Hi, I’m Naida, a Board Certified Diplomate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Florida and licensed in Florida, California, Massachusetts, Colorado, Washington, North Carolina, and Nebraska. With 16 years of social work experience and 4 years in private practice, I’ve had the privilege of supporting individuals, couples, and families through some of life’s most challenging and vulnerable moments.
My background includes working with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, grief and loss, chronic and acute medical conditions, oncology-related concerns, end-of-life issues, and major life transitions. I understand that healing is not one-size-fits-all, and I strive to create a space where clients feel safe, heard, supported, and empowered.
My approach to therapy is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in authenticity. I believe in meeting people where they are while helping them build the tools, insight, and confidence needed to move forward in their lives. Whether you are navigating emotional overwhelm, relationship stress, caregiver burnout, health challenges, or personal growth, my goal is to walk alongside you with empathy and practical support.
I am passionate about helping others reconnect with themselves, find balance, and create meaningful change at their own pace.
I am a licensed clinical social worker with over 10 years of field experience. I specialize in clients with depression, anxiety, trauma, and relationship issues but have worked with clients with numerous mental health and life struggles including parenting issues, bipolar, self-harm, grief/loss, and much more.
I know starting therapy can feel scary and overwhelming so I strive to provide a warm, welcoming therapeutic environment. A strong relationship is the most important thing to me during the therapeutic process. Once that is established then we can focus on the work that needs to be done.

My name is Alyssa Koch and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I have over 15 years of experience working with individuals on their journey to deeper self-discovery and satisfaction with life. I believe that I can help you build self-confidence and self-esteem while developing healthy coping skills to better handle stress. As a licensed therapist and social worker, my values drive my work. I respect, understand and compassionately treat all individuals. I create a safe, welcoming space for all clients and value their experiences through active listening and empathy.
As a licensed Psychologist, I first prioritize learning not only why a person is contacting me, but also to be able to relate to that person based on their individual needs and what are their expectations of therapy. I believe that we all need to have a sense of purpose or meaningfulness in our lives, something that our thoughts, emotions and life experiences contribute to the "heart" of our personalities.
The process of healing from the challenges of life begins with a search for truth about our beliefs, habits and relationships. Physical health is affected by our mental health through the complex interactions between the brain and bodily functions. Interventions I use in my sessions include Cognitive Therapy, CBT, DBT and ACT.
As a Psychologist, I have worked in private practice, long term care, and forensic and psychiatric hospitals. Even though these patient populations are diverse, the common denominator is the human "heart". My sessions work to connect a person's sense of meaning in life to help them overcome anxiety, depression and a loss of personal identity in this complex world.
I have spent almost two decades working with teens, emerging adults, families, and couples from all walks of life. I prioritize providing the highest quality of care, while allowing the client to find their own path. My education incudes Rhode Island College, Bridgewater State University, Harvard Extension School, Yale, and Oxford University. My passion is supporting those struggling in relationships, marriages, and partnerships, as well as athletes both teenage and adult.
Hello, I'm Diana, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker dedicated to helping individuals navigate life's challenges with compassion, support, and practical tools for change. I work with adults and older adults experiencing anxiety, depression, life transitions, adjustment to medical diagnoses, relationship concerns, and communication difficulties. My approach is collaborative and strengths-based, incorporating evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to help clients build coping skills, improve emotional well-being, and create meaningful, lasting change. I strive to provide a warm, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, supported, and empowered in their personal growth.
Over the years I have successfully treated a wide variety of mental health concerns including stress, chronic depression, LGBTQ+, grief/loss, stress management, relationship issues, substance use, and career/life goals. If you have been struggling with depression, anxiety, and/or panic attacks, let's get to the bottom of it! Self doubt, low motivation? We got this! Every individual, couple, and family that I have had the honor to work with is unique and has their own specific needs. Because of this, you can expect custom treatment planning with measurable goals and activities.
I primarily utilize a strengths-based approach, along with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), person-centered, and mindfulness. I ensure I meet clients where they are at to help them achieve their goals, giving them a safe space to heal.
People seeking improvement or understanding in their lives can almost always benefit from talking things through. Whether you want to explore childhood issues, heal from trauma, deal with work stress, address anxiety and depression symptoms, or something else, I can help you accomplish your goals. Do you feel un-help-able? Having spent ten years in community mental health, I have worked with people from all walks of life, with all different needs, and feel comfortable talking with most people about most things.
I hope to cultivate a safe, open space to examine whatever aspect(s) of your life you seek clarity and/or change. Talking about trauma, stress, relationships, or other unhappy circumstances is difficult, and I do my best to make it easy and comfortable. If you have been looking for someone to help you navigate life, please don't hesitate to message or call!
Please note: my professional calendars do not sync properly and if you schedule yourself, I may have to contact you to reschedule.
Also, please be aware that like most clinicians in private practice, I have late cancel/no-show fees. Grow requires you to acknowledge and agree to this when you book an appointment, but a link to a pop-up on the booking page tells you the specific details for the person you are scheduling with. My fees are: $125 for missed appointments with no notification/contact, and $75 for late cancellations with less than 24 hours notice. Please reach out to me if you have any questions.
You don't have to keep holding it all together. Whether you're navigating anxiety, relationship conflicts, a major life transition, or the overwhelming love and loss that can come with new motherhood — you deserve a space to set it down for a while, and someone to help you hold it.

