I am a licensed mental health counselor in Florida, Georgia and Utah. I have worked within the mental health field for over 20 years. I specialize in stress management and anxiety. I believe with the right support and guidance many can learn new healthy coping skills that will assist in decreasing symptoms we all possess in response to daily stressors. I have also worked in assisting those who have transitioned from their family of faith and have been able to guide them in learning how to move forward from the shame that is often associated with the transition.
Deciding to begin your therapeutic journey can feel overwhelming and sometimes impossible. My goal is to create a safe environment for you to grow, succeed, and explore the things that you have been struggling with. This could be feelings of anxiety, trauma, communication issues, difficulty establishing boundaries, toxic relationships with family or friends, or a major change in your life that has left you feeling “what do I do now?” Our work together will include identifying triggers and patterns of behavior, as well as recognizing roadblocks and reframing negative thoughts.
No matter how hard we try in life, inevitably we come across unpredictable waters. Sometimes riding the waves of life can be delightful and sometimes it can be soul crushing.
Thus, I seek to help high functioning adults to "embrace uncertainty and live joyfully through the process."
I hope to energize and empower you to become the best version of yourself, especially during times of adversity. I work with you to evaluate your life goals and to gain insight and clarity about factors that might influence your success.
I personally have experienced the power of having someone offer support in both the good and bad times of uncertainty, and it would be an absolute honor to support you as you navigate your life!
Are you struggling with anxiety? don’t seem to manage your daily task, difficulty adjusting to changes? Do you feel misunderstood and find yourself being frustrated? There is hope. You will learn effective communication skills that work to deliver your message to others with no room for misunderstand. Moreover, by understanding yourself and gaining insight, you will be able to take the control over your life. You have the choice to change the direction of the course of your life.
At times, certain behaviors do not serve you any longer. Even behaviors that you assume to be ‘good’ such as pleasing people, being flexible, being considerate, can impact you negatively. It takes a great amount of courage to be able to acknowledge this and learn the tools to prioritize oneself. Let me help you pour and fill your cup first so you can be there for your loved ones.
My goal as a clinician is to assist my clients to a point, they no longer need me, to be self-sufficient. You will feel confident to take the driver seat of your life and use the tools you have learned or discovered to help you navigate obstacles as they come up.
Over 10 years of clinical experience has thought me that you are the expert of your life. As an expert, you will be acknowledged and accepted unconditionally. I take a Person Center Approach and use Cognitive Behavioral Theory in most cases. I also combine other approached as I see fit to the individual needs. I am here to guide you uncover your own strength, inner powers, and self-worth.
Do you feel stuck and need a place to express yourself? Therapy with me is a safe space to do just that. Together we will also identify goals to help you feel less stressed and able to better thrive in your life. Let's work together to make the changes that are most useful for you. I most enjoy helping adults manage stress and anxiety often related to work, relationships, life transitions, and past experiences. If you feel as though you could use support in any of these areas, let's talk more.
I am eclectic with my therapy approach and start with where you are at and what best suits you! I often work with clients dealing with ADHD, Anxiety, Depression, or people coping with change. I’m body positive and LGBTQ+ friendly. I hope you will be able to find Ease to Flourish in your day to day experiences and find what can bring you joy.
Hello, I am Dr. Clark.
Do you feel pulled in a million directions, unable to fit it all in? Are you struggling to keep up with your relationships, work and health? Is it hard to be kind to yourself? Have you experienced significant traumatic experiences both in childhood and adulthood whose residuals continue to haunt you? Do you struggle with low self-esteem, chronic nightmares, memory loss, medical or health issues, or feel stuck in a rut? Have you had a near-death experience and need to talk about it?
I may be able to help you figure things out and perhaps, help you find meaning and purpose in your life. Many situations happen in life that can cause you to experience symptoms of depression and anxiety. Together, we can identify what's not working and get you back to balance. We'll use a whole self approach, addressing the needs of your mind, body and spirit. I also integrate mindfulness, coping skills, and art to help you develop a stronger relationship with yourself.
Whether you're feeling overwhelmed or just need to process relationship issues or cycles of anxiety and depression, I'm here to help. Seeking therapy can feel scary but you're making the right choice. You deserve a safe space to heal and grow. In our sessions together, I'll meet you with compassion and evidence-based techniques so you can overcome the hangups and habits holding you back. Let's work together!
Are you feeling a little “off” lately? Down, anxious or unsure of what comes next in life? Or it could be you just don’t feel like yourself or maybe you are feeling stuck and you’re not sure why. You are not alone. To have a range of emotions means that you are human, but there is hope.
I provide a warm, accepting space for people to explore what matters to them and what’s getting in their way. I help clients learn to feel more comfortable with their emotions, experiment with different ways of relating to their thoughts and feelings, cultivate resilience, and develop the self-trust and self-compassion that will support them along their paths.
Therapy provides you with a place to work on and work out your concerns, to be heard and reflect, and to take some space for yourself. Together, we will explore the underlying reasons for your troubles, and what it might mean for you to “feel better” and begin to live a more productive, meaningful and engaged life.
I use an integrative approach consisting of cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy and mindfulness-based interventions to help you feel better.

Hi, I am so glad you stopped by! My name is Tennille and I have had the pleasure of working in this field for 5 years. My name is Bill Massey and I am a licensed clinical social worker practicing in
west central Georgia and east central Alabama. I graduated from the University of Georgia's MSW program in 1993 and became an LCSW in 1996. I have worked in home health and hospice for most of my career with a strong emphasis on geriatrics and dementia care. I have experience in inpatient psychiatric settings and residential services as well.
I am looking to fill a niche that I have seen wanting attention for some time. For many years I have seen elders and their families in their homes but had to refer out any counseling other than crisis intervention to outpatient therapists. The problem is that I have been referring homebound people for outpatient therapy. This is not effective for many reasons.
With the help of Grow Therapy, I intend to offer my services of counseling and case management to people in the comfort of their own homes. I will become a mobile mental health provider to serve a population that has gone largely underserved for all too long. My coverage area for in-home therapy will be Lee, Russell, and Chambers counties in Alabama as well as Muscogee, Chattahoochee, and Harris Counties in Georgia.
I am opening up limited appointment times for virtual counseling as of mid May 2024.

As an Independent Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Georgia and Massachusetts, I draw on over a decade of experience as a veteran in the USAF to take a personalized, solution-focused approach. Trained in evidence-based therapies like CBT, EMDR, PE, and CPT, I am committed to helping clients gain the tools and confidence to overcome challenges.
I seek to establish a mutual understanding of the issue through metaphor and collaboration with my clients. Providing an unbiased view of the problem formation and explore its solution via the client’s own understanding. I wish to establish a warm and caring relationship with you in order to assist in building on your strengths and better cooperate with you towards meeting your goals and living the meaningful life you value and desire.

Hi there! Welcome to my profile. My name is Eniola Akinsunmi and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor.
I believe an individual has the tools to live the fulfilling life they want to live and I, as the therapist, can help guide him/her achieve his/her goals. I create a non-judgmental therapeutic atmosphere and I make sure to listen to my clients. Throughout my years as a counselor I have had the pleasure of counseling individuals who need help with developing effective coping skills for their anxiety and depressive symptoms. I am also passionate about individuals who are going through bereavement and grief; no one should have to experience loss alone.
I also have experience in counseling individuals who have experienced trauma. My non-judgmental atmosphere in the therapeutic relationship, my skills as a competent counselor, and my natural desire to help individuals can be assets for my client's healing process. Sometimes we need someone to listen to us vent about life stressors, and I am here for that.
If you feel we are a great match, let's connect!
