In life, we sometimes question the nature of our experiences and how these experiences have shaped us into the person we are today. During these moments of questioning, feelings of doubt, confusion, and other emotions may build upon one another to create the sense of "not knowing" oneself. It is in these times, we may feel as if we are alone in these experiences. The gift in therapy is to know that you are not alone in these experiences. The therapeutic relationship, through valuing, listening, and understanding, can provide appreciation for the questions that we sometimes ask of ourselves.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who believes therapy should be a space where you can show up as your full self—without judgment, pressure, or the expectation that you have everything figured out. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling “stuck.” They might describe themselves as broken, overwhelmed by self-doubt, or unable to manage life’s demands. They often carry the weight of unrealistic expectations—whether imposed by family, culture, or themselves. Their presenting issues might include anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, or challenges with identity and self-worth. Beneath those challenges, however, is often a resilient core waiting to be rediscovered. Using a strengths-based resiliency approach, I view each client not through the lens of pathology, but through potential. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I provide a supportive and collaborative space where clients can explore their thoughts, emotions, and life experiences with compassion and purpose. The therapeutic process is not about “fixing” what is broken, but about recognizing the inherent strength, resilience, and wisdom that already exist within each person. Using CBT, we explore the connection between your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Many people find that negative thought patterns—often formed through past experiences or self-doubt—can keep them feeling anxious, sad, or stuck. In therapy, we work together to challenge those unhelpful beliefs and replace them with more balanced perspectives.

Hi! My name is Cassandra. I am a Las Vegas native and a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who is passionate about helping people better understand themselves and their relationships. I work with individuals navigating life transitions, identity development, relationship challenges, and self-esteem struggles. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that meaningful change happens when people feel safe enough to explore their experiences honestly. I draw from attachment-based therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and experiential approaches to help clients understand patterns in their relationships and emotional responses. Together, we explore how past experiences may influence the present and develop healthier ways of connecting with yourself and others. Outside of therapy, I enjoy spending time with my two dogs, Finn and Ollie, who keep life entertaining and remind me daily about the importance of play, rest, and unconditional connection. I also have the most wonderful friends that I enjoy going to antique shops with and going on long drives to have long talks and listen to music. Being a Vegas native has also given me a deep appreciation for the diverse community here, and I’m grateful to support individuals from many different backgrounds. My goal in therapy is to create a space where you feel understood, supported, and empowered to grow into a more confident and grounded version of yourself.

Welcome! Whether you’re here because you’re feeling overwhelmed, grieving, stuck, curious about neurofeedback, or simply wanting to become a stronger version of yourself, I want you to know you’re in the right place. My journey into this work has always been deeply personal. I have dedicated my career to understanding the brain, human behavior, grief, resilience, and the powerful intersection between technology and healing. Completing my PhD research on artificial intelligence and suicide prevention strengthened my belief that innovation can support mental health — but true healing always begins with human connection. As a therapist, neurofeedback clinician, and verified grief coach, I don’t see people as diagnoses. I see nervous systems that need regulation. I see stories that need compassion. I see strengths that are sometimes hidden beneath stress, trauma, or loss. I work with children, teens, adults, seniors, entrepreneurs, and athletes because I believe growth has no age limit. Whether we are working on emotional healing, brain optimization, grief processing, or performance enhancement, my goal is to create a space that feels safe, collaborative, and empowering. I truly believe this: If you have a brain, you qualify. You qualify for support. You qualify for growth. You qualify for a life that feels aligned and fulfilling. It would be an honor to walk alongside you. Warmly, Dr. V

Hello, I'm Sara and LCSW with expereince as a social worker and a therapist for both families and individuals. I help clients achieve their goals by helping them become aware of their own potential. I often start this process by teaching mindfulness and feelings awareness to help clients feel empowered to solve their own emotional problems by learning to cope. I assist clients on what they are feeling and help them learn how to feel things in a safe way. From the time I was young I knew what it felt like to feel grief, and complex emotions regarding myself and my relationships and I am incredibly empathetic and passionate towards others as they begin to heal as someone who has been on both sides of the table. I am an engaging and connecting type of therapist who helps you feel like you can talk openly and without reserve. I love getting to know my clients and truly feel honored to be in this helping profession. I want to be your biggest fan and cheerleader and can honestly say I do not judge my clients. I have heard the darkest and worst things and still find that I like my clients and want them to succeed. I have been in private practice for about 12 years but have been a therapist for about 15-16. *I have included my basic work hours in the availability calendar but feel free to message me if you need to inquire about other availability. I often have other availability but it changes weekly so I cannot list it as static availability on my Grow Calendar. If we find another time than is listed here, I can schedule it on the Grow Platform.

I am a licensed mental health and addiction counselor with a background in the psychobiology of addiction and a strong focus on helping individuals create meaningful, lasting change. My work blends evidence-based therapy with a trauma-informed, nervous-system-aware approach, recognizing that healing often involves more than insight alone. I am Level 1 Trained in Internal Family Systems (IFS) and use parts-based work to help clients understand internal patterns with curiosity and compassion rather than self-judgment. I am also a Certified Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP) and Rest & Restore Protocol provider through Unyte Listening Therapies, offering listening-based interventions that support nervous system regulation, emotional resilience, and a greater sense of safety and connection—particularly for individuals impacted by trauma, anxiety, or chronic stress. My therapeutic style is collaborative, supportive, and individualized. I work primarily with adults navigating addiction, emotional regulation challenges, relational difficulties, and life transitions. Together, we focus on increasing self-awareness, strengthening internal resources, and building skills that support sustainable change both inside and outside of therapy.

