With over 10 years of experience across school and outpatient settings, I provide a relatable, millennial perspective to supporting clients of all ages through anxiety, grief, and life’s stressors. I utilize a trauma-informed blend of CBT and person-centered strategies to help you build confidence and navigate behavioral challenges. My goal is to meet you exactly where you are, creating a safe, judgment-free space where authentic healing and growth can take place.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Our first session is all about making sure you feel comfortable and heard, rather than diving straight into the "heavy lifting." Think of it as a low-pressure conversation where we get to know each other and see if we’re a good fit for your journey.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My approach is the balance of clinical expertise with a relatable, human connection. I break down the "clinical wall" by providing a millennial perspective that feels more like a collaborative partnership than a rigid doctor-patient dynamic.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I am best positioned to serve individuals—from school-aged children to adults—who feel ready to move through life's stressors but might feel "stuck" in cycles of anxiety, grief, or behavioral challenges.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients identify and reframe the "automatic" negative thought patterns. By focusing on the interplay between thoughts, feelings, and actions creating lasting change with coping tools for life stressors.

Grief Therapy

In our sessions, we’ll work together to find healthy ways to stay connected to your loved one while learning how to manage the "waves" of pain when they feel overwhelming. We will use simple tools to help you process the difficult thoughts and physical exhaustion that come with loss, giving you permission to both honor your grief and take breaks from it.

Mindfulness-Based Therapy

Mindfulness-based therapy teaches you how to stay grounded in the present moment instead of getting lost in worries about the future or regrets about the past.

Person-centered (Rogerian)

My role isn't to tell you how to live your life or what choices to make. Think of me as a mirror: I’m here to help you see yourself clearly so you can trust your own instincts and grow into the person you want to be.
