I have 32 years of experience providing counseling. I use cognitive behavioral therapy, stressing that what we think determines what we feel and what we do. For many reasons, people learn unrealistic or destructive thoughts that cause them problems in their lives. Therapy works towards more realistic thinking, and avoiding old and destructive thinking. As I like to say, "therapy is a conversation with a destination," and realistic thinking is that destination.
While I am a Christian, I am not trained as a Christian Counselor. I am a "Counselor who is a Christian." My training is secular, and I regularly see people or all faiths, or none at all. I do not offer court ordered services, nor do I do assessments for custody, or any other legal purpose. Unfortunately, I cannot accept Medicare, or Medicare based plans.
The world is changing, and more and more people are reaching out. I am seeing more men that have been in abusive relationships. There are also more people dealing with loss. Coming to my office is not like going to a big mental health clinic where you just another number on a spreadsheet. In my care, you are a person, and you'll be treated like one.
Hey there! I'm Jasmine
I am a licensed mental health clinician dedicated to helping individuals heal, grow, and thrive through authentic connection and compassionate care. My work is grounded in trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and person-centered practices that honor each client’s unique story. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their emotions, build resilience, and move toward meaningful change.

Life has a way of throwing us curveballs, and it can be quite the rollercoaster. Sometimes, it's downright overwhelming and even a bit scary. But taking this first step to acknowledge that you are hurting or in need of support, well, that's courageous. In a world where seeking help isn't always easy, the welcoming and friendly ear I have to offer may be the support you are looking for. I am passionate about validating your experiences, encouraging you to open up, and helping challenge the thoughts, feelings, and behaviors that might be holding you back. It could be the weight of school, stress from work or home, relationship drama, turning to substances as a coping mechanism, or simply navigating the twists and turns of life. And, you know what? It's totally okay to need someone to chat with, someone who'll listen without judgment and with a ton of compassion. I've worked with people of all ages and use a mix of therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), reality therapy, and motivational interviewing. This is a safe space where I encourage you to share your thoughts. I'll laugh with you, be your shoulder to lean on during tough times, and cheer you on every step of the way!
Since I was 17, I’d always wanted to be a therapist. I learned that sometimes it takes more than just healing the mind in order to heal the whole person. That means that sometimes people need healing on emotional, psychological and spiritual levels. I then received two masters degrees, one in mental health counseling, and the other in the applied healing arts. Utilizing both these degrees has helped me to combine both traditional and alternative therapies into my work.
My roles have included case management, management, and professional counseling. The numerous professional opportunities I have experienced with various populations has allowed me to find a place to dedicate myself to a career of serving exceptional individuals and working with numerous health care providers in the community.
My approach is holistic and refers to the whole-person rather than focusing on specific ailments, although topic specific symptoms will also be addressed and discussed as necessary.
Hello and welcome to my practice.
I work exclusively with people in their 20s and 30s; however, the platform is programmed for Age Groups 18 - 64.
This journey is all about how you experience yourself in the many situations of your life. What challenges are you experiencing? How do you want to show up in the world? Are you feeling stuck? What's getting in the way of your life unfolding in the way you'd like it to? Let's embark upon this journey and unpack all this together.
By engaging in therapy you’ll experience growth toward living your life free of intrusive thinking. I’m Susan Shipley, a clinical psychologist and I work with kids and adults. You can expect that I will respect your unique experiences and goals. Expect compassionate counseling, keen observation and solutions to challenges blocking from living your life fully. We will develop solutions that fit the situation through collaboration. You’ll move on from baffling situations, negative relationships, and often use ineffective coping. You’ll learn to use therapy tools to overcome the thing holding you back from experiencing life to the fullest.
My clients often have challenges such as anxiety, depression, and grief. I've experiences working with people bothered by anxiety, anorexia, phobias, panic attacks, OCD behavior, and intrusive thoughts. Addiction and recovery are areas of my expertise.
I'm a school psychologist who knows about learning disabilities, ADHD, autism, developmental delays, affect of education.
Occasionally life challenges meet us at a particularly vulnerable time, and I work with people to adjust to life’s changes: grief, job loss, and alcohol and drug dependents and their family.
I'm an artist and a trained art therapist. I found, art making often speaks with more feeling and force than words alone. We will incorporate art if you choose. CBT works in a collaborative manner between the therapist and the client.
Together, we can identify what's not working and get you back to balance. We'll use a whole self-approach, addressing your needs. I also integrate mindfulness, yoga, and art to help you develop a stronger relationship with others and most importantly yourself. You have found a safe space to heal and grow. In our sessions together, I'll meet you with compassion and evidence-based techniques so you can overcome the hangups and habits holding you back. Let's work together!
Hi. I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor based in Pennsylvania. I have a PhD in Educational Psychology and a Masters degree in Music Therapy. I also got a certification in Gestalt therapy by going to a 3 year training program. Over my career I have worked with many different populations and in many different settings. My basic approach to therapy is to use the tools and techniques that I've developed to help people become unstuck and to grow and to reach toward their full potential.
Hi, I’m Julie — I’m glad you’re here.
Anxiety and depression touch so many of our lives in ways that can feel overwhelming: spiraling thoughts that won’t quiet down, a racing heartbeat, sleepless nights, or pulling away in social situations. These struggles don’t just affect our inner world — they can also add stress and strain to our relationships with coworkers, friends, and family.
In therapy, I help people untangle these patterns so they can feel more present, connected, and grounded. When our minds are constantly caught up in the past or worried about the future, it’s hard to truly experience life as it’s happening. Together, we’ll work on practical tools and deeper understanding so you can find more peace, balance, and fulfillment in your day-to-day life.
I can provide telehealth services in WA and PA. I have been in the field of mental health and substance use disorders for over 20 years.
