I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and in case you’re unsure of what that is, it means I have earned a Bachelor Degree in Social Work a Master of Social Work and once I completed Graduate school I was then required to complete 3,000 hours of clinical work experience under supervision for another two years after those supervised clinical hours I had to successfully sit for ASWB Clinial Level exam. Being a Licensed Clinical Social Worker not only means that I am passionate about Mental Health, but I am also focused on your environment, meaning I look at external factors that impact your situation. When I started Graduate School, I went in with the notion of studying Psychology until I came across the Social Work Program, after doing some extensive research into the profession, I decided that is what I wanted to do. I learned I can help individuals with their Mental Health as well as take a holistic approach to address any barriers they may face while working towards their goals. I absolutely LOVE being a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and helping individuals reach goals they’ve set for themselves.

These times are urgent. Let us slow down.” ― Bayo Akomolafe
Let's take things one breath at a time, slowing down instead of rushing through the hard parts. I don’t believe in fixing or solving everything all at once in the hopes it does not reoccur. Instead, I offer space for curiosity, vulnerability, and connection, because that’s often where healing begins. Together we’ll practice being with your experiences, not just getting past them.
I work with people facing all kinds of mental health and personal life challenges, and I especially love helping clients untangle old patterns and build new ones that feel more like them. My approach is relational and HUMOROUS, humanistic, honest, warm, and collaborative. I work mostly with teens and adults. Outside of therapy, I’m usually testing a new hairstyle, thrifting, listening to Afrobeats, or walking my dachshund, Winston-Bishop.
Hi! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based out of North Carolina. I received my Masters degree from Arizona State University and have been practicing for over 10 years. I believe that working together in a safe, non-judgmental environment can create space for the healing you deserve.

I then moved to North Carolina to continue work with keeping families together that had suffered trauma and/or behavioral issues. From there, I worked as an individual therapist working with teenagers and adults. During that time, I led groups that focused on education for women who experienced anxiety on a daily basis. Prior to the Grow Therapy platform, I worked to support adults in crisis who needed immediate psychiatric support.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist. I have been a social worker for 19 years, most recently in the last 7 years doing therapy. I enjoy working with people who are wanting to see change happen but have barriers stopping them from moving into action. I also enjoy working with those who have relationship dynamic issues.
Life can feel heavy sometimes — especially when you’re the one everyone depends on. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, burnout, trauma, grief, relationship stress, or just feeling emotionally drained, therapy can help you slow down, process what’s going on, and learn healthier ways to cope.
My style is warm, supportive, honest, and down-to-earth. I believe therapy should feel like a real conversation, not like you’re being analyzed under a microscope. We’ll laugh when we can, be real about what’s hard, and work together to help you feel more grounded, confident, and emotionally healthy.
Hi, I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who works with adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, burnout, grief, emotional overwhelm, and major life stressors.
I became a therapist because I genuinely care about helping people feel less alone during difficult seasons of life. I’ve always been drawn to understanding people, supporting others through challenges, and helping individuals recognize that healing and growth are possible — even when life feels overwhelming.
I believe everyone deserves a space where they can be honest, supported, and reminded that they do not have to carry everything by themselves.
Many of my clients are people who are used to holding everything together for everyone else while quietly struggling themselves. They’re exhausted, overthinking everything, emotionally overwhelmed, stuck in survival mode, or feeling disconnected from who they used to be.
My therapy style is warm, supportive, relatable, and direct. I’m not the therapist that just nods the entire session while you spiral alone. I believe therapy should be a safe space where you feel genuinely comfortable being honest — without fear of judgment — while also learning practical tools that help in real life.

Hi there!
A lot of people think therapy is a one-sided conversation, with little opportunity to experience each other as real people. My clients know that I am as real as it gets! I want to help you achieve your goals, learn more about yourself, and understand how your mind and brain work. While progressing along this path, you will enjoy the process of learning about yourself and perceiving yourself in new ways. My experience is that therapy doesn't need to be painful. I know it can be intimidating to call a therapist, but I hope you will call me and see how I can help you.
My background is in neuropsychology, so I enjoy helping people understand how their brains work, in order to find the best way to manage anxiety, depression, and just plain dealing with life!

Seeking therapy can be scary, however, you have made the right decision. I believe individuals are the "experts on themselves" and possess the ability to make the desired positive change in their lives.
In the session, we will utilize a Person Center Approach consisting of meeting the individual were they are, actively listening, providing support, encouragement, and validation, as well as utilizing Evidence -Based Treatment Modalities ( such Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Based Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness, Person Centered Approach, and Psychoeducation) Supportive Therapy, Stress Management, and Anger Management.

