Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

Having worked for two decades in a variety of therapeutic settings, I have developed a calm and grounded approach to meeting clients where they are. I am open, transparent, and "real."

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I feel called to work with adults who are struggling with trauma, anxiety, depression, spirituality, and life transitions. I work best with individuals who are invested in their own healing who are seeking a unique and holistic therapist.

David immediately attracted me due to his open-minded attitude and approach to therapy. He has always been kind and caring. I typically only resonate with female therapist but David is gentle with his communication yet gives me the a perspective I don’t typically get from women. I recommend David to anyone who is interested in IFS and truly desires solutions to their long drawn-out problems.
