About me

Sometimes in our lives, we will have experiences that will require some form of intervention. Together, let's explore healthy interventions. Trauma doesn't have to mean catastrophic. My goal is to provide a safe space. To assist with the development or refinement of skills that will allow you to explore opportunities for change. The ability to motivate someone requires patience, understanding, and listening skills; truth and honesty. These are traits that I am empowered to bring to therapy.

Mrs. Haile, She is gentle with tone caring and listens to my concerns. gives outstanding advice in every area I have presented to her. She helped me build myself confidence back up, plus learn to be intentional about setting boundaries. she taught it is ok to be vulnerable and talk about what bothers me. She is my first therapist and from the very first session I felt so comfortable. I always feel so liberated after my sessions.