Hello! My name is Jessica Canada-Rudolph and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). I received my Master's degree from Alliant University and have been practicing for 6 years. I love what I do! I am here to help with things from decreasing anxiety symptoms to improving communication. As an LMFT, I can be a neutral ear to listen with compassion and help you discover your solutions! ** Please note that AI note taking is an integral part of my practice. This is a tool that not only helps me be present in session, it gives you a summary of what was discussed and I make certain to remove any proper nouns, if needed, before the note is saved. If you do not prefer AI note taking during sessions, please consider services with any of the other, wonderful Grow Therapy providers **

I always felt that I was called to help others. Growing up in South Los Angeles, I developed a sense of culture and community amongst Black and Brown people as well as a respect for the struggles of BIPOC. I grew up around artists, musicians, poets, leaders, givers, and eccentrics from all walks of life. During this time, I discovered how much I enjoyed listening to people, problem-solving, and motivating others to succeed and explore their authentic selves. I started off as a mentor in undergrad, inspiring other young people of color to attend college and think outside of the box in regards to their futures. I continued working with children, teens, and adults with special needs until I landed a position as an intern at a non-profit mental health agency in South Los Angeles. After I obtained my license as a Marriage and Family Therapist, I continued to grow as a clinician, supervisor, and manager at the nonprofit while also taking on teen and adult clients in the private practice setting. I am now pursuing my dream to work Full Time as a Private Practice Therapist.

Hi there, I'm Farah Ali. I am a licensed clinical social worker, psychotherapist, and dedicated advocate for my clients. My educational foundation is based in psychology and social justice, having earned my master's degree in social work with a dual concentration in community practice and clinical mental health. Driven by a strong commitment to human rights and social justice, I am dedicated to advocating for every individual I work with and the communities I am part of. My Core Principles as a Therapist: Focusing on Strengths & Empowerment: Central to our work is helping you to more deeply connect to—and really use—your inherent strengths. This means looking for growth opportunities where some might find roadblocks and accessing both internal and external resources to help you make the changes you want to see in your life. Working for Comprehensive Wellness: Therapy is a place where we can work toward mental and emotional wellness, learn how to foster positive relationships, and discover a greater sense of balance and ease in your day-to-day life. Promoting Connection & Authenticity: The relationship we have is vital, which is why I work hard to make sure our relationship is a nurturing space for meaningful growth. Creating Safety in Being Seen: I strive to make our sessions a place where every emotion is valued, encouraged, and supported—yes, even the “bad” or “undesirable” emotions. This is the space we cultivate together in our work, and space that is here to help you more deeply see yourself, and be seen in your authenticity.

You may be someone who handles a great deal for everyone else while privately feeling anxious, overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, or simply unsure of what comes next. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with more than 20 years of experience helping adults navigate difficult seasons of life and move toward greater clarity, confidence, and emotional well-being. My practice is centered on creating a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can be honest about what you are experiencing and receive both compassionate support and practical guidance. I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, grief and loss, trauma, relationship and family concerns, work-related stress, caregiver stress, health-related challenges, and major life transitions. My professional background includes behavioral health, medical social work, trauma-informed care, grief support, chronic health concerns, and helping individuals adjust to significant life changes. My educational background includes the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor. I especially enjoy working with people who may appear strong, capable, or high-functioning on the outside while carrying significant stress internally. My goal is to help you better understand yourself, recognize patterns, strengthen coping skills, establish healthier boundaries, improve relationships, and reconnect with your strengths and sense of purpose. For clients who desire it, I also offer Christian faith-integrated therapy, incorporating faith, prayer, spiritual values, and biblical principles in a way that supports your personal goals and comfort level. You do not have to be in crisis to begin therapy. Sometimes knowing that something needs to change is enough reason to start. You don’t have to do this alone—Hope Abounds.

The specialty filter is optional. You don’t need to check any boxes to see a provider. However, fit is very important when selecting an online therapist. If you have knowledge or experience to recognize what specialties you may need.

Finding a provider with a similar life experience can be beneficial because it can be easier to establish rapport and potentially be understood quicker and clearer.

Your first therapy session is for you and your therapist to meet each other and to ask any questions that you have about the counseling process. This is where you can expect your therapist to do the same as they will ask questions to gain insight into your specific situation. In this first session the therapist is doing their part to gather as much information so they can better assess if they are able to meet your therapeutic needs. Depending upon your provider's specialty, you may also discuss the methods the therapist will use. For additional information on therapy methods, please visit the Grow Therapy Help Center. Some people feel nervous before their first appointment, and that is totally normal! Coming prepared with a list of questions for your therapist may help. Remember, you're taking a brave step by seeking therapy, and it is okay to be nervous as you try something new.
