Do you want to break through old patterns and regain your happiness? I'd like that for you. I empower people to overcome past ways of dealing with emotions, like depression, anxiety or healing from addiction and past traumatic events.
Whether it is the day-to-day grind or past events that can keep you feeling stuck, I can help.
I love to help people that are motivated to work together. It can be so hard to do it all by yourself. You would like to restore the balance and pursue personal growth, and deserve to be happy. Let's work together to get you to your destination.
You do not have to carry life’s challenges alone. Whether you are navigating ADHD, anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, addiction, relationship challenges, or a major life transition, healing is possible, and you deserve support that meets you where you are.
I specialize in helping older adolescents ages 16 to 17 and adults navigate ADHD, anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, addiction, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. My goal is to get to know you, understand your unique experiences, and work alongside you to create a path forward that reflects your unique needs and strengths. I believe meaningful therapy begins with trust, and I strive to create a compassionate, collaborative, and nonjudgmental environment where you feel heard, respected, and supported throughout your therapeutic journey.
I welcome clients from all backgrounds and provide an inclusive, culturally responsive environment where you can feel comfortable being your authentic self. Every person has a unique story, which is why I tailor therapy to your individual needs rather than taking a one size fits all approach. I provide therapy in both English and Spanish and offer culturally responsive care that recognizes the importance of your background, relationships, values, and life experiences. As a bilingual therapist, I understand how culture, family expectations, identity, and the process of adapting to different environments can impact emotional well-being.

I use a warm, collaborative, and client-centered approach that draws from CBT, DBT, EMDR, mindfulness, and other evidence-based techniques. Together, we’ll explore patterns that may be keeping you stuck, develop practical tools to manage stress and emotions, and work through difficult or traumatic experiences when appropriate. I’ll meet you where you are and work at your pace, with the goal of helping you feel more grounded, empowered, and confident as you move toward meaningful change.
I earned my Master of Social Work from Rutgers University School of Social Work and have spent my career working in a variety of areas within mental and behavioral health. Over the years, I have found that my greatest strengths and interests are in working with individuals navigating substance use disorders, trauma, life transitions, and patterns that can leave them feeling stuck.
My approach to therapy is focused, practical, and collaborative. I lean strongly toward Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), helping clients understand the connection between their thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and the choices they make in everyday life. I also recognize that our experiences, relationships, physical well-being, stress, and ability to care for ourselves all influence how we feel and function.
I believe therapy should help you take what you learn about yourself and put it into action. Together, we can identify patterns that may no longer be serving you, recognize strengths and strategies that are already working, and develop realistic ways to create meaningful change outside of the therapy session.
I place a strong emphasis on self-awareness, personal responsibility, balance, and self-care. I don’t view self-care as another list of things you “should” be doing, but as an important part of building a life that is manageable and sustainable.
Whether you are working through trauma, substance use or recovery, a difficult transition, or simply know that something needs to change, my goal is to help you better understand where you are, identify where you want to go, and take manageable steps toward getting there.
I was born in NJ where I completed my education at Rutger's University and now live with my family in DE. I have my LCSW in DE, NJ, and CA and currently practice in these 3 states. I am an animal lover of all kinds and enjoy being outdoors as much as I can. In my free time, I enjoy traveling, hiking, exercising, and reading.
I am a therapist who works from a modern psychoanalytic perspective. My approach is rooted in understanding—not simply telling you what to do, but helping you make sense of what is happening beneath the surface.
You may be seeking help because you feel anxious, depressed, disconnected in your relationships, or stuck in patterns you don’t fully understand. You do not need to arrive with a clear explanation of what is wrong. We can begin with whatever you are experiencing, including feelings that are difficult to name or put into words.
While practical coping strategies can be helpful, our work also makes room for the deeper emotional experiences that may contribute to your struggles. Together, we can explore what you feel, how you relate to others, and why certain situations or relationships affect you as they do.
The relationship we develop is an important part of this process. How you experience closeness, trust, vulnerability, and connection—including with me—can help us understand your experiences in other relationships. There is room to talk about what feels supportive, uncomfortable, confusing, or difficult between us.
My role is to listen thoughtfully, remain curious, and help you explore your experience without imposing an answer about who you should be. The aim is not just to cope with difficult feelings, but to develop a more compassionate understanding of yourself, greater freedom in how you respond, and more choice in how you live and relate to others.

I draw from a variety of approaches to meet your needs, including mindfulness, cognitive-behavioral techniques, and strengths-based strategies. This means we can explore what works best for you, rather than relying on a one-size-fits-all method. I also include psychoeducation so you understand what’s happening in your mind and body, which helps make the skills we practice more effective.
My goal is not just to help you cope, but to empower you to thrive. Therapy with me is an active, engaging process; we talk, reflect, practice, and experiment together. I help clients identify strengths, recognize patterns, and create lasting changes in how they think, feel, and act.

I am a psychodynamic-oriented therapist with a special interest in early childhood attachment and how that impacts present day relationships. I am also basic-trained in EMDR and equipped to provide EMDR virtually. I believe in an empowerment-based approach, and that even our maladaptive coping mechanisms are strategies that we have developed to help us cope with and survive life's trials. I like to reframe negative beliefs that clients hold about themselves and how they cope into strengths, and then collaborate with clients on strategies to achieve desired changes.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker conducting sessions virtually in New York, New Jersey, Illinois, Pennsylvania and Nevada. I specialize in people that are going through tough times and need coping skills to manage. Life might have thrown you curve balls, and you might not be accepting of the uncertainty and the change. I'll help you to talk about your feelings and help you to make treatment goals that you have been wanting to reach.
Broadly speaking, my therapeutic aproach of counseling falls into a behavioral model through which I usually work to address the problems identified. I pride myself for being a thoughtful therapist who manages to get those to talk and explore a different perspective on the identified issues. Quite simply, and through various and applicable therapeutic modalities, I recall past details and tie them together with new facts to help clients better understand themselves.
