At some time in our lives, we will have experiences that will require some form of intervention. Together, let's explore healthy interventions. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 18 years in trauma therapy. Trauma doesn't have to mean catastrophic. My goal is to provide a safe space. To assist the development or refinement of coping skills. That will assist with day-to-day functioning.
The first encounter would be an opportunity for introductions. Identify the challenges that brought them in for service. Most importantly it is a time to determine if we are the right fit for each other.
What I am most passionate about is making sure that you feel you have been listened to.
I enjoy working with Adults, Couples and Elders. Each stage of life has its challenges. I will assist the client with refining and or develop skills to help navigate through those situations in life.
