I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor who believes therapy should feel real—not overly clinical or like you have to say the “right” things.
I work with individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship stress, trauma, and life situations that feel overwhelming or hard to manage. A lot of the people I work with feel stuck, drained, or unsure where to even start—and that’s completely okay.
I’m both supportive and direct. I’ll meet you where you are, but I’ll also help you look at patterns, behaviors, and thoughts that might be keeping you stuck. My goal isn’t just to listen—it’s to help you actually move forward.
My background includes working in high-stress environments and supporting people through complex challenges, including trauma and substance use. Because of that, I take a practical, down-to-earth approach that focuses on what actually works in real life—not just in theory.
Hello! I'm so glad you took the time to check out my page. Let me start by introducing myself a bit more. I am a compassionate and experienced therapist who specializes in supporting adults through anxiety, depression, trauma, postpartum challenges, and life transitions.
With a trauma-informed, evidence-based approach, I help clients move through difficult symptoms with clarity, resilience, and self-compassion. I strive to offer a warm, nonjudgmental space where individuals feel heard, supported, and empowered to heal and grow. Whether navigating a period of uncertainty or carrying the weight of longstanding emotional pain, clients often describe me as deeply attuned, grounding, and gently encouraging with a mix of humor.
In addition to my work as a therapist, I find fulfillment and balance in my personal life through fostering animals and sharing my home with several beloved pets. I'm a passionate DIY enthusiast who enjoys creating things with her hands—whether it's a new home project or a handmade gift. A lover of the outdoors, I spend my free time hiking, gardening, or simply soaking in the peace of nature. These personal joys enrich my therapeutic work, reminding me of the importance of connection, creativity, and the healing power of slowing down.

I am a therapist who believes healing happens when the mind, the soul and body are integrated. My work is grounded in lived experience, extensive clinical training. I worked with kids, teenagers, adults, couples and families in diverse settings such as Outpatient Mental Health Clinics, Dual Drug and Alcohol, and School Based Partial Programs. I have extensive trainings in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Attachment Based Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Somatic practices, Spirituality, ACT, Psychodynamic, Person Centered and Integrative/Eclectic.
My style is warm, collaborative, and real. My practice is grounded in holistic care, including respect, and service into my therapeutic approach. I believe the therapy relationship matters, and I show up as myself in sessions. Therapy with me is not about fixing you. You were never broken. I’ve been providing direct therapy since 2008 and am currently licensed to practice in three states. Hi, I’m Tiffany and I’m so glad that you are here. Making the decision to start therapy can feel overwhelming and my goal is to help you feel as comfortable as possible while we explore potentially uncomfortable topics. I strive to create a warm, friendly, and collaborative environment where you will feel supported and understood. We will work together to better understand your unique circumstances, discover your strengths, and develop the tools to help navigate the stressors that come your way. I work with children, teens, and adults who are experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and other stressors that negatively impact your mental health. I also enjoy working with members of the LGBTQIA+ community and helping people to feel empowered and develop resilience. Regardless of what life throws at you, you don’t have to face it alone. My hope is that you leave each session feeling supported, empowered, and a little closer to the life that you want to create for yourself.
Being unhappy can take you by surprise. Sometimes the cause of it seems clear, like a sudden break up or the death of someone close to you. Other times it’s harder to say. You might be in a relationship that no longer feels the way it once did. You may have moved to a new place or started a new job and find yourself unsettled. Or you may feel that everything is “going well,” yet still, for whatever reason, you just aren’t happy. If any of this sounds like you, I can help.I specialize in treating adults struggling with life transitions, dating and relationship problems, adhd and other neurodivergent experiences, and depression and loneliness. My background and style are in client centered, psychodynamic therapy, in which I can help you to work through both the imminent problems that brought you to therapy, as well as the sometimes more deeply hidden problems that precede and inform these present day problems. I have a decade of experience working in a number of clinical settings, and prior to that have a background in the humanities and philosophy. My own experience working through both psychological and philosophical questions informs my work with clients. I believe that therapy can be a great place to really work through your thoughts about your life, with the benefit of an outside participant who can listen with openness and curiosity.
Hi, I'm Nick. Clients who end up finding me are often capable and self-aware, but still find themselves overthinking, shutting down, becoming defensive, or feeling responsible for other people’s emotions. They often grew up being treated as “the problem” in their family of origin, and have learned to mask important parts of themselves, or were told their needs and reactions were too much. I work with LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent individuals who want to understand why certain patterns keep returning, and actually change them in a deeper way beyond just self-awareness and insight.
I view symptoms as having developed for understandable reasons and still feel necessary in situations that trigger implicit learnings from the past. Together, we’ll become curious about what a very specific pattern might be protecting and develop new ways to respond. The aim here is to create greater self-trust to allow for actual meaningful change.
Are you struggling? I'm here to help you through the difficult times. I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) based out of Pennsylvania. I received a Bachelor's Degree from Penn State University and two Master's from Grand Canyon University. I have over 10 years experience working with Substance Use Disorders, Anxiety and Depression. I retired from the Army Reserves and I am a combat veteran. I help clients achieve their goals and be the best person they can be! I've worked in various settings and use my personal and professional experiences to help others. My schedule is flexible so if I don't have an open time slot that you prefer, let me know and we can work it out.
I’m a warm, compassionate and down to earth therapist, who believes healing happens through genuine connection. With more than 20 years of experience in the mental health field, I bring both clinical knowledge and a deeply human approach to our work together. I’m thoughtful and intuitive but I also love humor and believe some of the most meaningful moments in therapy happen when we can laugh together, even while doing difficult work. My approaches, are collaborative, trauma-informed, and rooted in curiosity rather than judgment. I help clients recognize patterns, understand themselves more deeply, strengthen boundaries, reconnect with their own voice and begin trusting themselves again. I especially enjoy helping people move beyond simply understanding why they feel the way they do and toward creating meaningful change in their lives. My own life has taught me that growth is rarely neat or linear. I value, authenticity, resilience, compassion, and the courage it takes to begin again and again. My hope is that therapy feels like a place where you can exhale, be fully yourself, and know that you don’t have to have everything figured out all at once.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), National Board Certified Counselor (NCC), a Certified Case Manager (CCM), Registered Nurse (RN), and Ordained Minister. I have a PhD in Counseling & Psychological Studies from Regent University and a Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. My goal is to provide affordable counseling services to individuals, couples, and families who are facing challenges with their mental and emotional health or relationships. I use an eclectic approach that pulls from various modalities of therapy that can be beneficial to your situation.

