I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a telehealth practice licensed in Pennsylvania and Virginia, and over 23 years of experience in the mental health field working with children, teen and adults. . I specialize in trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship stress, and life transitions, and I work from a warm, collaborative, and supportive approach.
My work blends talk therapy with somatic practices, self-compassion, mindfulness, and pattern-tracing to help you better understand yourself and what keeps you stuck. Many clients come to me feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or caught in cycles of self-doubt and overthinking. Together, we slow things down, explore what’s happening beneath the surface, and build practical tools that support real, lasting change.
I also help clients gently connect how past experiences may still be impacting present-day emotions, relationships, and self-worth, while building a more grounded and compassionate relationship with themselves.
Hello! I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of PA and I specialize in addressing a variety of concerns including anxiety, nervous system disregulation, body image issues, depression, motivation issues and resolving unhealthy habits as well as addressing issues such as stress management, grief, aging, life and career transitions and more. I take an integrative approach that focuses heavily on wellness and the interconnectedness of physical and mental health.
Prior to my 15 years in the mental health field, I spent 15 years in Operations Management with Walmart Logistics. I returned to school in my early 40s, earned a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, then spent the next several years working towards my license. During that time I worked in a variety of settings including outpatient and community mental health, intensive family services, and most recently private practice. In addition to my years of experience in the mental health field, I have decades of work and life experiences that have shaped my ability to be a knowledgeable and compassionate therapist. I have supported clients of all ages and backgrounds. I provide affirming, non-discriminatory care to all individuals and I work to create a welcoming and non-judgmental environment where you can seek to be your happiest and healthiest self. I love working with clients who are seeking growth and development as they navigate different stages of life and who take an active interest in participating in their own success. I look forward to meeting you and discussing how we can work together to achieve your goals!
Hello and welcome to my practice. I work exclusively with people in their 20s through their 30s. Please disregard the platform, which is programmed for Age Groups 18 - 64.
This stage of life can bring many questions about direction, purpose and relationships. Together, we'll facilitate how you want to show up in the world. Perhaps you're feeling stuck, unsure of your next step, or noticing patterns that no longer serve you. Together, we’ll take time to explore what’s getting in the way of the life you want to live. Psychotherapy is a space where you can show up, be your authentic self, slow down, reflect, and begin to experience yourself in a setting to realize yourself. Our conversations will focus on how you relate to your thoughts, feelings, body and the people around you as well as to the broader world. By paying close attention to your speech, we can begin to grasp patterns and themes that are facilitating you to flourish and those that are keeping you stuck. My goal is to support you as you gain greater freedom to choose how you create your lived experience. Let's talk.

My role is to walk alongside you as you navigate life's questions and challenges. Drawing from both my professional background and my own lived experiences, I strive to provide guidance, encouragement, and a safe space where you can gain clarity, build confidence, and move forward with purpose.

Hi there! I'm assuming you made it to my page because life has gotten particularly difficult and you're searching for some sort of direction or confirmation that "you are not crazy for feeling that way". We are not crazy for feeling - and therapy can help assist you in understanding why some emotions are more difficult to feel than others. Recovery is about learning tolerance; not forgetting and dismissing your experiences. I am experienced in working in both outpatient offices and inpatient hospital settings where I support clients in addressing issues stemming from generational trauma, relationships, grief and loss, life adjustments, substance use / other addictions, anxiety, and serious mental illness. I view therapy as a process that requires learning about vulnerability and accountability and then applying both for results.
I believe in a holistic approach to care, applying basic principles and steps to achieve
overall wellness. Considering a person’s physical, mental, emotional, and social health
profile is my approach to help clients meet their mental and behavioral health goals
and needs. I will assist with identifying negative thought patterns, as well as with implementing
a plan which includes healthy lifestyle habits, coping skills , and practices to overcome
barriers to leading a healthy lifestyle.

My approach includes therapies like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Prolonged Exposure, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Narriative Therapy, and Gestalt Therapy. I'm always looking to expand my approach to best support my clients. My experience has been with community mental heath, two CIRC programs, and providing short term grief therapy at the Medical Examiner's office. Each of these have provided me with greater understanding of the system of care of Philadelphia and the reality of navigating it especially when resources can be nonexistent for housing or other basic needs. My specialities in grief and trauma are two sides of the same coin - intense loss can be traumatic. This philosophy is central to how I approach supporting clients in their journey. Both need to be address to help the healing really start.

Hello I'm Jackie.

If you are struggling with anxiety, depression, communication, relationship issues, grief, self worth, and more, you may need the help of a professional to help you on your journey to psychological health.
I understand that facing the insurmountable stresses of life leaves many feeling uncertain about their place and purpose in the world. This is why I utilize a person-centered, evidence based approach to therapy that allows an individual the opportunity to discover and identify abilitIes that lead to accessing a successful life.
Providing a safe, judgment-free, trustworthy and compassionate environment is the space I create as a therapist. In this space I help individuals focus on their individual needs, validate their experiences, unlock their inner strengths, and in so doing, reclaim their power to navigate a fulfilling life that is healed.
At this time, I am not accepting couples clients.
As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), I provide trauma-informed, culturally responsive psychotherapy with a specialization in Complex PTSD (C-PTSD) and intergenerational trauma. In a supportive and nonjudgmental virtual space, we will explore how past experiences and relational patterns shape the present while working toward meaningful healing and growth.
I also integrate evidence-based models, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to support meaningful and practical change. In our first session, we’ll collaborate to develop a personalized treatment plan that addresses your unique concerns, whether you're navigating the challenges of a blended family, coping with trauma or grief, or working through the early years of marriage.
With experience across outpatient, partial hospitalization, residential treatment, and community-based settings, I’m committed to trauma-informed care that honors cultural identity, systemic influences, and life transitions. Please note that clients experiencing active suicidal or homicidal thoughts, self-harm, substance abuse or addiction, domestic violence, eating disorders or disordered eating, or those involved in any legal issues, including custody disputes, will be referred to a higher level of care or in-person therapy for appropriate, specialized support.
Together, we’ll work toward your goals in a way that feels collaborative, safe, and attuned to your lived experience.
I believe that everyone is doing their best at any given time and are motivated to be the best version of themselves possible, although that does not mean that we always know how to get there. Having a therapeutic relationship with a trusted therapist can provide a safe place to process difficult emotions, help identify patterns of thinking and behavior that no longer serve us, or outline goals for the future and develop a plan of action.

I treat the co-occurring disorders accompanying anxiety such as depression and trauma using evidenced based approaches creating an environment that helps you identify solutions that allow for growth and change.
