Hi! I'm Crystal, a Licensed Therapist with years of experience focusing on perinatal related issues such as grief and loss, fertility challenges, mood and anxiety disorders both in the pregnancy and postpartum period, and typical adjustments to motherhood.
In short, I help moms increase positive motherhood experiences and journeys throughout fertility.
It can be hard and isolating, let’s do it together!
