Depending on your needs, I may also integrate mindfulness-based strategies, trauma-informed care, behavioral activation, and attachment-focused interventions to support deeper emotional healing and stability. My approach focuses on building real-life tools to help you feel more steady, confident, and in control. It is structured, supportive, and collaborative. CBT is a major focus of my work, meaning we identify thought patterns, emotional responses, and behavioral cycles that keep anxiety, depression and low self esteem going—and actively work to change them in practical ways.

I believe so many of us already have the capacity to become our best selves, but something gets in the way. Past experiences, anxiety, patterns we’ve learned, or ways we’ve had to cope that no longer serve us.
I work with children, teens, adults, and parents who feel stuck or held back in some way, and are ready to start understanding why. Together, we look at what’s underneath those patterns and begin to gently remove the things that are no longer helping you grow.
My approach is warm, supportive, and real. I want you to feel comfortable showing up exactly as you are, while also helping you move forward in a way that feels more aligned and authentic to you.
Therapy isn’t about becoming someone completely different. It’s about coming back to yourself, with more clarity, confidence, and the ability to move through life in a way that feels better.
If you’re ready to step into that version of yourself, I’d love to connect.
Are you tired of reliving the same unhealthy patterns in your life? Do you desire a successful and fulfilled life complete with balanced loving relationships not only with yourself, but with others? Do you desire a mindset that has a positive outlook in all areas of your life, So that any obstacle encountered, you have the strength and the resilience to handle. I utilize evidence based practices, including: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI) to support clients in achieving meaningful change. CBT helps clients identify, and restructure unhealthy thought patterns and behaviors. MI focuses on enhancing intrinsic motivation, and resolving ambivalence about change.
Are you struggling with relationship issues or coping with anxiety? Are you in a season of life where you feel lost or depressed? Hello and welcome. I’m Beth, a licensed clinical social worker. I believe that life can be overwhelming, and we may need extra support at times to navigate it. My goal is to provide a supportive and safe place for people to work toward personal goals and improve their overall wellbeing. My approach is person-centered and strength based so your goals and strengths are highlighted in our work together. I strive to help individuals feel safe to explore the difficulties they may be experiencing regarding issues such as anxiety, depression, and coping skills. I utilize a warm, nonjudgmental, collaborative approach to provide support while exploring these difficulties.
I am a compassionate therapist who is dedicated to supporting individuals with care and respect.
Whether you are navigating a new season of life, feeling stuck, or looking for better balance, therapy can be a space to support you.
I believe everyone is on their own unique path, and sometimes that path can feel stressful or overwhelming. My goal is to support your growth and empower you with the tools and confidence to navigate life’s challenges with greater ease.
Building a genuine connection with clients is at the heart of my work. I strive to create a safe, non-judgmental, and supportive space where you feel heard and understood. Therapy with me is a collaborative process, and I tailor my approach to your needs by drawing from person-centered and strengths-based approaches as well as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques.
I have experience working with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, and self-esteem challenges. No matter where you are in your journey, I will meet you there—and walk alongside you as you move toward healing and growth.
LET’S EMBARK ON A PATH FORWARD - TOGETHER!
I work with adults who may look like they have things together on the outside but internally feel anxious, overwhelmed, stuck, or simply exhausted from carrying everything on their own. You may be dealing with anxiety, relationship difficulties, grief or loss, major life changes, identity concerns, work stress, or just the feeling that something in your life needs to change.
My approach is warm, straightforward, and down-to-earth. Therapy with me is a real conversation—not a clinical interrogation or a place where you have to say the “right” thing. We’ll work together to understand what’s happening, identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and develop practical ways to move forward.
I also incorporate evidence-based approaches, including CBT, while tailoring therapy to the person in front of me. You won’t get a one-size-fits-all approach. My goal is for you to leave sessions feeling understood, but also with greater clarity about yourself and where you want to go next.
In addition to my therapy work, I also work as an ICU nurse, which has deeply influenced my perspective on stress, trauma, and the complexity of being human. That experience allows me to bring a grounded, compassionate, and realistic understanding of life’s pressures into the therapy room.
Outside of work, I value quiet, restorative time. I enjoy working out, staying active, and taking care of my own well-being. I love spending time at home with my husband and our pets, and I’m a big fan of unwinding with a good movie. I believe balance, connection, and moments of calm are essential — not just luxuries — and I often help clients explore how to build more of that into their own lives.
I value evidence-based treatment! I know approaching mental health can often feel confusing, undefined, and can elicit questions like, "Where do I even begin?"
I want to create a roadmap to feeling better. We'll define markers of progress and track your momentum over time. By creating clear indicators for success, we'll have a clear, grounded approach to treatment.
Further, it is incredibly important to me that you feel safe and welcomed in-session. I know that treatment can be a very vulnerable process, so your comfort is of the utmost importance. We can move at whatever speed feels best to you.
Thank you for your consideration, and I hope to hear from you soon!
