Hi! I'm a Licensed Professional Counsellor (LPC) based in Georgia. I received my Masters degree in community counseling from Argosy University. I have been practicing for 10 years and have provided services to all ages. Currently my service age range is 18 and up. I help individuals struggling with life stressors to identify their strengths, and utilize them in order to improve their mental health day-to-day and achieve their personal goals.
In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing, along with symptoms. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.
Having worked with clients for the past 10 years, i have helped my client (a) identify the root cause of your challenges and (b) create a tailored plan that leads to measurable progress.
I love working with individuals that have an internal desire for change. My clients are eager to improve, but don't yet have the support or tools needed to make this goal a reality. They often feel stuck, overwhelmed, or are seeking to have a deeper understanding of their lives and the best ways to move forward. My ideal clients are adults navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, stress, or low self-esteem. They are ready to actively participate in therapy, deepen self-awareness, build healthier coping skills, and create meaningful, lasting change through a collaborative and supportive therapeutic relationship.
