Hello! I am a Licensed Clinicial Social Worker (LCSW) based out of North Carolina but licensed in several states (NC, VA, IL). I received my Masters in Social Work from Fayetteville State University in 2014 and have been practicing for 9 years. I work with all age groups to include children age 5 and up, teens, adolescents, adults and geriatrics.

In our first session, we will begin with brief introductions, identify current stressors, what you are looking for in therapy and goals you want to accomplish.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I typically assist clients with identifying how their thoughts play a lot into their actions. After identifying negative thought patterns, we intervene to challenge those thoughts and replace maladaptive behaviors with more positive ones for a better outcome.