I'm self aware, having chosen a pathway of self exploration to become my best self. I am a survivor of my story, who has always known the importance of never surrendering to any situation life hands me. My resilience and positivity have guided my decisions to choose fighting like hell to be the greatest version of myself. I live passionately with growing self esteem as a result of having the highest priority on SELF LOVE. My treatment approach will always be action focused. Many clients that I have mentored with eating compulsions have had favorable outcomes as a result of our therapeutic relationship. I am a survivor of acting out with food, including a period of 17 years of battling bulimia, and a lifetime of searching for PEACE from food addiction. Since October 2004 I have lived in recovery, with no episodes of bulimic behaviors, and have a healthy relationship with food beyond my wildest dreams. I have found the PEACE I have been searching for which motivates me to help others to live in a healthy body. I have shared this struggle to allow you a deeper understanding of my personal story. I am a licensed clinical social worker, advocate, mother, runner, and yoga enthusiast. I believe that everyone would benefit from talk therapy because life is challenging, complicated, and busy. I fully understand that getting ourselves to therapy is, at times, not easy and sincerely appreciate every client that intentionally decides that they are ready to grow, heal, and evolve. I believe in the power of becoming comfortable with being uncomfortable so as to push ourselves to step outside of our comfort zones.

Hi, my name is Bradley Levy LICSW and have 20 years of experience in the field. Are there changes that either you want to or need to act upon? If things feel too difficult to change and you need guidance, support, direction, and empathic listening you might be a great candidate for individual therapy from me. What separates me from other clinicians is my versatility. Throughout my career, I have worked at every level of care and every population. From individual therapy/group therapy to intensive outpatient, and partial hospitalization programs to being the clinical director at a locked psychiatric hospital, I have seen pretty much everything.
My main objective in all cases is to try and build a trusting rapport/relationship in which no judgment is made and an atmosphere where one can feel safe talking about difficult issues, their current level or desire to change through motivational interviewing and CBT. Over the years I have come to develop areas of extreme expertise such as addiction (either oneself or a loved one), co-occurring disorders or dual diagnosis, dealing with any diagnosis from adjustment disorders to more complex or serious mental illness which includes major depression, anxiety, bipolar, schizophrenia, and the conditions that fall within these categories. In addition, I can offer case management services, assist with paperwork, or find the right treatment if need a higher level of care.