I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor with 30 years of experience in the mental health field and 14 years of experience operating my private practice. I support adults and couples experiencing anxiety, relationship distress, communication difficulties, parenting concerns, life transitions, diminished self-esteem, trauma-related concerns, and patterns that may be interfering with emotional well-being and healthier relationships.
In couples counseling, I provide a balanced and respectful environment where each partner has an opportunity to feel heard. I help couples recognize recurring patterns, improve communication, navigate conflict more constructively, rebuild emotional safety and trust, and strengthen their connection. My role is not to take sides, but to help both partners understand the relationship dynamic and take meaningful responsibility for the changes within their control.
I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help clients understand the connections among their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Together, we identify beliefs and thinking patterns that may contribute to anxiety, depressed mood, diminished self-esteem, relationship distress, or ineffective coping.
Depending on the client’s needs, we may use guided reflection, thought records, structured exercises, role-playing, and between-session practice. With couples, CBT-informed strategies can also help partners examine assumptions, interpretations, expectations, and behavioral responses that contribute to recurring conflict. The goal is to develop greater awareness and practice healthier, more intentional responses.
My therapeutic approach integrates evidence-based practices with carefully selected holistic strategies to support insight, emotional regulation, personal growth, and sustainable behavioral change. I meet each client with compassion, curiosity, and respect, helping them identify the underlying beliefs and patterns connected to their current concerns.

Hello there, I'm Heather. Are you experiencing anxiety, depression, or difficulty adjusting to life transitions? Well look no further because I specialize in alleviating anxiety, managing and overcoming depression, and adjusting to life transitions (such as parenting, relationship challenges, experiencing an empty nest, health issues, job loss, divorce, death of a loved one, or retirement.) Hi! I'm a LCMHCS, LPCS, LCAS, CCS based in North Carolina and practicing in NC, SC, GA, TX, AZ, MA, ME, RI, NH and US VI. I received my Doctorate in Counseling Psychology from Argosy University and two Masters from Webster University in Counseling and Health Administration. I have been practicing for over 20 years and enjoy working with a diverse population of people. I have several areas of expertise and enjoy using them to support my clients in their overall life goals and plans for success.
Hello, I am a licensed professional therapist in North Carolina. My experience has centered on working with diverse populations, from military-affiliated, college, and community behavioral health and private practice. Working within these settings has allowed my involvement with various ages, genders, cultures, and life experiences. My theoretical orientation is Constructivism; therefore, I need to understand my client's life perspectives and how that has influenced their worldview. In working with clients, I also practice an integrated approach using constructivism, person-centered, cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, solution-focused therapies, and others. Person-centered focuses on the client and allows the client to process feelings and thoughts in a non-judgmental environment with unconditional positive regard. Cognitive-behavioral therapy focuses on the role of thinking in the process of influencing a person's feelings of well-being and how controlling thoughts can affect mental health. This approach maintains the link between emotions and behaviors in the cognitive process. The humanistic therapeutic method emphasizes the counseling relationship and the importance of quality, genuineness, positive regard, and empathy in the counseling relationship. Solution-focused therapy utilizes skills already present to help navigate current concerns, focusing on being present and checking facts on emotions and feelings that might direct reactive responses to stressors. Constructivism proves the space for cultural humility and openness to worldviews I might not have had the privilege to interact with previously.

I’m a warm, down-to-earth therapist with more than 15 years of experience helping people navigate anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, major life transitions, grief, burnout, emotional overwhelm, and the seasons of life when everything simply feels like a lot.
My background is a little different from the traditional therapy path. I’ve worked in schools, community mental health, and crisis intervention settings. I’ve supported veterans, first responders, survivors of trauma and abuse, neurodivergent individuals, parents, professionals, and people facing some of life’s hardest moments. These experiences have taught me how to stay grounded when things feel chaotic and why it’s so important to see the whole person - not simply a diagnosis or list of symptoms.
My style is conversational, collaborative, and practical. I’ll give you space to process, but I’m not a therapist who simply nods and asks, “How does that make you feel?” We’ll get curious about patterns, relationships, boundaries, past experiences, and the things that keep showing up in your life. We’ll explore where those patterns came from, how they affect you now, and what you may want to change.
I believe insight is only part of the work. Together, we’ll develop practical strategies you can use outside of therapy to manage anxiety, regulate emotions, improve communication, strengthen relationships, establish boundaries, and navigate difficult seasons.
You don’t need to know exactly what you need from therapy before you begin. Sometimes it starts with simply recognizing that something isn’t working anymore. My role isn’t to tell you how to live your life - it’s to help you understand yourself more clearly, build skills and confidence, and create meaningful change.