I have worked in an inpatient behavioral health center for the last 15 years which has provided me a great opportunity to gain experience with most of the reasons why someone would seek therapy. I prefer to not take the role of the "expert" in therapy and feel it is important to have a collaborative approach. That doesn't mean that I won't challenge you or point out maladaptive behavioral patterns/thought processes. I pride myself on being personal and authentic while keeping the focus on you.
I started this career after raising my children so I have the advantage of wisdom. Life has not always been kind to me but this allows me to relate to so many clients. I have been through much adversity and I feel the most fulfilled when I am helping others. I am kind, non judgmental, and follow Carl Roger's unconditional positive regard.

I am an equity and justice-focused therapist whose approach to therapy centers connection and empathy. From a humanistic-existential perspective, I view therapy as a partnership where clients are supported in embracing their inner strengths, achieving their desired goals, and developing coping skills and strategies to lead meaningful and authentic lives. I strive to meet you where you are and honor the diversity of your lived experience.
You are the expert of your life. I aim to provide compassion, guidance, and a nonjudgmental, caring space for you to share your unique experiences, express your feelings, and build greater self-awareness and self-esteem. In therapy, we’ll work to address stressors and challenges and integrate meaningful changes into your daily life. In building capacity for self-exploration, emotional awareness, and resilience, we can enhance our relationships with ourselves and others, promoting a greater sense of well-being.
After over 30 years of serving co-occurring clients in a residential setting, I am transitioning to the world of virtual therapy. I am a nationally known subject matter expert on adolescent, young adult, family systems and male executive issues. I am also adept at crisis management and helping families in conflict. My ability to marry the languages of psychiatry, psychology, and substance use disorder treatment will allow me the versatility to assist many families in need.
I can help find relief and lasting change. This begins with the very useful concept of two simultaneous paths when struggling in life...
1- How can clients ADDRESS, or take action to remedy or lessen, the sources of their struggles?
2- How clients COPE in effective healthy ways?
Addressing and coping are central in my work, and clients find this CBT approach to be highly valuable and effective.

