Hello! I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor and have been working in the mental health and substance use field for over 18 years. I've been professionally licensed for the last 5 years, but my passion for helping people has been at the heart of my career from the beginning.
I specialize in working with individuals with substance use disorders and/or concerns, depression, anxiety, bi-polar disorder, as well as those navigating the emotional challenges of pregnancy and the postpartum period.
I am a warm, compassionate person, and I feel incredibly fortunate to be able to support people through their most challenging moments.
Integrating clinical expertise with Christian values, I strive to support emotional healing, resilience, and personal growth. I believe true healing occurs when mind, body, and spirit are nurtured together. My work focuses on helping clients manage stress, regulate emotions and move forward with hope, faith, and intention while honoring each individual's unique journey.
I completed my undergraduate studies at the University of South Florida and my graduate studies at the University of South Carolina. Throughout my career, I have served diverse populations, including children, adolescents, young adults, adults, and older adults.
Do you need guidance in finding happiness and fulfillment in your life?
Do you need someone who can help find your strengths?
Are you having trouble achieving healthy relationships because of childhood wounds, traumatic experiences or low self esteem?
I believe that your past experience made you who you are today. What happened to you will always be a part of you, but it should not define you. I'm here to help you process your past and together we will plan your future.
Don't leave yourself alone with your suffering. Let's work together to find meaningful purpose in your life's turmoil.
Emotional and psychological traumas happen to everyone. It can be caused by a one time event, ongoing relentless stress or commonly overlooked events such as work, death, break-up/divorce, surgery, humiliating experience or childhood attachment wounds. Working through trauma alone is daunting, lonely, re-traumatizing. A trauma specialist can help with your healing.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with experience supporting both individuals and couples through a wide range of challenges. I am also certified in anger management treatment and have worked extensively with adults and adolescents in both individual and group settings.
My clinical background includes helping clients navigate depression, anxiety, alcoholism, and substance use concerns. I also have a strong passion for helping people who feel overwhelmed by burnout, struggle with boundaries, or find themselves in moments of major life transition—whether that’s a career change, a shift in a relationship, or a season of personal growth.
Hi My Name is Vanessa. I am from the greater Philadelphia area. Prior to becoming a clinician, I worked extensively in social work. That work sparked a desire for me to support individuals with developing internal resources, while exercising social supports.
I believes that success happens when individuals and families can match the support they receive with healthy lifestyle choices, self-care, and coping skills.
If you’ve just landed on my page, I invite you to pause. Take a deep breath. Feel your feet on the ground. Notice what your body is holding in this moment—tension, fatigue, grief, maybe even hope. You’ve already taken a brave step by being here. You’re choosing to tend to your inner life and honor your own healing.
I support individuals navigating grief, loss, infertility, caregiving, and life transitions—especially when the path feels unclear or overwhelming. Together, we listen deeply to your body’s wisdom and explore what your spirit longs to express and release.
Grief is not just an emotion—it’s an embodied experience, one that moves in waves. Whether you’re mourning a loved one, the loss of a dream, or a shift in your identity, we’ll approach your healing gently, with curiosity and compassion.
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I create sacred, grounded space where you can slow down, feel, and reconnect. Our work together honors mind, body, and soul—inviting transformation in your own timing, on your own terms.
You don’t have to navigate this alone. If your heart is longing for peace and deeper connection, I invite you to reach out. Let’s walk this path together.
I am an empathic, supportive therapist who utilizes therapeutic tools to empower my clients to build a life they love, deepen their relationships and create a supportive community.
Many of my clients are women who identify as Black or Latino with a history of taking care of others even if it comes at their expense. I support women through all the life cycles from early adulthood to retirement age.
Therapy requires a commitment of time and financial resources. I start out seeing my clients once per week. If you are unable to make the time commitment, I am likely not the best match for your needs.
I am an LGBTQIA+ ally.
I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor who believes therapy should feel real—not overly clinical or like you have to say the “right” things.
I work with individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship stress, trauma, and life situations that feel overwhelming or hard to manage. A lot of the people I work with feel stuck, drained, or unsure where to even start—and that’s completely okay.
I’m both supportive and direct. I’ll meet you where you are, but I’ll also help you look at patterns, behaviors, and thoughts that might be keeping you stuck. My goal isn’t just to listen—it’s to help you actually move forward.
My background includes working in high-stress environments and supporting people through complex challenges, including trauma and substance use. Because of that, I take a practical, down-to-earth approach that focuses on what actually works in real life—not just in theory.

