I take a strength-based approach as I believe everyone can grow and change. The hardest and most important step is reaching out and asking for help, so you are on your way to a better place in your life.
Do you find that you tend to dwell on the past and things you can’t change? Do you worry about the future, the what if’s and things you cannot predict? Do you find that you are so busy in life, maybe taking care of others, putting their needs ahead of your own or you forget or don’t feel you have time to take care of yourself? That’s where I can help.
I specialize in treatment for depression, anxiety, PTSD, psychosocial stressors/major life changes, self-esteem building, social skills, trauma and grief. I am very knowledgeable about mental health diagnosis' however I concentrate less on the actual diagnosis because a mental illness does not define who you are. Hi! I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor in Pennsylvania and a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida. I received my Masters from Rosemont College and have practiced for 19 years. Hello, my name is Lauren. I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker with over 12 years of experience treating individual adults who struggle with anxiety, family issues and life transitions. My favorite modality to work with is Acceptance and Commitment Therapy as well as Mindfulness practices. I believe that knowledge is power and frequently share resources with clients. If there is a book or a podcast or and app that could help I will let you know.
I recently published my book, Promise Yourself: Lessons from a Front Porch Swing, a book inspired by the lessons my grandmother left me in a handwritten note. I took those simple but meaningful lessons and blended them with principles of positive psychology to create a book focused on finding hope, building resilience, and creating a more meaningful and fulfilling life.
The book is both a tribute to my grandmother and an extension of the work I do with my clients. Many of the ideas I explore in the book are the same principles I incorporate into therapy—helping people recognize their strengths, navigate difficult life transitions, challenge negative patterns of thinking, and move toward greater purpose and well-being.
If you would like to learn more about my background, experience, and approach to therapy, you can visit my website at roger.corbinmsw. Please feel free to reach out with any questions. I look forward to meeting you and learning how I can support you on your journey.
Hi, I’m Joe. I’ve worked in the mental health field for 27 years across substance use treatment, outpatient care, and hospital settings. I’ve supported individuals and families through crisis, transition, and long-term growth.
I work well with young adults, adults, and families who are navigating stress, trauma, anxiety, depression, substance use, or major life changes. I also have extensive experience working with men who may struggle to express emotions directly and instead feel stuck in withdrawal, irritability, or self-doubt.
As a veteran, I understand the mindset and pressures that can come with military life. Across all of my work, I aim to provide a grounded, steady presence where honesty, insight, and meaningful change can take place.

Do you feel at times your distressing emotions are a non-stop express train in that it seems impossible to stop the train? Are there times you feel overwhelmed by your negative thoughts? Is it a challenge for you to manage your emotions? As an LMHC, I help individuals develop healthy ways to cope with stress, regulate their emotions, and learn to identify/change unhelpful thought patterns that negatively influence their behavior and emotions.
Choosing a therapist is an important decision, and I believe one of the strongest predictors of successful therapy is finding someone with whom you feel genuinely comfortable and understood.
I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) with eight years of experience providing therapy to adults across a variety of settings. My clinical background includes working with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, severe and persistent mental illness, mood disorders, psychosis, trauma, and major life transitions. I have completed advanced training in perinatal mental health and am a certified Perinatal Mental Health provider (PMH-C), allowing me to provide specialized support during pregnancy, postpartum, infertility, pregnancy loss, birth trauma, and the emotional challenges that can accompany the transition to parenthood.
I also have a passion for supporting individuals with Down syndrome and their families across the lifespan. Whether you are an adult with Down syndrome, a caregiver, or an expectant parent adjusting to a prenatal diagnosis, I strive to provide compassionate, knowledgeable, and individualized care.
My approach is collaborative, warm, and grounded in curiosity rather than judgment. Life rarely fits neatly into categories, and many of us carry emotions that seem contradictory—hope alongside fear, gratitude alongside grief, confidence alongside uncertainty. Rather than trying to eliminate difficult emotions, I believe healing begins by making space for them, understanding where they come from, and learning how to move forward without letting them define us. Together, we will identify practical strategies, build on your strengths, and work toward goals that feel meaningful to you. Therapy should be a space where you can show up authentically and be met with compassion, honesty, and respect.
No matter what has brought you here, you don't have to navigate it alone. I would be honored to walk alongside you as you work toward greater understanding, resilience, and hope.
