Hi, I’m Jenn. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and have been working as a therapist since 2002.
Many of the people I work with are used to being the strong one . The one others rely on. On the outside, you may look like you have everything together, but internally you might feel overwhelmed, stuck, or constantly second guessing yourself. You may be managing the stress of work, relationships, parenting, or a life transition that feels harder than you expected.
At some point, coping and pushing through just isn’t enough anymore. Therapy can be a space where you don’t have to hold everything together. Where you can slow down, process what you’re carrying, and reconnect with who you are and what you need.
I work with adults navigating anxiety, relationship and attachment challenges, grief and loss, infertility, parenthood and identity shifts, midlife transitions, and perinatal/postpartum emotional health.
My approach is deeply client-centered and relationship-focused. I believe meaningful change happens when you feel safe enough to be honest about what’s really going on without judgment or pressure. Together, we’ll make sense of your experiences, identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and build practical, sustainable ways to help you feel more grounded, confident, and emotionally steady.
I know it takes courage to reach out for support. If you’re here, you’ve already taken an important first step. I look forward to meeting you and working together toward the change you’re ready for.
If it is on your heart and mind, it matters. We are here to help you with those matters, which may include depression, anxiety, grief or trauma. We want you to find the support you need to make sustainable changes to help you live as you desire.

Hi!
I'm a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) based in North Carolina.
I received my Masters from Madonna University and my Doctoral degree from Oakland University. I have been in practice for over 22 years. I am who people of all ages consult with when they are struggling with embodying their true and best self. Teaming up with me has helped many people get "unstuck and out of the funk" ultimately moving towards their unique version of living their best life.
Hi there, my name is Kristina Mills-Gregory, and I am a licensed clinical mental health counselor in North Carolina, Oregon, Vermont, Virginia, and Florida. I have been providing therapy for over 15 years. I have a Masters in Counseling from Campbell University, and a BA in Psychology and Communication Studies from University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill. Prior to becoming a therapist, I started my career as a school counselor in public schools. I have also worked in community mental health, providing a wide range of services.
My passion is helping others achieve their goals, and that is why I take a partnership approach to therapy. We will work together to ensure that you are moving forward in your progress. I use a wide variety of techniques that are specific to the individual, based on your needs. These include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focus Technique, and Person Centered. I work to ensure that you feel safe and secure, by providing a space free from judgment.
As a licensed professional counselor for over a decade, I consider it an honor to create a sacred space with a client in the therapeutic relationship. As clients are able to unravel developmental traumas, process relational difficulties, and dispel long-held cognitive beliefs, true healing emerges within.
Over the years, I have found that I am most helpful in the treatment of trauma, building healthy attachments between people, and using a number of well-researched methods for more complex issues related to emotional development.
In my free time, I love to visit the shores of Ocean Isle Beach, North Carolina with my husband of 31 years and our mini-Australian Shepherd, Brodie . I also enjoy watching our three grown children make their mark on this world!
I provide individual and family therapy using a person-centered, collaborative approach that meets you where you are—without judgment and without pressure to be “fixed.” Therapy is a partnership, and I work alongside clients to support meaningful, sustainable change.
My approach focuses on helping clients identify their strengths, increase self-awareness, recognize supports, and take accountability in ways that promote growth rather than shame. I use an eclectic, evidence-based framework, drawing from Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, Family Systems Therapy, and Mindfulness-Based Counseling. Interventions are tailored to each client’s needs, goals, and lived experience.
My work is grounded in these core beliefs:
• People are doing the best they can with the skills they have.
• People are capable of change.
• People do get better.
• A strong therapeutic relationship creates safety, healing, and growth.
To maximize the benefits of therapy, I may offer practical between-session exercises to help clients apply skills in daily life. These are always collaborative and adjusted as needed.
I am a Christian counselor, and my faith informs my values of compassion, dignity, and respect. I work with clients of all backgrounds, beliefs, and identities, and faith is incorporated into therapy only if the client requests it.
In addition to my professional role, I am a wife, lifelong learner, and mother of an autistic son, which deeply informs my empathy, patience, and understanding of caregiving, advocacy, and navigating complex systems.
Struggling with chronic pain, trauma, anxiety, or relentless stress? You’re not alone—and you’re in the right place. For three decades I’ve helped people just like you find lasting relief and regain control of their lives. As a Board Certified Biofeedback Specialist (BCIA since 1995), I’ve worked in both hospital and private practice settings, helping clients overcome conditions linked to imbalances in the autonomic nervous system. I understand the toll that chronic pain and trauma can take—both personally and professionally—and I know what it takes to heal. Together, we can help your body and mind find balance, resilience, and calm again.
Kudos to you for recognizing the need to focus on your overall well-being including your mental health. At the beginning of therapy many individuals often feel overwhelmed with various emotions, especially talking to a stranger about their concerns.
I seek to make my clients feel welcomed and heard by working with them to identify past and present life events and the impact they have on their interactions internally and externally. I strive to create a safe and welcoming environment that allows clients to explore obstacles with concerns related to anxiety, depression, and/or self-care. I focus on helping clients develop assertive communication & boundaries with themselves and those around them that can help improve their quality of life.
Counseling sets the stage for self-awareness, healing, grieving, feeling empowered which can lead to change and growth. What you allow will continue, and change is a personal choice. If you’re ready to challenge yourself and create the life you want, I look forward to working with you.
