Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

If CBT is a treatment method that fits your needs we will structure our sessions to be goal oriented. CBT is a great option to gain control of negative thoughts while treating mental health conditions such as depression, anxiety, and emotional concerns. We will work together to create meaningful changes in your life by addressing both your personal strengths and areas for growth.

Christian Counseling

As a graduate from a Christian college I am able to integrate faith into the therapy process to promote improved mental health from a biblical perspective.

Forensic Psychology

Experience working within the prison with individuals from all walks of life, various countries and cultures, and charges within the criminal justice system

A favorite treatment modality of mine is person centered approach. Focusing on the therapeutic alliance while providing unconditional positive regard, empathy and congruence.