Fulfilling our potential is a lifelong journey of becoming more at peace with ourselves, deepening the intimacy in our relationships, being more authentically human, and feeling more alive each day. Along the way, certain challenges arise to cause us distress or confusion. Such moments can make us feel held back, afraid, or unsure of where to go from here. But these moments can also be the points of growth and healing from which we renew ourselves in ways we did not think possible.
It is a great privilege helping men and women in their search to improve their relationship with themselves and others, to lessen the burden of emotional pain, to experience freedom from addictions, or to embark on new life challenges - to find the hope and courage needed to take those important next steps.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker licensed in both PA and NJ. I have been in private practice since 2001. I work with ages 15 years and older and I LOVE my career. I work with teens and young adults who are transitioning and have seen these clients through the entire process of not being accepted by peers and, very sadly family, to live incredible full lives. I have a past client's wedding to go to in May :) I get to witness my clients live the lives they've always wanted and I'm a small part of that. I absolutely love my job.

Hi! I'm a Licensed Professional Counsellor (LPC) based in Pennsylvania. I received my Masters from Marywood University and have been practicing for 17 years. I have been licensed since 2013. I help adolescents and adults struggling with anxiety, depression, self-confidence, self-compassion, anger management and gender dysphoria. I am passionate serving the LGBTQ population. I have a certification in trauma focused cognitive behavioral therapy.
As a former school counselor with over 30 years of experience and a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), I have dedicated my career to supporting individuals facing a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, substance use, and difficulties in achieving academic success. I am passionate about getting to the underlying cause(s) of your concerns. I congratulate you on wanting to take the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life and I am happy to help support and empower you in that process.
My work involves close collaboration with parents navigating the complexities of raising children and teens. Earlier in my career, I also supported clients dealing with weight management, body image concerns, and provided marital counseling to families in crisis.