I strive to offer a warm, nonjudgmental space where individuals feel heard, supported, and empowered to heal and grow. Whether navigating a period of uncertainty or carrying the weight of longstanding emotional pain, clients often describe me as deeply attuned, grounding, and gently encouraging with a mix of humor.
In addition to my work as a therapist, I find fulfillment and balance in my personal life through fostering animals and sharing my home with several beloved pets. I'm a passionate DIY enthusiast who enjoys creating things with her hands—whether it's a new home project or a handmade gift. A lover of the outdoors, I spend my free time hiking, gardening, or simply soaking in the peace of nature. Hi, I’m Tiffany and I’m so glad that you are here. Making the decision to start therapy can feel overwhelming and my goal is to help you feel as comfortable as possible while we explore potentially uncomfortable topics. I strive to create a warm, friendly, and collaborative environment where you will feel supported and understood. We will work together to better understand your unique circumstances, discover your strengths, and develop the tools to help navigate the stressors that come your way. I work with children, teens, and adults who are experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and other stressors that negatively impact your mental health. I also enjoy working with members of the LGBTQIA+ community and helping people to feel empowered and develop resilience. Regardless of what life throws at you, you don’t have to face it alone. My hope is that you leave each session feeling supported, empowered, and a little closer to the life that you want to create for yourself.
Being unhappy can take you by surprise. Sometimes the cause of it seems clear, like a sudden break up or the death of someone close to you. Other times it’s harder to say. You might be in a relationship that no longer feels the way it once did. You may have moved to a new place or started a new job and find yourself unsettled. Or you may feel that everything is “going well,” yet still, for whatever reason, you just aren’t happy. If any of this sounds like you, I can help.I specialize in treating adults struggling with life transitions, dating and relationship problems, adhd and other neurodivergent experiences, and depression and loneliness. My background and style are in client centered, psychodynamic therapy, in which I can help you to work through both the imminent problems that brought you to therapy, as well as the sometimes more deeply hidden problems that precede and inform these present day problems. I have a decade of experience working in a number of clinical settings, and prior to that have a background in the humanities and philosophy. My own experience working through both psychological and philosophical questions informs my work with clients. I believe that therapy can be a great place to really work through your thoughts about your life, with the benefit of an outside participant who can listen with openness and curiosity.
Hi, my name is Anna, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (PC. I have over 15 years providing therapy and support to children, teenagers, adults, and older adults throughout Pennsylvania.
My experience a variety of services such as, Outpatient Mental Health, Outpatient and Inpatient Addiction, School Based Therapy and Services, Sexual Assault and Domestic Violence, and Children and Adults of all genders and identities.
Hi, I'm Nick. Clients who end up finding me are often capable and self-aware, but still find themselves overthinking, shutting down, becoming defensive, or feeling responsible for other people’s emotions. They often grew up being treated as “the problem” in their family of origin, and have learned to mask important parts of themselves, or were told their needs and reactions were too much. I work with LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent individuals who want to understand why certain patterns keep returning, and actually change them in a deeper way beyond just self-awareness and insight.
I view symptoms as having developed for understandable reasons and still feel necessary in situations that trigger implicit learnings from the past. Together, we’ll become curious about what a very specific pattern might be protecting and develop new ways to respond. The aim here is to create greater self-trust to allow for actual meaningful change.
Are you struggling? I'm here to help you through the difficult times. I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) based out of Pennsylvania. I received a Bachelor's Degree from Penn State University and two Master's from Grand Canyon University. I have over 10 years experience working with Substance Use Disorders, Anxiety and Depression. I retired from the Army Reserves and I am a combat veteran. I help clients achieve their goals and be the best person they can be! I've worked in various settings and use my personal and professional experiences to help others. My schedule is flexible so if I don't have an open time slot that you prefer, let me know and we can work it out.
I’m a warm, compassionate and down to earth therapist, who believes healing happens through genuine connection. With more than 20 years of experience in the mental health field, I bring both clinical knowledge and a deeply human approach to our work together. I’m thoughtful and intuitive but I also love humor and believe some of the most meaningful moments in therapy happen when we can laugh together, even while doing difficult work. My approaches, are collaborative, trauma-informed, and rooted in curiosity rather than judgment. I help clients recognize patterns, understand themselves more deeply, strengthen boundaries, reconnect with their own voice and begin trusting themselves again. I especially enjoy helping people move beyond simply understanding why they feel the way they do and toward creating meaningful change in their lives. My own life has taught me that growth is rarely neat or linear. I value, authenticity, resilience, compassion, and the courage it takes to begin again and again. My hope is that therapy feels like a place where you can exhale, be fully yourself, and know that you don’t have to have everything figured out all at once.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), National Board Certified Counselor (NCC), a Certified Case Manager (CCM), Registered Nurse (RN), and Ordained Minister. I have a PhD in Counseling & Psychological Studies from Regent University and a Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. My goal is to provide affordable counseling services to individuals, couples, and families who are facing challenges with their mental and emotional health or relationships. I use an eclectic approach that pulls from various modalities of therapy that can be beneficial to your situation.

