You’re the person everyone depends on—even while you’re grieving. You’re still working, parenting, caregiving, managing the details, and showing up for everyone else while carrying a loss that has changed you. I work with women who look like they’re functioning on the outside but feel exhausted, overwhelmed, anxious, or disconnected underneath it all. Therapy gives you a place where you don’t have to hold everything together. I specialize in grief therapy for women who are carrying loss while still caring for everyone around them. Using ACT, emotional regulation, and practical tools, I help you make room for grief, manage overwhelm, and adjust to what has changed without expecting you to “move on” or leave your loss behind. You don’t have to “move on,” find the silver lining, or keep being the strong one here. Grief changes things, and you deserve somewhere to put down what you’ve been carrying. If you’re tired of holding it together for everyone else while struggling underneath, reach out. We can talk about what you need and whether I might be a good fit.

Please note that I have a strict weekly attendance policy. About me: I offer a sacred space for your sacred stories. This safe space allows you to do the courageous work of going within to know your Self deeper, understand your Self better, and bring your true Self forth. Our work together is a collaborative, co-creative process in which we explore your present-day experiences as well as childhood and early adulthood experiences through your thoughts, feelings, body wisdom, and soul-knowing. I am a kind & gentle witness to you exploring your Self. I ask deep questions, you explore your Inner Landscape. I walk along beside you as you heal inner wounds, release stored trauma, and create a heart-centered, truthful, empowered, integrated Self. I specialize in Anxiety, Depression, PTSD, and Grief/Loss. Please note that I do not specialize in Crisis work or Addictions work, and will refer you to another therapist who specializes in this work.

Hello, I’m Naomi, and I’m glad you’re here. I’m a licensed mental health clinician providing therapy for teens and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, self-esteem challenges, and life transitions. Many of the people I work with come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, or stuck. You may be managing a lot on the outside while quietly struggling on the inside, trying to keep everything together while feeling unsure of what to do next. If that sounds familiar, you’re not alone—and you don’t have to navigate it alone. I offer a warm, supportive, and non-judgmental space where you can slow down, feel heard, and make sense of what you’re experiencing. My goal is to create an environment where you can be yourself without feeling pressured to have everything figured out. My approach is collaborative, flexible, and individualized. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based strategies, Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and expressive techniques when helpful. I don’t believe therapy should be one-size-fits-all. Instead, we’ll work together to find approaches and strategies that fit your needs, personality, and everyday life.

Life can feel overwhelming, complicated, and sometimes just plain messy—and you don’t have to navigate it all on your own. I believe therapy should be a place where you can show up exactly as you are, without judgment, and feel genuinely heard and understood. I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Massachusetts with over 14 years of experience supporting children, teens, adults, and families through life’s challenges. I earned my Doctorate in Social Work from Simmons University and have worked in a variety of settings, including community-based treatment, addiction counseling, and pediatric primary care. I have extensive experience helping children and families navigate anxiety, parenting challenges, family conflict, life transitions, and parent-child relationship difficulties. My experiences across different settings have given me a broad perspective and a practical, flexible approach to therapy. I believe that understanding the whole person—including their relationships, environment, and life experiences—is an important part of meaningful change. I provide therapy in both English and Spanish and strive to create a space where clients feel comfortable being themselves, supported without judgment, and genuinely heard. My style is warm, down-to-earth, and collaborative. I use evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), while tailoring treatment to each client's individual needs and goals. My goal is to help you recognize the strengths you already have, develop practical tools for navigating life's challenges, and feel more confident in your ability to move forward. Choosing a therapist is an important decision, and I believe one of the strongest predictors of successful therapy is finding someone with whom you feel genuinely comfortable and understood. I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) with eight years of experience providing therapy to adults across a variety of settings. My clinical background includes working with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, severe and persistent mental illness, mood disorders, psychosis, trauma, and major life transitions. I have completed advanced training in perinatal mental health and am a certified Perinatal Mental Health provider (PMH-C), allowing me to provide specialized support during pregnancy, postpartum, infertility, pregnancy loss, birth trauma, and the emotional challenges that can accompany the transition to parenthood. I also have a passion for supporting individuals with Down syndrome and their families across the lifespan. Whether you are an adult with Down syndrome, a caregiver, or an expectant parent adjusting to a prenatal diagnosis, I strive to provide compassionate, knowledgeable, and individualized care. My approach is collaborative, warm, and grounded in curiosity rather than judgment. Life rarely fits neatly into categories, and many of us carry emotions that seem contradictory—hope alongside fear, gratitude alongside grief, confidence alongside uncertainty. Rather than trying to eliminate difficult emotions, I believe healing begins by making space for them, understanding where they come from, and learning how to move forward without letting them define us. Together, we will identify practical strategies, build on your strengths, and work toward goals that feel meaningful to you. Therapy should be a space where you can show up authentically and be met with compassion, honesty, and respect. No matter what has brought you here, you don't have to navigate it alone. I would be honored to walk alongside you as you work toward greater understanding, resilience, and hope.

