My treatment methods

Solution Focused Brief Treatment

With SFBT, I focus on your strengths and what’s already working. Rather than staying stuck in problems, we work together to clarify your goals and identify small, meaningful steps toward change. I aim to create a hopeful, forward-looking space where progress feels achievable and empowering.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I use CBT to help clients better understand the connection between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Together, we identify unhelpful patterns and develop practical strategies to shift them. My approach is collaborative and supportive, focusing on building skills you can use in everyday life to feel more balanced and in control.

Motivational Interviewing

I use MI to support clients who may feel uncertain or stuck about change. Through open, nonjudgmental conversation, I help you explore your own motivations and values, strengthening your confidence and readiness to move forward. My style is compassionate and respectful, meeting you exactly where you are.