Hello! My name is Clover and I am a licensed clinical therapist and addiction specialist in the state of North Carolina. I look forward to the opportunity of learning and working together as part of our therapeutic process. I enjoy working with folks who are gender diverse and members of the LGBTQIA+ community who experience unique stressors and conflicts with their day-to-day lives. I also love working with folks who struggle with substance use either in addition to other life stressors or on its own especially in the context of substance use disorders being highly stigmatized. I focus on substance use treatment approaches with a functionality mindset to work on setting reasonable goals and expectations during the clinical process. I started my clinical work with addiction and grew as a therapist and person to see people from a whole-person perspective. Our difficulties, conflicts, our stressors do not define us for who we are and when they prevent or delay us from becoming our authentic selves is where the therapeutic process blossoms.
I believe everybody is always in a constant process of growing into our best selves and I hope to have the opportunity to work with you along this process too.

Possibly hoping to improve your relationship dynamics or gain support with trust or infidelity? Reaching out for help is brave, but also scary! In sessions, you can expect a non-judgmental and safe space for you to become more self-compassionate, while growing your skills to fix and/or feel better about your current struggles. You are the expert of your own life & we will proceed on the therapy journey at your pace, using empathy & evidenced based techniques along the way. I look forward to meeting you soon!
As a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor in both North Carolina and Arizona, and holding a Doctorate in Traumatology, I am dedicated to supporting individuals as they navigate the challenges of trauma, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and more. My work is guided by the belief that healing is possible and that no one should have to walk this path alone. I provide a safe, supportive space where clients can explore their experiences, rediscover their strengths, and create meaningful change.
I utilize a variety of evidence-based approaches, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and other evidence-based treatments. By tailoring therapy to meet each client’s unique needs, I help individuals gain clarity, develop coping skills, and move toward a life that feels empowered and authentic.
Clients often describe me as warm, approachable, and grounded. I bring patience, empathy, and curiosity into my sessions, while also providing gentle challenges that encourage growth and deeper self-awareness. I value authenticity and strive to create a collaborative therapeutic relationship built on trust, respect, and compassion.
Beyond my clinical expertise, I am passionate about walking alongside clients in ways that honor their stories and identities. I deeply admire the resilience of those I work with and consider it a privilege to witness their courage and progress. Whether you are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply ready for change, I invite you to reach out.
Together, we can work toward healing, resilience, and connection. My goal is to not only help reduce distress but also to empower you to create a fulfilling life aligned with your values.
I believe that the stories we tell ourselves shape everything about how we navigate the world. So often, trauma, neurodivergence, or societal expectations convince us that we are to blame for how we react or feel. My heart in this practice is to create a welcoming and gentle space where we can have real, honest conversations about who you are, unspooling those old stories so you can reclaim a narrative and life that actually feels true to you. My view of the world and my approach to therapy are deeply shaped by my own life experiences. I grew up in a family of clam diggers, was raised by a disabled mother who struggled with mental illness, and was later adopted at age 20 by my father, a self-identified gay hippie and social worker. Today, I am a neurodivergent father of four, and my partner is legally blind. I share these aspects because they have all taught me one thing: the world is unique, you are unique, and I love creating space for a uniquely broad, lived understanding of human diversity. Having walked through so many different paths, I know firsthand that the world is never black and white. It is filled with nuance, gray areas, and profound beauty.
Hi, I’m Megan Cole, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker licensed to practice in North Carolina and Virginia, and living in North Carolina. I earned my master’s degree in social work from UNC Chapel Hill in 2008 and became clinically licensed in 2021. My career has been spent in physical and mental healthcare, with a focus on hospice, chronic illness, and caregiver support. I specialize in supporting people facing serious or life-limiting illnesses, as well as those navigating caregiver stress, anxiety, anticipatory grief, and grief after a loss. I also have extensive experience working with individuals and families through adoption, infertility, miscarriage, and pregnancy loss. I know how stressful, lonely, and scary major life changes can be, and want to be a safe, nonjudgemental presence for you to sort out your complex feelings, and discover your capacity for healing and growth, even in the darkest of times.

I provide goal-directed, collaborative therapy focused on embracing change as both constant and certain. I am trained and skilled in Solution-Focused Therapy, a goal-oriented and collaborative approach that helps individuals identify and build on their strengths to create positive changes in their lives. This method emphasizes finding practical solutions and fostering resilience, empowering individuals to navigate challenges effectively. I believe that individuals are the experts of their own experiences and possess the inner strengths and resources to overcome barriers to wellness and happiness. While I guide and support individuals in building skills to manage challenges, set realistic goals, and boost personal resilience, the responsibility for meaningful change rests with you. Taking the first step to find a therapist is a remarkable act of courage and an important investment in your well-being. I work with individuals from diverse backgrounds via telehealth, focusing on concerns such as anxiety, chronic stress, fear, shame, perfectionism, and self-critical patterns.
