Xavier Fullerton, affectionately known as “X,” is a proud graduate of Winston-Salem State University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science and a Master of Science in Rehabilitative Counseling. He is a North Carolina Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor with over eight years of experience across a range of clinical settings.
In September 2024, Xavier transitioned out of managed care to pursue a more intentional path in mental health. By December 2024, he launched his private practice, Just Therapy PLLC, with a mission rooted in addressing men’s issues—particularly the emotional intelligence and well-being of Black men.
