I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) licensed in Nevada and Arizona with over 4 years of experience working with clients. I specialize in supporting high-functioning adults who may appear to have things together on the outside but internally struggle with anxiety, overthinking, burnout, or feeling stuck. I help clients navigate anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and life transitions. Together, we explore patterns that may be keeping you stuck, build practical coping strategies, and work toward meaningful, lasting change in a supportive and collaborative space. I offer a culturally responsive approach that is tailored to each individual’s needs. Reaching out for support can feel overwhelming, and my goal is to provide a space where you can gain clarity, feel understood, and move forward with more confidence and direction.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session, we’ll spend time getting to know each other and talking about what brought you to therapy. I’ll ask questions to better understand your current concerns, history, and goals, but there’s no pressure to share everything at once. We’ll also begin identifying what you’d like to get out of therapy and start outlining a plan that feels supportive and realistic for you. My approach is collaborative, so we’ll work together to make sure the pace and focus feel right. This session is also a chance for you to ask questions and get a feel for whether I’m the right fit for you. My goal is to create a safe, comfortable space where you feel heard, understood, and supported from the very beginning.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My greatest strength is helping high-functioning clients who feel stuck gain clarity and direction. I specialize in working with individuals who are often managing anxiety, depression, and burnout while still maintaining daily responsibilities, and I focus on helping them understand the patterns that keep them feeling overwhelmed or unfulfilled. My approach is goal-oriented, solution-focused, and grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I emphasize practical tools, insight-building, and actionable strategies that clients can apply in their daily lives to create meaningful change. I also bring a culturally responsive lens to my work, with experience supporting Hispanic/Latina clients and an understanding of how personal, cultural, and professional expectations can shape mental health. Clients often appreciate my collaborative style, structured approach, and focus on helping them move forward with greater confidence and balance.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I work with high-functioning, goal-oriented individuals including those from Hispanic/Latina backgrounds who are navigating anxiety, depression, and burnout while balancing personal, cultural, and professional expectations. Many are used to "powering through" yet feel stuck despite their drive and motivation. I provide a culturally responsive, supportive space focused on insight, structure, and practical tools to help clients create meaningful, goal-driven change.
