Hi, I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who works with adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, burnout, grief, emotional overwhelm, and major life stressors.
Many of my clients are people who are used to holding everything together for everyone else while quietly struggling themselves. They’re exhausted, overthinking everything, emotionally overwhelmed, stuck in survival mode, or feeling disconnected from who they used to be.
My therapy style is warm, supportive, relatable, and direct. I’m not the therapist that just nods the entire session while you spiral alone. I believe therapy should be a safe space where you feel genuinely comfortable being honest — without fear of judgment — while also learning practical tools that help in real life.
I use evidence-based approaches including CBT, trauma-informed therapy, mindfulness, emotional regulation skill building, and strengths-based interventions tailored to each client’s needs and goals.
In therapy, we’ll work on understanding patterns, improving coping skills, processing difficult experiences, strengthening relationships, building self-worth, and helping you feel less emotionally weighed down by everything life keeps throwing your way.
You don’t have to carry it all alone anymore.
My goal is to assist you in developing your vision and journey in becoming your best and desired self. I am person centered and enjoy applying creative strategies in my practice; such as the use of art, music-videos, narrative mediums and activities. I believe that everyone is capable of change. I have extensive experience with working with adolescents, adults, and families. I am an active supporter of persons and groups of varied cultural backgrounds and individuals in the LGBTQ+ community.
I am an experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 20 years of dedicated practice in mental health, and my mission is to help individuals unlock their fullest potential by creating lasting change in their lives. My background spans a wide range of settings, from community-based work with children and disabled adults to providing therapy in psychiatric hospitals, schools, and private practice. With a double major in Visual Arts and Psychology from the University of North Carolina -Asheville and a Master’s in Social Work from East Tennessee University, I bring a blend of clinical expertise and creativity to my practice.
Hello and welcome to therapy! You’ve taken the first step towards finding your way through some of life's challenging situations. I am Lydia Torres, a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC), in North Carolina with over 10 years of experience providing therapy in English/Spanish. I provide comprehensive therapy to help improve my clients' psychological, emotional, and mental health. Helping you navigate life's difficult situations is my motivation in life. I have an eclectic approach to counseling by engaging you in evidenced based strategies such as cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, person-centered therapy, solution-focused brief therapy, and trauma informed CBT therapy to redirect negative thinking patterns that you may be experiencing. I work with children, adolescents, and adults ages (6-64). I will support you and help you navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, and grief symptoms. I believe therapy is a safe refuge to journey on to receive emotional healing and peace-of-mind. I will come alongside you to help you work through life's challenging circumstances and assist you with reaching your goals in life. Outside the office, I enjoy cooking, playing with my dog, exercising, running, traveling, singing, and spending time with my family.
I was drawn into the counseling field from a very early age, always curious about people, their relationships, ideas people embrace, choices they make. How do we solve problems or sometimes find them beyond our wisdom and imagination to solve? Even when we do our very best, sometimes we can’t seem to get it right. That can feel overwhelming and finding a way out can seem impossible. A warm and listening heart can be a big help providing the support needed to find our way again. With over 40 years of experience, I have helped a wide variety of people with many concerns.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing compassionate, client‑centered therapy for adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, stress, and other emotional or behavioral concerns. My practice integrates psychotherapy with a strong background in care management, allowing me to support individuals with both behavioral and physical health needs and to understand the connection between mental and physical well‑being.
I offer a collaborative, strengths‑based approach grounded in evidence‑based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution‑Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and strengths‑based interventions. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered to make meaningful changes, build resilience, and move toward lasting emotional wellness.
Therapy doesn’t have to feel intimidating or overly clinical. I offer a supportive, down-to-earth space where you can show up exactly as you are — no pressure, no judgment. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, anxious, or simply ready for change, we’ll work together to better understand what’s going on and identify practical steps forward.
My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to your individual needs. I believe therapy works best when it feels like a genuine conversation, balanced with tools and strategies that you can actually use in daily life. Together, we’ll explore patterns, build coping skills, and strengthen your ability to navigate challenges with confidence.
Seeking support is a courageous step, and you don’t have to figure things out alone. My goal is to help you gain clarity, develop resilience, and create meaningful, lasting change.
