I believe that mental health is just as important as physical health and that everyone deserves access to high-quality mental health care. That's why I'm committed to providing you with a safe, non-judgmental, and confidential space where you can share your thoughts and feelings without fear of stigma or shame.
Together, we'll work collaboratively to develop a personalized treatment plan that meets your unique needs and goals. You don't have to face these challenges alone. I'm here to help you build resilience, increase self-awareness, and cultivate a sense of well-being. I'm honored to be a part of your journey!
I am a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist in the states of Florida and Nevada. I have been working in the field since 2009. I graduated from Chapman University in California with a Master's degree in Psychology and an emphasis in Marriage & Family Therapy. I have specific experience working with individuals dealing with the effects of PTSD. I am also a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP) and a Certified Mindfulness Informed Professional (CMIP). I treat individual clients as well as couples.
I'm not afraid to stand beside those who are dealing with the effects of trauma, and I'm open to helping you work through those feelings. I take a nervous system deactivation approach to trauma work that is intuitive and effective along with addressing the cognitive side of trauma.
I believe that my role is to be completely present during the therapeutic process, serving as a guide and facilitator for my clients. I strive to create the safest space possible for people to express and process their feelings while learning how to better cope with stress. I want to instill hope and remind my clients that, no matter how hard life feels, they aren't alone and there will always be a goal to work toward and a brighter future to seek.
I am a therapist with over 10 years of experience helping individuals and families navigate life’s challenges. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), I am passionate about supporting clients in becoming their best selves while addressing the obstacles that stand in their way.
My approach is collaborative and client-centered—I believe you are in the driver’s seat of your own healing journey. Together, we’ll identify your goals and develop a treatment plan tailored to your unique needs.
I specialize in working with anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship concerns. My practice primarily draws from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), evidence-based methods that provide practical tools for managing emotions, improving relationships, and fostering personal growth.
Whether you’re seeking relief from overwhelming emotions, healing from past experiences, or simply striving to live a more balanced life, therapy can be a powerful step forward. My goal is to create a supportive space where you feel heard, empowered, and equipped to make meaningful change.
If you’ve ever felt overwhelmed by anxiety, stuck in depression, quick to anger, or frustrated in your relationships — you’re not alone. Many of the people I work with feel like something just isn’t working, but they can’t quite explain why. Often, these struggles come from early experiences where emotions were ignored, dismissed, or too much for the adults around us to handle.
As children, we learn fast: if expressing emotions doesn’t feel safe or accepted, we push them down. Over time, that emotional disconnection can turn into anxiety, depression, relationship conflict, or anger that feels hard to control.
My work focuses on helping you understand where these patterns come from and how to shift them. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety that won’t quiet down, depression that feels heavy, anger that shows up too fast, or relationship challenges that keep repeating — we’ll work together to untangle the deeper story and build healthier ways of coping, connecting, and feeling.
This isn’t just about managing symptoms — it’s about helping you reconnect with the parts of yourself that have been shut down for too long.
I’m a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor dedicated to supporting children, teens, young adult and families as they navigate stress, anxiety, emotional regulation, and everyday life challenges. I take a warm, collaborative, and developmentally sensitive approach, meeting clients exactly where they are. My goal is to help young people build coping skills, improve communication, and feel confident in their ability to manage emotions and thrive in school, at home, and in relationships.
I’m a dedicated mental health professional and the founder of Infinite Wellness and Recovery, where I provide compassionate, client-centered therapy to support healing and personal growth. I specialize in evidence-based approaches, including CBT, DBT, EMDR, Person-Centered Therapy, and Imago Therapy for couples, helping individuals and families navigate challenges such as anxiety, trauma, and relationship dynamics. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where clients feel empowered to explore their emotions, develop healthier coping strategies, and build meaningful, fulfilling lives.

I hold a doctorate (Ph.D.) in Psychology and a Master's in clinical social work. I am licensed as a clinical social worker in Florida, Maryland, Nevada, Virginia and South Carolina with 37 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, coping with addictions, relationship issues, & family conflicts. I have authored two books (Bad Therapy Good Therapy: And How to Tell the Difference; and Grow Up, America!); five booklets; and thousands of articles, as well as a self-help column, "Life's a Beach," published in Gannett newspapers since 2005. I am a mental health therapist dedicated to supporting individuals as they navigate anxiety, depression, life transitions, and the stressors that come with everyday responsibilities. I believe therapy should feel like a safe, collaborative space where you can show up exactly as you are — without judgment. My approach is warm, supportive, and grounded in helping you build practical tools you can use in your daily life.
I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), an evidence-based approach that helps identify how thoughts, emotions, and behaviors are connected. Together, we work to recognize unhelpful thought patterns, build healthier coping strategies, and create meaningful, sustainable change. I also understand that therapy is not one-size-fits-all, and I tailor treatment to each person’s unique experiences, needs, and goals.
As a first-generation Latina, I have a deep appreciation for how culture, family expectations, and lived experiences shape how we see ourselves and move through the world. I strive to create a space where cultural identity is respected and understood, and where clients can openly explore how these influences impact their mental health and relationships.
My goal is to help you feel empowered, supported, and equipped with tools that help you move toward the life you want. Seeking therapy can feel like a big step, and I am honored to be part of that journey with you.
I am a therapist who has a passion for helping others break free from burdens. I believe our deepest secrets can be blockages to moving forward in life. My mission with every client is to create a space where they feel safe to be authentic, while learning ways to regain control of their lives. I am honored to support you in this journey you are getting ready to embark on and I am rooting for your success in the healing process. I am sending you well wishes and a safe space to chat.