I'm Cindy, a psychotherapist dedicated to helping individuals find clarity, healing, and lasting change. I specialized in working with clients affected by addiction and their loved ones, depression, self-esteem, relationship challenges, and existential anxiety. You may feel stuck in repetitive patterns and/or negative self-beliefs and have a desire to heal. I do not judge; in time, you will feel that our sessions are a safe place to share yourself honestly. Whether you’re dealing with personal challenges or relationship issues, I aim to support you in building resilience and reconnecting with your authentic self. I would be honored to work with you on this journey.
I am a licensed clinical psychologist with specialized education and training in trauma-informed care. I believe most human suffering stems from the stress and trauma of existing within oppressive societal systems that seek to disconnect us from ourselves and others. I am deeply committed to examining, dismantling, and providing space to heal from these destructive systems. The therapeutic relationship should offer a safe environment to process chronic stress and trauma, explore the survival strategies you have developed, and build new skills that serve your present life. I am particularly interested in the mind-body connection—specifically regarding chronic stress and the nervous system—and I continually integrate somatic practices into my work with clients.
As a member of the LGBTQ+ community, I understand how crucial it can be to find a therapist who understands the unique experience of navigating a heteronormative world. I have experience working in gender-affirming and HIV+ healthcare settings with trans, non-binary, gay, lesbian, and queer clients. I am dedicated to providing intersectional care across race, class, gender, religion, ethnicity, age, disability status, and all other identities. This means I will always consider how your various identities interact and influence how you move through and are treated in this world.
If you are interested in a free 15-minute phone consultation, please schedule your first session with at least a week's notice so that we have time to connect. I will reach out prior to the scheduled appointment. I offer sliding scale (for private-pay clients) and weekend time slots on an as-needed basis, which we can discuss during the phone consultation.
Healing can be intimidating; but also unimaginably life changing for the better. My name is Danielle Turner (she/her) and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with a master’s degree in clinical Mental Health Counseling. I am currently working towards her PhD in Counselor Supervision and Education. I am also basic trained in EMDR (per EMDRIA's standards and requirements) in order to best treat individuals suffering from trauma and a number of other presentations. I have multiple years of experience treating clients who are anxious, depressed, have experienced loss and or trauma (physical, verbal or sexual), suffer from mood disorders, and psychotic disorders. I have also worked with clients experiencing a life changing event, struggling with addiction or those seeking support who identify as LGBTQIA+. I also specialize in helping clients manage stressors of today's climate, including religious prejudice or systemic racism
Greetings, my name is John Luke. I am a licensed clinical social worker and specialize in helping people to effectively manage anxiety, depression, and other mental health concerns using cognitive behavioral techniques. I have worked with a range of populations, nearly all ages, and also have experience with addiction treatment and life-coaching. I work with people to develop insight into the source of their problems, how their core beliefs about the world might be hindering their progress, and focus on their natural strengths to overcome those barriers with practical skills that generate sustainable change. Some of my other specialties include short-term, solution-focused therapy; cognitive behavioral therapy techniques; psychodynamic approaches; and marital counseling.
Some of the problems I am particularly keen on solving with my clients include issues with self-image and confidence; dating and relationships; boundary-setting and assertive communication; as well as general anxiety management; and learning to identify and productively resolve emotional unrest. I am also very experienced in cognitive restructuring, which is just a fancy way of saying helping to change the way a person thinks about the world and their place in it. I also enjoy aiding people in goal setting and identification, meaning-making, and navigating family conflicts. If you feel any of this could be helpful or useful to you, please do not hesitate to reach out!
(Note: I do work with couples, but only on a cash-pay basis. Also, I only work with ages 18+)
As a licensed therapist in Pennsylvania, I bring 16 years of dedicated experience supporting individuals, couples and families through complex life challenges. I specialize in addressing depression, anxiety, relationship dynamics, and personal growth. I am passionate about supporting individuals, couples, children, adolescents, and families that are struggling with family conflict, self-esteem, anxiety, depression, parenting, and behavioral concerns. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and two doodles.
I am a licensed therapist who works with adults navigating the ups and downs of life, meeting you wherever you are in your mental health journey and helping you build on the strengths you already have. I believe therapy can bring clarity, ease distress, uncover what truly matters to you, and support you in moving forward. Together, we’ll create a safe and supportive space to explore challenges and find your way toward greater understanding, balance, and well-being.
I bring a grounded, compassionate presence to our work, creating an environment where you can feel comfortable bringing whatever is on your mind. My approach is calm, lighthearted, and sometimes a little quirky. If you’re a dog lover, I’d be happy to introduce you to my furry “co-therapists,” who are always eager for attention.
I am a therapist who works from a modern psychoanalytic perspective. My approach is rooted in understanding—not simply telling you what to do, but helping you make sense of what is happening beneath the surface.
You may be seeking help because you feel anxious, depressed, disconnected in your relationships, or stuck in patterns you don’t fully understand. You do not need to arrive with a clear explanation of what is wrong. We can begin with whatever you are experiencing, including feelings that are difficult to name or put into words.
While practical coping strategies can be helpful, our work also makes room for the deeper emotional experiences that may contribute to your struggles. Together, we can explore what you feel, how you relate to others, and why certain situations or relationships affect you as they do.
The relationship we develop is an important part of this process. How you experience closeness, trust, vulnerability, and connection—including with me—can help us understand your experiences in other relationships. There is room to talk about what feels supportive, uncomfortable, confusing, or difficult between us.
My role is to listen thoughtfully, remain curious, and help you explore your experience without imposing an answer about who you should be. The aim is not just to cope with difficult feelings, but to develop a more compassionate understanding of yourself, greater freedom in how you respond, and more choice in how you live and relate to others.
My approach to therapy is client-centered and solution-focused, providing a balance of empathy and insight. As an individual and a couples therapist, I strive to create an environment where both men and women feel comfortable and engaged in the process. Whether you're looking to improve your mental health or your relationships, I'm here to support you every step of the way.

“My style of therapy draws from Cognitive Behavioral, Acceptance and Commitment therapy/mindfulness. My passion is for learning your story and working alongside you to find the solutions that work for you. I’m here to help you examine what you’ve already lived through and find the path forward. In my work with people with trauma I’ve learned that we often need the reminder – no matter what you have struggled with; you are a survivor and that needs to be brought to light. Keeping that in mind, I am guided by the client towards the goals that they feel are necessary for their treatment.”