I provide compassionate and personalized therapy to help you navigate life's challenges, achieve your goals, and improve your overall well-being. I'm Dr. Ehsan Adib Shabahang, founder of AtReef Therapy PLLC and a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and National Certified Counselor based in Cambridge, Massachusetts. I hold a PhD in Psychology with a concentration in social psychology and a master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.
My practice provides integrative, depth-oriented therapy for couples and individuals, conducted entirely through secure telehealth. I work most often with high-achieving adults and couples who function well professionally but find themselves facing patterns that intelligence, success, or effort alone have not resolved: recurring conflict, emotional distance, perfectionism, burnout, anxiety, and questions about identity, meaning, and direction.
My clinical approach draws on relational and depth psychology, Jungian psychology, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Gottman Method Couples Therapy, integrated according to each client's needs rather than applied as a fixed protocol. I am also the developer of Self-Reflective Relationship Therapy (SRRT), a research-informed framework that emphasizes self-reflection, emotional responsibility, and translating insight into real behavioral change.
Therapy with me is not only about understanding why a pattern exists. Insight matters, but it is not the goal on its own. I focus equally on what changes in your communication, boundaries, emotional regulation, and decisions once that understanding is in place.
I see couples working through betrayal, disconnection, and recurring cycles of conflict, and I see individuals navigating anxiety, burnout, identity transitions, and the gap between a capable public self and a more uncertain private one. I also bring particular attention to intercultural relationships and cross-cultural identity, informed by my own doctoral research and background working across cultures.
If you are looking for a therapist who will engage directly, take your patterns seriously, and hold you accountable to real change rather than surface-level coping strategies, I would be glad to work with you.
Welcome! I’m Carly, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who believes therapy should feel like a real, non-judgmental conversation . Hi All, My name is Linda, and I have a deep passion for helping folks grow to the heights they want to achieve. I have been a therapist for years, and have spent a great deal of time helping those who have experienced trauma. I love working with people and have a special place in my heart for the Arts and Music. For many years I owned a woodcraft and ceramic business and continue to keep crafts close to me. I also love music and love to play the organ, piano, and guitar.
I was a non-traditional student and received my bachelor's degree in Clinical Psychology in 1996 from East Stroudsburg University, then raised my own three children for a while. I returned to school and completed my master's degree in Social Work in 2020 from Capella University. I currently hold an LCSW in PA. I have taken many additional trainings in Trauma-informed counseling, DBT, EMDR, and of course crafts/painting. Helping folks care for themselves is extremely important in life’s struggles, and sharing the heart's desires helps us all navigate the world.
It is with great anticipation that I get to know the uniqueness of you in a holistic environment where we can work on reaching the heights of your passion. I hope all my folks find me supportive and comforting on their journey in life. We can do this! See you soon!
*Action-oriented Therapist* Most anxiety and depression evolve from procrastination, which leads to inaction. I have the ability to help people who are looking to take action on their goals which require behavioral change. Change becomes natural once a person understands their unintentional programming from childhood and decides to work on their discipline. Discipline is simply your ability to prioritize the needs of your "future" self ahead of your "present" self. I do not prescribe medication; however, I can refer you to a Grow Provider if need be.

I earned my Master of Social Work degree, specializing in Clinical Practice, from Smith College School of Social Work in 1991. I've worked in many different settings with individuals and families who have a variety of personal issues such as depression/anxiety, stress, family problems, trauma/abuse, addiction, relationships/parenting, and more. Recently, I have come to really see the value in being able "to hold space" for clients to express their deepest feelings and possibly find the answers and direction that they need as they become more self-aware.
We all want to be able to share our personal truths and be accepted and understood. I believe in the power of “telling our stories”, as a pathway to healing and resilience. I have been practicing clinical social work since I received my Masters in 1986. Settings I have worked in include: community mental health agencies, youth residential programs, schools (elementary, middle and high school), remote therapy platforms. I love my work and easily connect with all types of clients, placing importance on building trusting therapeutic alliances. I believe that patients exhibit courage to engage in the therapeutic process. I view the therapeutic alliance between myself and client as a partnership. Throughout the process I make sure to check in with the client about how they are perceiving things such as the development of the relationship and the pace of the process for the client. I am always open to feedback.
In our sessions together, we will identify your therapy goals and the most effective ways to work toward them. I work with adults in both individual and couples therapy, and I provide support to those who are seeking more satisfaction in life and greater ease with facing life's challenges. I utilize a collaborative approach, and I believe that a strong trusting relationship is the foundation to an effective therapy process. Whether you are seeking to address anxiety, depression, impacts of trauma, or a range of other difficulties, I will provide support as we work to develop new coping skills and move through life with a greater sense of ease. I believe that a compassionate listening ear can go a long way and that oftentimes, self-reflection and vulnerability are the first steps toward a new way forward. I believe that all individuals possess unique strengths and that an individualized approach is a crucial part of the therapy process. I look forward to the opportunity to meet you and support you on your journey.