I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor with 30 years of experience in the mental health field and 14 years of experience operating my private practice. I support adults and couples experiencing anxiety, relationship distress, communication difficulties, parenting concerns, life transitions, diminished self-esteem, trauma-related concerns, and patterns that may be interfering with emotional well-being and healthier relationships.
In couples counseling, I provide a balanced and respectful environment where each partner has an opportunity to feel heard. I help couples recognize recurring patterns, improve communication, navigate conflict more constructively, rebuild emotional safety and trust, and strengthen their connection. My role is not to take sides, but to help both partners understand the relationship dynamic and take meaningful responsibility for the changes within their control.
I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help clients understand the connections among their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Together, we identify beliefs and thinking patterns that may contribute to anxiety, depressed mood, diminished self-esteem, relationship distress, or ineffective coping.
Depending on the client’s needs, we may use guided reflection, thought records, structured exercises, role-playing, and between-session practice. With couples, CBT-informed strategies can also help partners examine assumptions, interpretations, expectations, and behavioral responses that contribute to recurring conflict. The goal is to develop greater awareness and practice healthier, more intentional responses.
My therapeutic approach integrates evidence-based practices with carefully selected holistic strategies to support insight, emotional regulation, personal growth, and sustainable behavioral change. I meet each client with compassion, curiosity, and respect, helping them identify the underlying beliefs and patterns connected to their current concerns.

Hello, I'm Shelia Campbell Bright
I'm a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Therapist. I earned my Master of Science in Professional Counseling at Mid-America Christian University in Oklahoma City, Ok.
I've been a practicing clinician for 6 years. ~( Licensed in: North Carolina, Florida, South Carolina)
You and I will uncover the underlying causes of your worries, thoughts and fears to help you relax and see your situations in a new light. I help adults navigate anxiety, trauma, PTSD, stress, burnout, relationship challenges, and major life transitions.
My approach is compassionate, straightforward, and focused on helping you make meaningful progress. I believe therapy should be more than a place to talk about what's wrong. Using evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and EMDR, I tailor treatment to your experiences, needs, and goals. Whether you're dealing with painful experiences from the past, pressure in the present, or uncertainty about the future, we'll work together to identify what's keeping you stuck and create a path forward.
My experience includes supporting military service members, veterans, professionals, and individuals who carry significant responsibilities while quietly managing their own struggles. You don't have to be in crisis to benefit from therapy, and you don't need to have all the answers to get started.
You've spent a lot of time showing up for others. It's okay to make yourself a priority, too.
If you're ready to feel more grounded, strengthen your relationships, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence, I'd welcome the opportunity to work with you.

Hey There!
My name is Brandy Jones and I aim to create a space where you will not be judged, but will be unconditionally supported as we navigate through your concerns and fears. I believe that you are the expert on your life, and will bring my expertise in therapy to collaboratively find the relief and the balance that you seek. I have a Master degree in Addiction Counseling and Professional Counseling from Grand Canyon University. I currently serve adolescents and adults with mental health and substance use disorders, using CBT, Person-Centered Therapy, Trauma Informed Therapy, Grief counseling and EMDR informed treatment.
I’m a licensed therapist with over a decade of experience helping people navigate anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, life transitions, chronic stress, and health-related concerns. My approach is warm, compassionate, and integrative. I believe therapy works best when you feel genuinely seen, understood, and accepted—not judged or placed into a one-size-fits-all treatment plan.
I draw from psychodynamic, relational, cognitive, solution-focused, and coaching approaches, as well as my background in health coaching and nervous-system regulation. Rather than relying on one particular method, I tailor our work to you: your personality, your history, your goals, and what you need at this point in your life.
I’m especially interested in helping people understand the patterns that may be keeping them stuck while also developing practical tools for creating meaningful change. My goal is not simply to help you “fix” a problem, but to help you develop a deeper understanding of yourself, feel more emotionally grounded, and create a life and relationships that feel more aligned with who you are.
For clients working with me in person, I may also incorporate neurofeedback or BAUD (Bio-Acoustical Utilization Device) therapy when appropriate. These brain-based approaches can complement traditional talk therapy and may be helpful for nervous-system regulation, anxiety, and reducing the emotional intensity associated with difficult or traumatic memories. I see these tools as another way to support the therapeutic process—not a replacement for the relationship and deeper work that happens in therapy.
