My goal is to help you feel lighter, gain clarity, and take meaningful steps toward a more balanced, fulfilling, and authentic life at your own pace. with confidence and self-trust.
In our first session, we’ll focus on getting to know you—what’s bringing you in, what you’ve been experiencing, and what you’re hoping for. I’ll ask some gentle questions to better understand your needs, and you’re welcome to share at your own pace. We’ll also talk about your goals and how we can work together in a way that feels supportive and comfortable for you.

I integrate CBT, SFBT, and Motivational Interviewing to help you build insight, develop practical tools, and move toward meaningful, lasting change.

Solution Focused Brief Treatment

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

My approach is collaborative and supportive, focusing on building skills you can use in everyday life to feel more balanced and in control.
Motivational Interviewing
I use MI to support clients who may feel uncertain or stuck about change. Through open, nonjudgmental conversation, I help you explore your own motivations and values, strengthening your confidence and readiness to move forward. My style is compassionate and respectful, meeting you exactly where you are.
