can be stressful, overwhelming, and beautiful. I believe we all can benefit from professional support through therapy.
Therapy looks different for everyone, but it is always a joint effort of therapist and client. I bring empathetic understanding, evidence-based clinical techniques, and a safe environment... you bring your unique experience in life, expertise on your situation, and willingness to work on yourself.
I specialize in helping those who need support navigating the stress of life, as well as those who have experienced trauma. Additionally, I specialize in treating individuals in prenatal/postpartum support.
My clinical training is in EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing). This highly specialized technique allows people who are "stuck" in depression, anxiety, trauma, OCD, and psychotic disorders where other therapies have not been successful.
We will go at your speed. Thank you for taking this first step in your healing!

Welcome!
I bring more than two decades of experience helping people improve their health, happiness, and overall quality of life. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Pennsylvania, and for the past 13+ years I’ve supported clients through a wide range of emotional and life challenges. Before becoming a licensed clinician, I spent 13 years helping individuals reach their weight‑loss and wellness goals, which deeply informs the way I understand the connection between physical and emotional well‑being.
My approach is holistic and grounded in the belief that mind, body, and spirit are interconnected. Together, we’ll explore the areas of your life that feel out of balance and work toward creating a sense of peace, alignment, and congruence within yourself.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with experience in many areas including aging and dementia care, grief and loss, domestic violence, depression, anxiety, sexual abuse and sexual offender assessment and treatment. I have worked both inpatient and outpatient settings providing individual, family and group therapy to individuals of all ages. I am open minded and will bring compassion and non-judgment to our relationship.
I help men and women who feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck show up with more clarity, confidence, and calm—especially in their relationships and day-to-day life. My approach blends practical tools with deep emotional work, using IFS-informed therapy and, when desired, spiritual coaching. Whether you're navigating stress, setting boundaries, or healing old patterns, I create a space where your growth, faith, and voice are all welcome.
Hello! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) based in rural Pennsylvania. I have been in the field for nearly 10 years in multiple roles and environments. I believe that everyone can benefit from therapy. My approach to therapy is simple, it is about you the client. In therapy we will work on and discuss what you want to work on and discuss. I believe in a client-centered approach that empowers the client to work toward the change that they hope for!
Hi, I'm a therapist with over thirty years of experience working with individuals, couples, and families and historically getting positive results. I tend to work with families with special members such as teens and seniors. I have always worked with teens as it seemed to be a population others found difficult, but I liked the challenge. Now that I am a senior, I better understand the needs of our demographic. I tend to utilize a Family Systems approach which sees the individual in a family context as the majority has grown up in some form of family, whether related by blood or not. I've also taught Marriage and Family Therapy through what is now Drexel University's Family Therapy Program and have offered professional Supervision as a Clinical Member and Approved Supervisor of the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy. By working with the client in a collaborative, goal setting manner, faster more positive results seem to be achieved.
Hello, I am a licensed professional counselor in Pennsylvania. I have been a therapist for twenty years and in the Human Services Field for 30 plus years. I like to work with trauma clients, and feel I can help people get through their traumatic issues. I am a Doctor of Psychology and have worked more than 10 years in Drug and Alcohol, with families and children and Mental Health. I also have a Masters in Counseling and two undergraduate degrees in Social Work and Special Education.
Are you struggling with feeling overwhelmed, anxious, depressed, conflicted, angry and/or stuck? Together we can take the first step toward resolving your struggles, finding solutions, and regaining your sense of well-being. I provide a safe and non-judgmental environment to help you work through your distress and confusion. I will provide guidance, support and clinical expertise to help you navigate through life's challenges and find hope and healing. I recognize the significance of how all aspects of a person's life affect their well-being including your mental, psychological, physical and spiritual health. I facilitate healing, and help you reach your potential. I utilize different approaches depending upon your needs and goals.
I have 15 years of experience in the mental health field, including working with all ages to assist individuals and families in developing more effective coping skill, mastering challenges, improving relationships and finding peace and happiness in life. I have been employed in many different capacities in the mental health field including working in the role of a behavioral specialist, mobile therapist, primary therapist in a residential treatment facility, outpatient therapist and therapist in an equine-assisted therapy program for veterans. Among my areas of primary expertise are depression, anxiety, grief and loss, trauma, mood disorders, personality disorders, ADHD, autism, relationship issues, single-adulthood challenges and life transitions. Please call for additional information and an initial free phone consultation.
I have an LPC and an LMFT and have been seeing clients since 1996. I have extensive training in helping people who are going through or have experienced narcissistic abuse and any form of childhood trauma, this includes verbal and emotional abuse, family addictions, or any early childhood experience that would cause one to feel unsafe. I am also experienced in the treatment of anxiety, worry and mood concerns and work with addictions, obsessive compulsive behaviors and any poor coping skills or core beliefs that were developed in order to manage these stressors. I use practices primarily focused on somatic and cognitive therapy but also utilize acceptance commitment therapy, internal family systems, mindfulness and am solution focused. I use homework and assignments aimed at regulating the nervous system in order to repair the fight/flight/freeze response that is often stuck on due to a continuous history of a variety of life stressors (trauma). This trapped and stored trauma continues to trigger the nervous system to respond in ways where we continue to feel unsafe, even after the threats have passed. By working with the nervous system to release this trapped trauma and find safety, we can then have the opportunity to respond to the world differently.
I have been in private practice for 6 years. I have been in the mental health field in varying capacities for over 20 years. I have a therapy dog named Jacoby, who clients seem to really enjoy having in session. I am working on creating a space to incorporate other animals such as goats, chickens, donkeys, horses, and a cow into sessions for clients who so choose to access this. I also am working to incorporate other aspects of agriculture such as working with dirt and planting/growing things for clients who feel they might benefit from grounding experiences. I have a sand tray that I also can incorporate in sessions. I support the LGBTQ+ community, and work to create safe spaces for all of my clients. I have taken some steps along a deconstruction journey in an effort to support individuals of the global majority and create a safe space for these individuals as well.
We all struggle or feel overwhelmed. It's normal. But we also have the ability to learn, grow, and improve. Having the right support can really help avoid making things worse and speed up how quickly we recover. Whether you are dealing with stress, depression, anxiety, trauma, addiction, relationship issues or long term mental health challenges - I would really like to help you achieve your goals.
With over 15 years of experience coaching individuals and couples with a wide variety of issues I believe that together we can work to help you feel better, improve your life, and be healthy.
I look forward to talking with you!

