People have been shaped and molded by their past experiences, both good and bad. Often, people feel drawn to focus on the bad experiences, leading to pain and struggles of many kinds.

Hello! I’m Jennifer, an individual therapist dedicated to helping adults navigate their personal challenges. I have experience working with individuals facing various issues, including depression, anxiety, interpersonal relationships, and different forms of abuse, such as physical, sexual, and emotional trauma.
My approach to therapy is built on empathy and compassion, creating a safe space for clients to explore their thoughts and emotions without judgment. I understand that everyone’s journey is unique, and processing feelings is a crucial step toward healing and personal growth.
I incorporate a range of evidence-based techniques in my practice, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness practices. These methods help clients develop healthier coping strategies and build resilience. Together, we identify individual strengths and obstacles while setting meaningful goals for the future.
I am committed to empowering my clients, guiding them on their paths to healing and self-discovery. It’s incredibly fulfilling to witness their progress and growth as they overcome challenges and embrace positive changes in their lives.
First of all, I love what I do and to witness the positive changes clients make in their lives as a result of choosing therapy to help them accomplish what they want. Often the goal is to achieve symptom relief so as to not be overwhelmed by anxiety, mood disorders or be better able to manage the challenges of ADHD. Sometimes there is not a specific outcome identified but a need for ongoing support for dealing with life transitions or difficult people. Sometimes clients use therapy as a confidential sounding board where they can talk to an objective outsider about situations and sort out their perspective. I offer various ways to see and respond to situations that might otherwise not be considered. Your opinion as a client is the most important one and I will also honestly provide mine when asked for. I believe therapy can actually be something that you can look forward to and an opportunity to learn new skills to use long after you discontinue, and we can even have some fun and laughs along the journey.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has worked in the mental health field for over 15 years providing an array of mental health services to clients. I currently provide therapeutic services for adults, couples, and families. I am also trained as a forensic interviewer and work with victims of Sexual Abuse.
I also work with clients who are experiencing depression, anxiety, and personal crises. I have been trained in various psychotherapy models such as Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive-Behavioral, and Trauma therapies.
I make every effort to understand my clients' needs and to help them work through challenging situations. I strongly believe in the value of therapy and the impact it has on helping heal past traumas and anxieties. I am here to support and guide you through the healing process so that you can live the life you choose to live. Joy-Ann also utilizes faith-based methods for clients who prefer therapy from a Christian perspective
I offer a space for people seeking a deeper and more compassionate understanding of themselves. Many people come to therapy struggling in relationships, navigating complex family dynamics, or feeling unsure of who they are and what direction they want their life to move in. Often, there is a desire for more peace, clarity, authenticity, and a stronger sense of alignment, all of which I believe are possible through deeper self-understanding and meaningful therapeutic work.
My approach to therapy is relational, meaning that connection, trust, and feeling truly seen are a central part of the therapeutic process. Therapy can provide an opportunity to better understand the patterns, beliefs, and ways of relating that may be contributing to difficulties in relationships, feeling stuck, disconnected from yourself, or struggling to feel fully at peace in your life.
I view therapy as more than just symptom management. It can be a rich, rewarding, and empowering experience that helps you feel more connected to yourself, more grounded in your identity and values, and more confident in the way you move through life and relationships. My goal is to help you develop greater clarity, self-understanding, self-compassion, and the ability to show up more fully and authentically in your life.
With over 20 years of clinical experience, I have dedicated my career to walking alongside individuals through their healing and growth journeys, beginning as a child and adolescent therapist before expanding my practice to work with adolescents and adults. My approach is grounded in evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Trauma-Focused CBT, Cognitive Processing Therapy, and my training as a Certified Clinical Trauma Specialist, always adapted to honor each client's unique story and strengths. I believe deeply in advocacy; both as something I practice on behalf of my clients and as a critical skill I help them develop for themselves, because sustainable wellness requires individuals to have the tools, voice, and confidence to advocate for their own needs. Beyond the therapy room, I extend this commitment to advocacy through my consulting work, partnering with organizations to build psychologically safe, inclusive, and equity-driven environments where all people can thrive.

Hi, I’m Dr. Josh Gonsher, a licensed clinical psychologist with a warm, down-to-earth approach to healing. I specialize in helping people navigate anxiety, worry, and stress—not by fighting their symptoms, but by creating a new internal landscape where those struggles no longer take center stage.
My approach is grounded in Contextual Therapy. I don’t just help clients “fix” thoughts or behaviors—I work with them to build a more meaningful life, one where old patterns and problems naturally begin to lose their grip. It’s about shifting the frame, not just adjusting the picture.

I’m a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) with a focus on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). As a cognitive-behavioral therapist, I specialize in helping individuals understand the connection between their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Through evidence-based techniques, I work with clients to identify and challenge unhelpful thinking patterns, develop healthier coping strategies, and make meaningful changes in their lives. My goal is to create a supportive and collaborative environment where you can gain insight, build resilience, and achieve your personal goals. You may feel desperate, alone, and misunderstood. You feel like you are floating in the bottom of a lake and cannot see the light above you. Everyday, you feel like you are just going through the motions. If this describes you, then I may be the therapist for you. In my nearly twenty years of experience, I have helped people like you reach their potential and achieve the recovery that they needed. There is no set system or quick fix as others may promise, but I will walk down the road with you. My primary focus is on helping you deal with ambiguity. Often our thoughts and subsequently what we teach ourselves becomes rigid and fairly black and white. Using a pragmatic and authentic approach to therapy I try and help you be okay with things that are beyond your control and work with you to establish yourself as the protagonist in your own story. This is primarily accomplished through conversation and allowing you the client to guide the therapy in the direction it needs to go.