I have worked in an inpatient behavioral health center for the last 15 years which has provided me a great opportunity to gain experience with most of the reasons why someone would seek therapy. I prefer to not take the role of the "expert" in therapy and feel it is important to have a collaborative approach. That doesn't mean that I won't challenge you or point out maladaptive behavioral patterns/thought processes. I pride myself on being personal and authentic while keeping the focus on you.
I started this career after raising my children so I have the advantage of wisdom. Life has not always been kind to me but this allows me to relate to so many clients. I have been through much adversity and I feel the most fulfilled when I am helping others. I am kind, non judgmental, and follow Carl Roger's unconditional positive regard.

I am an equity and justice-focused therapist whose approach to therapy centers connection and empathy. From a humanistic-existential perspective, I view therapy as a partnership where clients are supported in embracing their inner strengths, achieving their desired goals, and developing coping skills and strategies to lead meaningful and authentic lives. I strive to meet you where you are and honor the diversity of your lived experience.
You are the expert of your life. I aim to provide compassion, guidance, and a nonjudgmental, caring space for you to share your unique experiences, express your feelings, and build greater self-awareness and self-esteem. In therapy, we’ll work to address stressors and challenges and integrate meaningful changes into your daily life. In building capacity for self-exploration, emotional awareness, and resilience, we can enhance our relationships with ourselves and others, promoting a greater sense of well-being.
After over 30 years of serving co-occurring clients in a residential setting, I am transitioning to the world of virtual therapy. I am a nationally known subject matter expert on adolescent, young adult, family systems and male executive issues. I am also adept at crisis management and helping families in conflict. My ability to marry the languages of psychiatry, psychology, and substance use disorder treatment will allow me the versatility to assist many families in need.
I can help find relief and lasting change. This begins with the very useful concept of two simultaneous paths when struggling in life...
1- How can clients ADDRESS, or take action to remedy or lessen, the sources of their struggles?
2- How clients COPE in effective healthy ways?
Addressing and coping are central in my work, and clients find this CBT approach to be highly valuable and effective.

I approach my work with clients in a way that is culturally informed, focusing on feminist principles that are aimed at removing barriers that are in place while acknowledging the very real struggles of those who are not members of the majority group. With over 16 years of experience, I provide a grounded, authentic space for high-achieving individuals to navigate life’s transitions. My approach blends clinical expertise with a straight-talking, supportive style, helping you move from feeling stuck to living with intentionality and confidence.
As a clinician, my objective with you is simple--to help you understand how to prioritize yourself without guilt. In my sessions we explore the root causes of your self-abandonment, self-sabotage, and self-betrayal. From that root, we identify the repeating patterns that have arrested your emotional investment in yourself, your wellness, and your needs. We use all of that information to disrupt the behaviors that you've learned to keep you hushed, compliant and overlooked. Being able to name your emotions, your needs, and your experiences--whether they be anxiety, depression, life transitions & adjustments, dating--all of them require understanding how to identify, express, confront and process your emotions. In my practice, we don't just talk about your emotions and trauma--we do something about them.
I have been a therapist and worked in mental health for many years. I truly love my job. I know that I cannot help every person I meet, but I am committed to offering kindness and my best efforts to do exactly that. I aim to offer clients kindness, make them feel more comfortable with even uncomfortable conversations and cheer them on as they heal on this journey.

Fulfilling our potential is a lifelong journey of becoming more at peace with ourselves, deepening the intimacy in our relationships, being more authentically human, and feeling more alive each day. Along the way, certain challenges arise to cause us distress or confusion. Such moments can make us feel held back, afraid, or unsure of where to go from here. But these moments can also be the points of growth and healing from which we renew ourselves in ways we did not think possible.
It is a great privilege helping men and women in their search to improve their relationship with themselves and others, to lessen the burden of emotional pain, to experience freedom from addictions, or to embark on new life challenges - to find the hope and courage needed to take those important next steps.