I help people whose emotional pain has spilled out onto their relationships, work, family, physical health, or creative endeavors. Perhaps this pain comes from facing a significant life transition, grieving a loved one, difficulty moving forward from traumatic experiences, or recovering from prolonged stressful periods of life. Often this pain comes in the form of physical anxiety, excessive worry, obsessive thinking, hypervigilance, depressed or unstable mood, irritability, numbness, hopelessness, fatigue, dissociation, or suicidal thoughts.
I believe that mental health symptom relief and learning practical coping skills are important in treatment, and I also believe that healing does not have to stop there. Let’s see if we’re a good fit!

Hello! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Pennsylvania and have been in practice for approximately 9 years now. My passion is family-based therapy, which includes family counseling, couples counseling, co-caregiver alliance/ parenting work, and individual sessions. So many aspects of our daily lives are linked with those around us. Whether you want to do therapy alone or alongside someone else, it can be a wonderful tool to help people not only identify their main stressors, but also create a concrete plan to tackle them.
Hi, I'm Stephanie – your partner on a path to a brighter you.
If anxiety, depression, or life's twists have you in their grip, remember, you're not alone. I blend Person-Centered Therapy's wisdom with CBT and DBT tools, tailoring them to build your unique path to growth.
My passion is walking alongside others and creating a sanctuary where they can lay their inner world bare. This is the environment in which true healing and growth can take place.