Hi! I'm Fran Bax, MS, LMHC, LPC, CASAC-Master. I'm a licensed therapist in New York State and the state of Nevada. I specialize in integrating motivational interviewing and cognitive-based therapy to help clients overcome challenges such as depression, anxiety, and addiction. I provide a supportive and non-judgmental environment, where clients explore their motivations for change and learn practical strategies to challenge negative thoughts and behaviors. My approach emphasizes empowerment, resilience, and long-term growth, tailored to each individual's unique needs and goals.
To others it may seem like you've got it all together, but on the inside you're spinning out of control. Panic randomly punches you in the chest, taking your breath away, and you can't focus on anything else other than how to make it stop. You are consumed by trying to keep up with everyone else since they seem to have it all together, but you can barely function through the day. You feel like an awful mom because you are lashing out on your kids and hating the daily monotony instead of "embracing the joy of motherhood." You feel like you are failing your partner because somewhere along this journey you just lost yourself.
You want to be a better mom to your kids. And remember why you fell in love with your partner. And stop the tornado of anxiety that knocks you out on the regular. You want to stop living by the expectations of others and rediscover who you truly are. It's time to win back some peace of mind and self-worth and attract the life you want.
I have the DBT and mindfulness skills, which uses both mind and body exercises that will help you manage the crippling anxiety, love yourself better, be a more present and joyful mom, improve your relationships, and attract the life you want.
You carry big responsibilities, and it’s been heavy for too long.
I work with executive leaders, founders, high performers iin demanding roles including parents to turn overwhelm into clarity.
Together we’ll surface blind spots, remove roadblocks, and build workable boundaries so you can lead well at work, show up at home, and feel grounded in your relationships. Constant stress and exhaustion aren’t the cost of success. Drive and focus don’t make you immune to anxiety, burnout, sleepless racing thoughts, shame, manipulation, family complexity, or the echo of old injuries.
Excellence doesn’t require perfection and saying no is okay.
With over a decade of experience across multiple states, I blend psychotherapy with practical consultation, offering confidential, results-focused care tailored to your unique world.
I also provide corporate mental health training, parent coordination, custody evaluations, and psycho-legal consulting all delivered with discretion, expertise, and a deep understanding of high-stakes environments.
If you’re ready for focused, actionable support, I’m here to help.
I am Nelly Johnson, I am licensed in California and Nevada as a Licensed Marriage and Family therapist. I want you to know that although I am a therapist, I am a real person and my approach to therapy is more of a mentor and coach versus "your therapist." I love helping people heal from childhood trauma, relationship wounds and couples relationship challenges.
I help people who are struggling with depression, anxiety, ADHD, and other mental disorders. I help them further develop their mindfulness, assertive communication skills, and capacity for love & respect for themselves, and, consequently, the rest of the world. I don't merely believe in therapy, I know first-hand the beneficial power it can provide. Before seeking mental health services for myself, I not only suffered from low self-esteem, I also experienced severe panic attacks. I am, and forever will be, grateful each and every day that those symptoms now only exist in my past. These are just a few of the reasons why mental health is by far my greatest passion in life.
I’m Dora, an LCSW based in Florida specializing in therapy for medical professionals, healthcare workers, and high-acuity staff experiencing burnout, compassion fatigue, anxiety, and work-related stress.

My approach is direct and practical, centered on boundaries, nervous system regulation, and coping strategies that actually fit a healthcare schedule. Therapy here is realistic, grounded, and human because life is messy, work is demanding, and sometimes it really do be like that.
I offer early-morning therapy sessions for shift workers who need support before or after long hospital hours.
If you work in healthcare and are tired of holding it together, therapy here is built for you.

I also actively engage in community work, and I’m currently pursuing my doctorate (which continues to deepen my perspective and rigor). Outside of sessions, you’ll often find me at board game night, crafting, or spending time with family.

With 20 plus of experience helping individuals navigate life's challenges, I am passionate about empowering my clients to live more meaningful and fulfilling lives truly being in touch with the essence of soul identity.
Using ACT as my primary therapeutic approach, I create a warm and non-judgmental space where we can work together to address difficulties such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. ACT combines mindfulness, acceptance, and behavior change strategies to guide clients towards psychological flexibility, allowing them to better handle distress and align their actions with their deeply-held values.
What is ACT?
At its core, ACT is a behavioral therapy: it’s about taking action. But it’s not about just any old action. First, it’s about values-guided action. There’s a big existential component to this model:
**What do you want to stand for in life?
**What really matters, deep in your heart?
**What is the legacy do you want to create for yourself?
ACT gets you in touch with what matters in the big picture: your heart’s deepest desires for who you want to be and what you want to do during your brief time on this planet. You then use these core values to guide, motivate, and inspire behavioral change.
What is Vedanta?
Vedanta is one of the world's oldest philosophies which affirms the oneness of existence and the divinity of the soul. A close look at the word "Vedanta" is revealing: It is the combination of 2 words: "Veda" which means 'knowledge' and "anta" which means 'the goal of'. In this context, knowledge refers to understanding one's own divine nature- meaning and purpose in life.