Hello and welcome! I'm Jane. I'm glad you're here, and I'd like to tell you a little about myself. First though, I'd like to acknowledge you've taken the first step towards bettering your mental health because, let's be honest - starting therapy can be empowering, confusing, or scary, all at the same time. This is a big step. I strive to create a safe and welcoming environment that allows clients to explore obstacles with concerns related to anxiety, depression, and self-worth. I focus on helping clients develop new, more positive narratives about themselves that accurately reflect who they are. Our narratives are informed by our past, our childhood, our experiences, our internal and external environments, but sometimes, they can become twisted and inaccurate. So much pain can stem from this. I am here to help you develop your own narrative. Therapy can foster personal development in whatever way you may be seeking and help build the life you so deeply deserve. If that's what you're looking for, I'm here when you're ready to share. We will work as a team. I am a psychologist with ten years of experience working with a diverse range of clients. I received my doctorate from William James College. I've been I work with clients struggling with depression and anxiety, among other issues. My approach is collaborative and strength-based. I see therapy as a team effort, with the client-clinician relationship being one of the most effective tools in treatment. You'll find me to be empathic and genuine, and a little off beat. Hope to talk to you soon.

Hi there! I have been a licensed therapist for 10 years, working in outpatient hospital system as well as on internet platforms; I also worked for 10 years on a psychiatric crisis team. I have worked with just about every type of condition but have concentrated on people with anxiety, ADHD, career decisions and interpersonal relationship struggles. My niche age groups are females/males aged 20-35, whom I see in a very transitional and challenging period in life. Women ages 40-65 are my second demographic. My own lived experiences as a mother of 3 and a wife give me insight and help me to guide my clients through challenging times. P.S. I LOVE DOGS

As a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) with graduate degrees in Social Work and Physical Education, I've devoted my career to understanding how trauma shapes the mind, body, and the stories we tell ourselves. My work has taken me through military service, law enforcement, homeless work, suicide prevention, and complex mental health, giving me the privilege of walking alongside people during some of the most painful and defining moments of their lives. Those experiences didn't just shape my career—they shaped who I am and how I practice. I've lived through experiences that forced me to confront fear, grief, shame, loss, and the devastating consequences of believing I had to carry those burdens alone. I've seen what trauma can do to the human spirit, and I've also seen what becomes possible when someone is finally understood instead of judged. That belief is the foundation of my practice.

As a licensed Psychologist, I first prioritize learning not only why a person is contacting me, but also to be able to relate to that person based on their individual needs and what are their expectations of therapy. I believe that we all need to have a sense of purpose or meaningfulness in our lives, something that our thoughts, emotions and life experiences contribute to the "heart" of our personalities. The process of healing from the challenges of life begins with a search for truth about our beliefs, habits and relationships. Physical health is affected by our mental health through the complex interactions between the brain and bodily functions. Interventions I use in my sessions include Cognitive Therapy, CBT, DBT and ACT. As a Psychologist, I have worked in private practice, long term care, and forensic and psychiatric hospitals. Even though these patient populations are diverse, the common denominator is the human "heart". My sessions work to connect a person's sense of meaning in life to help them overcome anxiety, depression and a loss of personal identity in this complex world.

Your first therapy session is for you and your therapist to meet each other and to ask any questions that you have about the counseling process. This is where you can expect your therapist to do the same as they will ask questions to gain insight into your specific situation. In this first session the therapist is doing their part to gather as much information so they can better assess if they are able to meet your therapeutic needs. Depending upon your provider's specialty, you may also discuss the methods the therapist will use. For additional information on therapy methods, please visit the Grow Therapy Help Center. Some people feel nervous before their first appointment, and that is totally normal! Coming prepared with a list of questions for your therapist may help. Remember, you're taking a brave step by seeking therapy, and it is okay to be nervous as you try something new.
