Hello. My name is Gilda Suiter. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in North Carolina. I’m passionate about helping clients reach their goals in therapy. My approach in providing therapy is one in which I believe in the resiliency of people and that they are in control of the outcomes that they get while receiving services. I'm ready to help.
In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions. We'll work on SMART goals so that there's a vision of where you'd like to go and I'll work with you on getting there. I'm looking forward to meeting you.
I am able to offer my clients a sense of peace where they feel safe to explore their feelings and emotions during sessions. I connect really well with my clients and that enables us to build a great therapeutic relationship.
